The only good thing about turning 59 1/2 today is more options with my IRA. Rollover paperwork filed and soon there will be more NBRI shares in my account. Hope it happens before the PPS goes up. Go NBRI.
Perry may not be a miner but he has surrounded himself with the best people in the industry and those out at the mine know what they are doing. Word is out in the area and the past miners want back in. They know what treasures the Ruby has and the want to be part of it. Go NBRI/RGI.
There was a 4" airline previously installed but due to the many cave-ins and floods prior to the rehab the line was not safe to use. If I remember correctly when I was out there they had installed a smaller one but with the need for more air for blasting and drilling they needed more air. Doesn't seem to be a big issue at this point.
They are drilling as they said they would. That's my opinion and most likely have some gravel they are sending out to be tested. That's what I think and we probably will get the results soon. Go NBRI/RGI.
Lemon, it is happening, there are 2 crews working, one is drilling and one is blasting and moving into the black channel so we could hear about either one at any time soon, patience is the most important thing for us longs right now, it will happen. Have I ever let anyone down with things I have ever said. I don't speculate, I do my own DD and say what is really going on. Go NBRI.
I get funds this week and will invest some in the other mine to get the share count I want and depending on price I will put some into Sutter, I think Sutter has a future but may take awhile. GLTY
This is one of the mines that I talked about with the Ruby staff when I made the visit out there last November. They have spent Millions and years trying to get the mine open, part of the problem is that the mine is in town and the city and county are fighting it. Would love to see it succeed but they have alot of hurdles to go through before they can get it going.
So you said there is no FINRA warning directed at NBRI. So why is that sticky up there unless it's meant to be there to try and discredit NBRI?
They are asking 43k. Really not a bad price. It is still dated inside but well maintained with a Diesel engine and all the extras including an 8 kW generator. Go NBRI, help me put that thing in my driveway.
Good afternoon dreamers. What a beautiful day today in the Midwest. Went for a 28 mile bike ride today and had a blast. When NBRI/RGI hit it big I will be able to do that everyday instead of just days off cause everyday will be a day off. Yes I'm a dreamer and I have faith in Perry and all those guys working their butts off out there at the Ruby.
I see a custom 40 ft class A motor home sitting in my driveway and tooling along the Alaskan highway and tailgate parties at every Seahawk football game across the country every year.
Sorry Spanky. I'm not waiting 3 yrs for a dollar a shares. Show me the money. Go NBRI/RGI.
Jstorm, there is a mine down the road from the Ruby that has spent 4 times the money that NBRI has spent and over 10 yrs trying to get permitted and open and they are way behind the Ruby in progress with no mining in sight. We are on the verge within a few months or less of showing the gold. I have been there and have met and seen it all out there.
It is my unbiased opinion that the Ruby is a gold mine and they are miners. I still have the dirt on my boots and video to prove it.
I find your perspective on NBRI interesting, that's what makes this forum fun to read. It's like 5 people seeing the same accident but each coming up with a different story about what happened. We all have the same PR's to read and we all read the same financials and we each make our own decisions based on our own DD and yet there are so many opinions about where NBRI is going. To each his own and in the end it is my money to win or lose and there is no one on this board that is going to pay me back if I take their advise and lose money. What I also find interesting is there are people that will say that NBRI is a bad investment and will come in here and be persistant about why it is a bad investment but yet they won't ever come up with any suggestions as to what would be a wise move. It's all bad and there is no good out there, good luck in what ever it is that you do invest in, for me it is NBRI.
Southwest Airlines, out of Indianapolis. They have a great chart on there website that you can see the cost for different dates if your dates are flexible. Southwest does not use any other site for there fairs like Expedia or any other so you have to go to there website. I am still a year or so away from getting my RV but I still look all the time, when NBRI pays off I will be ready to get set up and go. I talked to Lyla in the RGI office the other day and she is talking about the shareholders party the end of summer/early fall and wants to meet all those shareholders that post, she still reads the forum but felt it best not to post. Go NBRI/RGI
I just came back from CA. It was $262.00 round trip but I bought my tickets months in advance and during a slow travel time. Summertime it most likely will be closer to $500.00. That's flying from Indy to LA.
Sure. 6-8 weeks to get through with the black channel raise. Then build the chute but gotta wait for drillers to move off the tracks to haul the waste and trash outso that takes us to May. The drill results go to Gary and takes them down to Carson city to be analyzed. I heard the during the night Bigfoot staked a claim in the tunnel effecting his immigrant status and we are waiting for animal rights to decide if he has a constitutional right to be there. Big foots claim is he was there first so we have more delays while the BLM people decide who the rightful owner is except all the BLM police are over in Nevada killing cows and burying them. So bottom line for NBRI won't finish til the end of June with the black raise and mining will the end of July because the Ruby portal has to be moved to build around big foots new home. Perry is negotiating with Bigfoot and has promised the the Carson mine instead but Bigfoot likes the Ruby better. Could be a standoff for awhile and delay mining til August or September. Of course all just my opinion. Go NBRI/RGI
Well for me, as some know, I'm wanting it to stay quiet for a few more weeks. I'm waiting for some money on a rollover so I can get more shares so I'm ok with the quiet right now. Spring finally hit the Midwest and looking at the 70's this week so cleanup is starting. The Ruby seems like it has been spring all year. Good for the mine but bad for the draught. Go NBRI.
