Shoot! That's complicated! I just throw money at 'em and sell when they go up 500%!!!! Haven't sold any yet, though........
From above info: "According to sources at the Naval Research Lab, the paint industry will in the position to place order for our product by later this summer."
Any day now? Is that why the private placement? Will it be a HUGE sale or test quantities?
Hmmmmm, I may have to pick up a few shares against my better judgement in case a spike occurs on any paint news. The private placement boys know SOMETHING, IMO.
One thing about the Raging Baloney board, when posters start talking buying Beamers over the weekend, planning shareholder celebration meetings, and generally counting their "millions", it's a good sell indicator. Only two or three posters there know what's going on and most have them on ignore. Sure is funny.
Charlie, VMHVF, 0.07 X 0.14? If I had to buy one or the other today, I would buy FASC! A 100% spread on a million share day? That's a joke! Looks to me that some MM has a lot of shares to dump and no MM is willing to buy above 7 cents, better watch the OS!!!
Good to see the markets shrug off the terrorist attack. I had been thinking it was a major concern of many investors on the sidelines, but it appears it's a Kiss-my-ass attitude in the financial markets. Let's hope most countries get into a Kick-their-ass attitude and say enough is enough.
AATK now down 3 cents for the day after all that premarket BS!
LOL!
Good news out on TMTA, not one I'm following, but may be worth a look, up 10 cents premarket.
Market Pulse: Transmeta to be cash flow positive in Q2
Friday July 8, 7:12 am ET
By Tomi Kilgore
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Transmeta Corp. said it expects cash flow to be positive in the second quarter, surpassing its goal to reduce its negative cash flow to less than $5 million. Separately, the semiconductor maker said Ernst & Young will resign as its independent auditor after completing the review of interim financial statements. Transmeta expects to announce a new independent auditor during the third quarter. The stock closed Thursday down a penny at 60 cents.
AATK up premarket, if Yahoo right, $2.54, 13.9%! Nice gap up I hope, earnings leak, I think.

Waitedg, looks like your patience paid off. I'm in a dilemma whether or not to average down or just hold what I have. Seems every sell-off has some buyers step in, but the trend has been down since my purchases. Oh well, getting an education in the Pinks, hope I get a Doctorate rather a BS degree! LOL! Maybe we'll get an update SOON! GLTA.
sambeaux, not comparing to FASC, we were talking about proving a statement without hard facts. Geesh!
BSS???? Is that like a double dose of BS or what?

TRCPA, no, I wasn't one of the traders, but I wish I had been, nice return! I'm pretty sure you're right about the high profile guys, I doubt they speculated short term either or for the long term even though I can't "prove" it. Common sense has to play a part sometimes.
TR, the smart buyers at the low prices have made nearly 100% and have sold, which explains why the pps is slowly dropping back. There always seems to be some excuse for the pps where it is other than non-performance and pocket-filling by management. But the new irons in the fire always look GREAT!
I remember when the smart money at HQ was going to drive FASC to a dollar when they got involved, but continued testing was all that happened. And I know more about horse poo and race tracks than I ever wanted to know! I did learn quite a bit about gold mine scams which has been useful. And on and on.
TRCPA, come on. Supposedly the dilution has stopped for months, any significant accumulation would result in a continuous trend up, not just a spike and pull back on a PR. This is about as silly as a share buy back, IMO. No, I can't "prove" it, but reasonable men won't buy your argument either. That's like me saying the fundamental Baptists were probably responsible for the bombings in London because of the recent agreement by STEM with a UK company. Can you prove me wrong?
Some how I think the pps would be much higher if accumulation of any significant amount were going on. But of course we have the naked shorters and the dastardly MM's holding it down,
Good point, I'm sure they all have loaded up very quietly.
All GREAT names, TRCPA. Maybe some of their employees will start buying FASC.
AATK still on the move, decent fundamentals, no debt, 7 million OS, showing growth.

I'd say the KDS is more like the Pied Piper, for some.
Setonian, I just thought of a new use for the KDS......
Over 24,000, looks like all buys, even the $2.18 low was between the bid/ask at the time of the trade.
needy, lend me a couple of thou and I'll buy some more! LOL!
OT: "ANONYMOUSLY"??? Huh? I'd call in a second and give them my name and your name! LOL! I don't think people would hold back, look at the big response from the public when kids are kidnapped.
GLW (and others) will benefit form new legislation:
For Wall Street, a big green light on the Bells' so-called fiber-to-the-premises, or FTTP, plans means less uncertainty about the flow of orders for equipment from suppliers such as fiber maker Corning (GLW:NYSE - commentary - research), networking gearmaker Tellabs (TLAB:Nasdaq - commentary - research) and set-top box makers such as Motorola (MOT:NYSE - commentary - research) and Scientific-Atlanta (SFA:NYSE - commentary - research).

More good news on GEPT, trend up is continuing:
Global ePoint Aviation Division Introduces New Class III Electronic Flight Bag System
Wednesday July 6, 1:48 pm ET
New System on Boeing 777 Trans-Atlantic operation Expected to Save 308,000 Pounds of Fuel Annually
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 2005--Global ePoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEPT - News) a leading manufacturer of security technologies for the aviation, law enforcement, industrial and commercial markets, today announced a new enhanced version of the AirWorks "Electronic Flight Bag" system. The system was introduced at the 22nd Annual International Aircraft Cabin Safety Symposium in Brussels, Belgium recently. AirWorks is a division of Global ePoint.

