Update to Shareholders 12/28/2010
Posted by jeffdigenova at 2:08 pm, December 28th 2010.
Legal counsel has been retained ($10,000) to handle all past issues dealing with the sale of stock and handling of monies. A legal defense fund is being investigated and I will update shareholders once all details have been discussed. When I have clearance from legal, I look forward to disclosing every detail past thru the present.
I have been in contact with the Clayton Group and Mr. Newby regarding restitution. Both have agreed to work with the company in resolving these issues. Our legal team will also be involved in this matter.
I will be in Jacksonville on Thursday for meetings and then will be out of town on business thru the 4th. I promise no miracles here but I assure everyone that the steps being taken are to build shareholder value going forward.
I hope all had a great Christmas and that the New Year brings health and prosperity.
Best wishes,
Jeff DiGenova
CEO & President

.012's maybe ;)
Tomorrow will bring
Good news to the shareholders
Bears will hibernate
I actually think that is a viable option, and one that many shareholders would accept. Although with what has happened over the last year, in order for it to be acceptable, IMO the funding and R/S would need to happen almost simultaneously. If not, everyone will think it is the second coming of Dean, and all hell will break loose.
I could be wrong, but I believe Jeff understands this and that is why he has taken so much time. With what Dean has put us through, Jeff knows he needs to tread carefully to keep support.
Sorry, wrong, no trading suspension is imminent.
"Because a suspension often causes a dramatic decline in the price of the security, the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information. "
Anything in the past few weeks classify as "false or misleading information?" No, it doesn't, in fact nothing since Jeff has taken over comes even close to this.
There may have been an argument for one when Dean was in control, but none of us know if in fact he was giving us false or misleading information. Dean's time has passed, the market reacted to his BS and it is reflected in the share price.
SEC trading suspension would serve no purpose here, feel free to buy some shares and file a complaint though... the SEC would have a nice laugh.
Now that the fraudulent filing is cleared up... back to trading halt imminent? lol too funny.
Looks like we can trust the "blog," who knew?
Not logical at all, with Dean in control we hit .0001 within a week if he were to go back to his old ways. Selling shares will not be profitable for Dean, and even he can deduce this. He is fighting a ridiculously futile effort for control because he knows something good is coming, and he wants in.
Where did the money go? Jeff will tell us in time, but that time is not now. It will be when the ball starts rolling. Telling us now simply would feed the trolls, many shareholders actually don't want this, and are content to wait for Jeff to deliver the goods.
The latest drama and fraudulent filings, including the "last quarterly report," is simply Dean being a pest, it will be taken care of quickly and easily.
STOP, take a deep breath, and enjoy the ride. It will be exciting ;).
Nope, name calling is only allowed if it is directed at officers of the company. Not sure where the rule originated, but it seems to be set in stone.
The SEC makes a mockery of itself, doesn't need outside help for that lol
QASP had some mismanagement, but is on the right track now. Evidenced by the fact that people are fighting for control, however futile the effort. Jeff is in 100% control and has some good news on the way for loyal shareholders.
I understand you are concerned about QASP shareholders, and our ROI, but we have our big-boy pants on and can accept the risk going forward. We don't need your protection. :)
People want to buy it, others sell it to those people. Very simple really.
You can't get through to someone who is purposely misconstruing communication from the CEO as "random blogger", and a fraudulently filed document as "official structure of QASP."
IMO you are safe, never seeing .0012 or below again, you can take that to the bank ;)
It seems my sarcasm font must be broken again :)
I'm not so sure. A filed document is of much more importance than some random blog! I mean, it's not like the blog update is from the CEO of the company, or the document was fraudulently filed or anything. You need to use some logic here ;).
I'm glad Jeff posted that statement, makes me feel good he is being straightforward with shareholders as to what is going on behind the scenes. Those filings needed to be cleared up, and it simply seems that Dean is out of control. This should be resolved quickly.
Anyone know what is up with James Ray? I guess I'm just confused as to Dean sending him to the meeting, and Jeff agreeing to add him to the board once the legal issues are resolved. Is he a good guy? What connections does he have to Dean?
I think Jeff has realized how bad the clog is and is calling in a plumber, shouldn't be a problem much longer.
Next stop, penniesville! ;)
Sounded like a good update to me! More to come and it will be great ;).
Thanks for all your hard work Jeff, the loyal stockholders appreciate your efforts. Everyone else is simply playing games, and they are going to lose.
Good news is right around the corner. Looking forward to a surprise sometime soon ;).
Jeff could get financing, contracts worth hundreds of millions, and get the share price to 10$, and there would still be people screaming scam. So it is best to ignore them and look forward to positive news on it's way soon! Tomorrow?

I predict that tomorrow we will hear how this is related to QASP over on that other board ;)
And I get double points if the post gets removed and restored lol
Well, my guess is the update on the website may address stuff related to the material event that is revealed in Wednesday's PR ;)
Merry Christmas!
No, none at all. At home thinking of new ways to troll QASP anyway they can, maybe they should get a job?
Hell, I'm going with something posted on the website AH Tuesday, and premarket PR Wednesday :). Earlier the better.
Oh and just so you are all informed, there is news on the other board... QASP is going down because of tax selling!!!!!!! I have all of my shares up for sale first thing in the morning. The posters over there are very helpful, I would be lost without them. I should send them a fruit basket or something, so nice of them to spend so much time looking out for the little guy!
Should also be assigned with informing people where the "real" forum is ;). Would he funny if all that was left over there were the bashers, it's already more than half, they might as well take the place for themselves. When a tree falls in the forest...
Go Jeff!! Any guesses on when it’s dropped? AH Wednesday is my guess, earlier is fine with me too though :)
But I want to learn more about scams, lack of any business, lying about certifications, pending A/S increases, old posts taken out of context, and how the CEO will eat your first born if you decide to invest. It is very informative over there ;)