Just want to make one observation here. Again, refer back to the picture with the vertical log and gloved hand. When they drill, they cut out an area next to the track with enough room to set up the operation off the track so they can mine and haul out while they are drilling. Depending on where they are drilling there is one place where the track splits off so if they are back there it is way out of the way. Go NBRI/RGI.
Walt. I can hear you. We are all still here. Just being quiet listening to all these predictions. Go NBRI.
Ok. All my investments are gonna be with Stratton Oakmont. They love penny stocks. Go NBRI.
Hope you are not refering to me about not having a good weekend. I know you're just messing with all of us. Think positive, we will know what's going on in May, that's what I think (you know me and why) Everyone have a great weekend and I actually have 4 days off and am getting tired of working. The only good news I got was I found out today is that I am eligible to start collecting one of my retirements early. Actually a no brainer, I get it at a reduced amount BUT if I collect it now at the reduced amount instead of waiting and getting the full amount, I am money ahead up until I am 94 yrs old, after that I am losing money. Talked to my broker and I also found out I can take that earlier retirement and since I am still working I can invest all of it into an IRA. I will have a ton of money coming in to invest in NBRI in about 6 months. Even at $0.50 a share at the end of the year it is still a good long term investment. As much as I despise unions, I can't complain about the retirement plan. Go NBRI. Of course all this is just my opinion, NBRI could be higher but I am just cutting them a little slack.
Stkjunky, I am not sure what the point of your reply was, I was only commenting on how they do the drilling. How they proceed from there is the decision of the geologist. If the channel is 10 ft overhead it might take a week, if it is 100 ft up it might take a few months, that wasn't what my comment was about, it was about how they drill.
Spanky, for those who still have access to my pictures will see a picture with a vertical support log and a gloved hand in the picture. there is an alcove cut out there and the log is support for the roof. We stopped at that point in the tunnel and Gary explained to me how they drill. They will set up the drill and drill up, the drill will be going through rock and at some point you will hit gravel, they know how far up they have gone at that point. They will move the drill over 5-10 ft and drill up again until they hit gravel again and move the other way and drill up again. They will do this, documenting everything along the way. By doing this they can determine the center of the channel and they can sample the gravel. If they feel the channel is promising enough to work they will build a raise up from there to the channel. Inmine can probably give you a better idea of what kind of drill is used and how it works but Gary made it a point to stop at that point and show what and how they do a drilling program. Charlie made a comment that the place we stopped, which was about halfway into the tunnel, he felt might be a good channel but wouldn't know until they drill it.
Ok, so they issued 5M plus more restricted shares this week, what is the restriction? When can they sell those shares?
Well the chicken nugget probably doesn't need to be shipped in dry ice as the article claims, it probably already has enough preservatives in it to last a lifetime. I hope someday I have more money then I know what to do with. Maybe it will come from the Ruby. Go NBRI.
The Lawry shaft is over the mountain from the Ruby entrance and probably at least a mile and a half by road to the mill. I haven't heard or read anything about how they would propose transporting the ore to the mill. At the present time I don't think the have a truck to haul it so that would be a big expense. Anyone have an answer for that? Go NBRI.
Make sure you have a good power outlet near your tiki hut so I can plug in the motor home. Go NBRI.
I know, I think I'm screwed, no way am I gonna buy this stock for more then a nickle a share, with the flooding coming, $800.00 gold price, mudslides and all this talk about new, never before used technology to find gold, I am not throwing my money away.
As I stated back in November. The tunnel is built with a minimum of at least a one degree slope heading out of the tunnel. This helps in 2 ways, it allows the water to run out of the tunnel and helps with the trainload of ore. The current crew understands that as well and will build any future tunnels or raises with that in mind.
I sold one of my kids to buy NBRI. I'm getting ready to sell the wife to but that would only get me about 10 shares. Go NBRI.
And where do you think this will be at in a year or so from now. Give me your best, very intelligent guess? Go NBRI.
As optimistic as I am I doubt we would be that high in a month.
Can you keep the train at the station for a few more weeks. My money doesn't come in til the end of April. Go NBRI.
Any SHAREHOLDER wanting to make a mine visit must first contact Perry and if granted must meet with Lyla, the safety director and have the appropriate equipment like hardhat, steel toed boots and lights for hardhat and warm cloths that are waterproof. Go see for yourself if this is a legitimate operation.
Time for me chime in. If you still have access to my pictures there is one that shows a log in a vertical position with a gloved hand in the pic. During my mine visit we stopped at that location and Charlie and Gary explained to me what that alcove and log was and during that stop we had water dripping on us. Someone in the past had cut that alcove out with the intentions of drilling up but pulled out. It was Charlie's suggestion and his very experienced opinion that there is an unknown yet undiscovered channel there and in his opinion could yield more gold then the black channel. Once we start generating an income to further our exploration efforts we can be generating income for decades. My statements about the mine are from actual an actual, real life visit to the mine for those newbies here that don't know that. Go NBRI.
In Canada is our Fraser claimed limited to 30k tons the first yr or every yr is that the limit per yr.
Spanky, take a look at your math, no way Fraser nets $100,000,000.00 for NBRI. At the most it would be $500,000.00.
30,000 tons times 1.5 grams a ton = 45,000 grams gold
45,000 grams divided by 28 grams/oz (or maybe is it 31) = 1607 oz
1607 oz of gold at $1500.00 an oz = $2,410,714.00
$2,410,714.00 time 20% = $482,142.00
still a very good number but a far cry from $100,000,000.00
That's at gold being $1500.00 an oz by then, if the take is 2.5 grams per ton the 20% take for NBRI would be around $800,000.00