The new Electronic Flight Bag Class III system represents the latest offering in state-of-the-art digital electronics - with full digital video recording and Cockpit Door Surveillance System (CDSS) integrated into a dual redundant server. This new product meets all regulations of the requirements in Cockpit Door Surveillance Systems and provides airlines with a key Risk Management Tool to combat in-flight "air rage" and damage to the cargo loading and unloading area during transit.
The Electronic Flight Bag Class III helps airlines off-set the high cost of fuel with bonus fuel savings achieved by eliminating heavy manuals and numerous paper requirements. The utilization of the Electronic Flight Bag Class III on a Boeing 777 Trans-Atlantic operation ETOPS flight saves an estimated 308,000 pounds in fuel burn annually. AirWorks has also incorporated the ARINC 429 digital bus of the aircraft within the units as well, providing the ability to determine taxi position which additionally serves as a mode for fuel savings.
While meeting all regulatory requirements of Cockpit Door Surveillance Systems, this new combination of full navigation, charts, digitaltized manuals, weight and balance and performance data in a common digital server as well, provides still more immediate and additional savings in operational and labor costs for airlines.
The Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) have now also adopted JAR OPS requirement 1.125, - which states, "either pilot must have the ability to observe any person requiring entry into the cockpit and monitor for suspicious Behavior." As a result, the European market, including Eastern Europe and surrounding countries, will now be required to have a surveillance system to monitor activity.
"AirWorks has positioned itself clearly as the dominant leader in certification of each and every model type of Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, and other manufacturer's models of aircraft affected," said AirWorks President, Ricky Frick. "As the JAA along with the FAA are the world's two largest regulatory agencies throughout the commercial arena in aviation, it is now only a matter of time before all commercial airlines are required to provide a method of surveillance and monitoring of the cabin area of the aircraft. Our CDSS provides a unique solution to the emerging regulations."
One example of a leading airline adopting the Company's system was Lufthansa Technik, which entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Global ePoint for navigational and performance software.
"During the recent Cabin and Cockpit Safety Symposium in Brussels we not only had the opportunity to discuss our Cockpit Door Surveillance System with many of the airlines of world, but also to unveil our latest product, "Frick added. "The new fully integrated Electronic Flight Bag incorporates surveillance, risk management, cockpit enhancement and fuel savings methods in one solution."
Mr. Frick was a featured speaker at the Paris Air Show, addressing the General Assembly with a presentation on "In-flight Surveillance Systems: New Technologies and Their Impact on Cabin Safety & Security." He also hosted two in-depth workshops demonstrating the company's revolutionary CDSS, its development, growth and future as it pertains to aircraft cabin surveillance and risk management.
The presentation will be repeated at the upcoming Flight Safety Conference in London scheduled for November 2005. Those not able to attend either of the Brussels or London Conferences can also see Mr. Frick's entire live presentation by visiting the Company's Web site http://www.globalepoint.com.

The only thing I can figure, oil up over $60, Tandem not saying anything and those making an "oil play" want to move into something else. Unfortunately, the company's timetable doesn't always fit the investor's. Hoping for the best for all longs, I'm holding for now.
Well, the seller at $1.90 must have needed rent money.
Gee Whiz Damn! Some bad news we don't know about?? Captain to damage control, please report!!
Good news today, continued trend up, IMO!

Anyone following STEM? Was in and out a couple of years ago. News today on UK company and STEM. Good deal, IMO, need to get outside the USA where the work is allowed to progress. Would have been a nice buy back in May, may be a good buy now!

Waitedg, thanks for the info, it was filed in an 8-K which I missed. I would think the investor willing to put up $2 million would have a few bucks left over to "average down". Maybe he/she will if they see a bottom.
OT: TRCPA, you beat me to death on the first day of trading after the holiday. Your return on FASC from Friday to Tuesday's close is $8,333 based on a $50,000 investment, my mutual fund is up a paltry $632! Your turn to buy lunch! LOL!
techisbest, no figures yet on the revenue obtained by FASC. If I sell two used cars, and split the profits with another guy, will you buy shares in my Used Car Dealership? I promise to keep the overhead down and use bonuses sparingly.
There may be a few trips to China which I hear has a booming used car business.
BSX will just have to average down! LOL! So you think the paid hype was just to stick it to BSX?
Setonian, the fervor is building! Wish I had bought at 2.5 cents! I think things will die off in a week or two. When they start selling gold coins on TV, it's time to to get out of gold. Talk of big board listing, "shorts" posting "scared", being "vindicated", it's still a 5 cent stock with two recent sales that they have to split with others. If newbies read the recent posts on all boards, they would think FASC inked a billion dollar deal with the US government, until they do some DD! LOL! Just goes to show you, money can be made in the stock market if you can time it right and catch the hype.
Next pump is new listing. If BIPH is for real, I don't understand why they pay all that money just to pump the company. Surely they could use the money in research or sales.
Maybe Weiner is just an egomaniac and wants to see his name in lights every day. The street doesn't seem impressed with his recent antics and "Big Deal" with BSX.

Biophan Technologies pays Trilogy $12,500 per month for so long as Trilogy is retained to provide investor relations services. A subsidiary of Trilogy has entered into an agreement with a non-affiliate shareholder of this company to purchase from the shareholder 880,000 shares at $.80 per share and 4,180,000 shares at $2.00 per share at such time as the shareholder has purchased the shares from by this company at the same prices. The shareholder is obligated to purchase these shares only if this company has registered the shareholder's resale of the shares under the Securities Act of 1933 and certain other conditions are satisfied.
No volume today, maybe the selling is over and all holding for the next news release. Maybe by next week? Hanging in there.
Lonestar, good pick on VPHM, I just keep watching it go up and no dry powder! LOL!
