Alright boss. Nice day here today.
What is an ASKHOLE?
Lately the market is full of ASKHOLES. What are askholes? Simple. These are the immature and inexperienced traders that when an ask is being slapped they choose to lower the ask, which in turn often sets of bid whacking. It must be stopped. It never really works. Quit being impatient and stupid. You are costing yourselves and many others cash.
No, Blueskypicks is in our chat room and he mentioned he had talked to him.
Yeah, CNUV seems to be getting close to a technical move in addition to speculation move.
CNUV ask just got really thin
Yeah, nice action here today for sure.

Nice action today here. Woo hoo
From the bluesky site on NSFE:
Spoke with Jay for about 20 minutes today. Here's the deal with NSFE at the moment...
It is to be considered a shell actively seeking a merger candidate. The current business is active but is struggling for various reasons. He spends about 20% of his time in the Propane business and 80% of the time in other ventures. He said they just sent a great proposal to Boeing just last week. George Kuhn is fairly inactive and is rarely involved, as he is in fairly poor health and just got custody of a 2 year old grandson.
There are three companies that are candidates at this time. The first is a Medical device company in Indy that needs $25,000,000 to bring the product to market. It is actively seeking VC and outside money and is getting closer. He thinks the product is absolutely huge and has to do with a heart splint. This is Jay's top choice for a merger candidate.
The second is an established energy company that can use the write-off of going public initially and grow the price over time. He didn't elaborate much on this one.
The third is his newest company, Precision Transportation. Jay is the CEO. However, as the company is only 5 months old he may have a hard time with an RM. Here's the highlights of this company...
*$1,000,000 sales first 70 days of operations
*Valued at $10,000,000 now after 5 months
*Projected Revs this year are $10,000,000
*Projected Revs next year are $50,000,000-$70,000,000
*42 trucks on the road now delivering and shipping Pharmaceutical products to and from Canada and Mexico
*100 trucks on the road by June
The buyback will be a good investment for the company as he will know the value of the merging company beforehand. It is meant as a long-term investment for the company - it will tighten the reins on the share ownership and keep price fluctuations to a minimum. He said "Frankly, the higher the price of the shares when selling, the higher value of the shell and the higher value of the equity we hold".
The five companies that have been started or reinstated all (save one) have to do with the shell. Having them active and NSTP serving as an umbrella company to four of the five increases the intrinsic value of the company over time, thus increasing the value of the shell.
He repeated several times that he is actively searching for a merger candidate for NSFE. He is really high on the Medical device company but capital for that company may be hard to come by. It sounds like something he really wants to do and RM so he can focus on Precision Transportation.
I asked to keep in touch every two weeks and he was very happy to oblige. I will keep on this and hope to get word on a suitor very soon.
