If dumping 504 sub penny is helping grow the company, then I hope Eric continues to do so. I hate sub penny, but understand why we are still here. Venting on a message board isn't gonna change that. Downing the CEO without knowing the full story is inappropriate due to the fact that he is probably busting his arse day and night to propel this business to the moon. With all the news that has came out since the high of .024 I have no reason to believe he is sitting ideal milking away our funds via 504, so those of you making those claims really need a reality check.

You said it yourself, "revenues unknown"....when revenues are known, PPS will follow. As of now, PPS is doing exactly what it is suppose to do. Unknown revenue = undervalued share price.
It was said on the Companies website, (although I can't seem to find it now) that for every $100 million, Winning Brands PPS should gain 2 bucks per share, roughly. What your asking really can't be answered unless we throw out a major guess, due to the fact that NO ONE knows exactly how much growth WBC will make in 2010. My personal opinion suggests that we may bypase the 2nd phase next year and begin (at least) the third phase by the end of 2010 once national marketing increases. If you think about it, if we are selling thousands of product with minimal marketing, what do you think will happen when we go live on TV? That was the purpose of the C-100 tests, amongst others, to get a baseline of where we stood without major impulse buying from premature (major)advertisements skewing the estimates. So if my math is correct, we will get .02 cents per share for every (confirmed) 1 million in revenue. I think we will see at least 3 mil in revenue by years end so, IMO .06 by 2011 should not be underestimated.
P.S. We are talking about multiple products here. Winning Colours alone could see 3 mil...TrackMoist is another Beast...
Please explain why? I only been in WNBD for 6 months and never seen any dishonesty. Other than the Lowes mistake(which I believe was not Eric's fault), how and when has management been dishonest? Just asking, cause I really do want to know...
exactly my point. So ask yourself, why does he not pump the shat out of this stock? While the company expands daily, why not use this to his advantage and pump those achievements with daily PR's including bogus numbers? The fact is he does not, although he could. So we can trust the CEO, or we can not trust anything he says. What's the point of investing in a company when you have no trust in management? I have that trust because he shows no signs or reasons why I shouldn't. Trust me pal, if that day comes, i'll be gone...

He himself is a shareholder, so what are you talking about? A pump to .05 or higher would help him just as much as it would help everyone here. The fact that he has the will power to let the stock price grow gradually like CEO's use to do in the 80's shows he's dead serious about achieving "Long Term" success.(stock wise and company wise) It's kinda funny really. Back in the 80's/early 90's, investors were happy to see 10% gains in a years time frame. Now and days, people get all uptight when they don't see 100% gains in 2 months...
Every stock has a personality, before anyone invested or even traded in this stock, they should of done proper DD to get to know this stock and it's history. I can hand pick the few of you who decided to go on a blind date and ended up overly dissapointed.

What your asking for is not healthy for the STOCK "LONG TERM"....High lows are what we want and that's what we are getting. Based on what analysis? A Guess? Just because we are seeing a downward trend doesn't mean we will see .005. It could hold in this range for months for all we know.
Trust me, I ain't laughing. I'm red too and I don't like it. I played this one wrong like many others but I don't sit here and complain and cry to a board who frankly don't give a rats arse... I continue to buy the dips and will be rewarded nicely once this reaches my first buy in point. Can you say the same, or will you jus break even and ditch? I agree with you FFF. That's what kills me. Why are so many people worried about what shares others hold? You yourself like to harp on how much shares others have and why they are "stupid" for claiming to have not sold a share. To be quite frank, who the hell cares. At the end of the day, you hold what you hold(or lack there of), and I hold what I hold. The "Scaring people out of shares" statments goes to posters like Biz and Bucks who daily show they wear their emotions on their sleeves. They seem to get confused and cry everytime a overly negative post gets submitted. If i'm not mistaken, you say you don't own shares, so this statement does not pretain to you or Harleyboy who continuously post on a board of a company you either "trade" or don't own. And if you "trade" you would think during a downtrend you would want the price to go up...so why not pump? And if you invest here( and have not lost your @ss previously), I would expect a more level headedness perspective in your posts...other then just the negative's. Which leaves the last option...Just being negative because you "want to", based on no underlying principle.(which in essence leaves one to believe the topic of this post) :)
Rocket, scaring people out of shares is one of the oldest games in the book of stocks. Particularly when it comes to Pennies. This is because people can't comprehend them, or have a artificial impression of them, or may have even got burned and have nothing else to do but sublimely complain about their misfortunes.
It's relatively comical, when people lose money on a penny stock and vow never to touch a penny again, but they'll get into a serious car accident and hop right back in a car. (and then drive the same way that caused them to get in a accident in the first place)
What this board has to understand is that the majority haven't the first clue as to what's going on here-- or about anything really. Yes, WNBD has it's bad (trading) days, but that does not make it a bad stock.
Most negative posters here will tell you it's "bad" because they were told it was bad, or they had 1 or more bad experiences, therefore, all of it is bad. Ask them for specifics, and they will start making stuff up and falsify their way through a discussion.
As long as the stock market has been running....nobody has a straight answer for this. Surely not Wiki...but more importantly, not even major stock market analysts... I personally think not every trade has both...unless of course you consider the MM's a buyer/seller... This is just as open for discussion and confusion as if I said there is a Area 51...there is no one that will spill the beans for that definitive answer...

Calm yourself buddy. In fact, all you guys need to calm down. Don't let the negative comments cloud your judgement. If need be, look at past PR's and reevaluate your investment. If you don't like what you see, don't fault others for your "suppossed mistake". I 2 get impatient, but I know when to stop and think about why made my initial investment.

A little harsh don't you think? If your going to make these statements, why not explain to Dave in detail your dislikes so the next video could be less "embarrassing" as you say. I think they are trying to think of different ways to make a video go Viral, which is extremely difficult to do; especially when your adding something "not so interesting" in the mix. Let's be honest, who wants to watch someone clean? (unless of course the watcher is trying to find a fix for their stain/problem) No one finds cleaning funny, so I see what Dave and Scup are trying to do. They are trying to get more viewers on the product.
Viral marketing is not new. The objective is to get people to pass your marketing message on to friends, family and peers. Will Dave's video travel very far, you know, probably not. But, it will go further than no video at all.

I don't agree with everything FFF says, but I didn't find anything wrong or foolish about that post. Just a opinion that Winning Brands needs to do something different to get this company (and products alike) more exposure; in essence, moving the PPS. I think the company is already doing "something different", and thats why we are not moving, at least not yet. Soon the master plan will all come together and we'll all be happy. No one knows who Eric and company are talking to behind the scenes, so FFF maybe asking a for a change that is already in the works. But thats the thing, we all don't know, we all can just make IMO's...

That's not true. He has never said it so bluntly. He may have made instinutations that he does not care about the "short-term" PPS due to only focusing only on long term plans, but he has never said what you claim. he has said the PPS will reflect once people start to recognize the future potential. Obviously, the masses have not. Not yet anywayz.

Going on 4 months later, I would think they would of chose another city for the "Local 100" program. I wonder if they are in the works to find another one, or if they are just using the first two just for testing purposes.
Why does every Piggly Wiggly picture show NO PRICE on the rail below it? The other items around it show NEW ITEM and prices. I few people already verified WC in Piggly Wiggly's with pictures, but just wondering if anyone noticed the missing tags? Shouldn't these stores create those price tags prior to Stocking the product. (Some tags fall off occasionally, but these are new items which I find rare to have the tag fall off so soon, especially in more than one picture/store)
