? With Decision 244, dated 03.30.2016 approved the Rules on conditions for placing the public service obligations on the licensees in the electricity sector. Nëkuptim of this decision in Article 11 of these rules is to determine
1. Any obligation imposed on the licensee in accordance with the legislation in force, in connection with renewable energy sources will be considered a public service obligation.
2. The public service obligation to purchase electricity from renewable energy sources placed the Distribution System Operator, in accordance with applicable law and contract type approved by ERE.
