Merger or Takeover: PuraCap
Sean "Puffy Combs" Spicer.
Agree. It will be interesting.
And very lucrative.
third partnerships could be licensing partnerships
Locked&Loaded
Lasers, NASDAQ has brought up some very good points as to why
Elite could take off in the near future.
After thinking about some of these points NASDAQ listed I would not be surprised if Elite forms a partnership soon after SequestOx gets approval.
Big things have a very good chance of happening with Elite Pharmaceutical. We as shareholders just need to be patient for a bit longer.
NASDAQ, I believe you are 100% correct as far as how fast and large this gets.
If Elite partners almost right away once they get SequestOx approval I think the implications could be enormous.
Got some dry powder on the side. Looking to tag more into my Roth
soon. Would love to max out this year before July/August.
Maybe things will pop before then with Percocet and Norco.
$0.02 cent shares coming NOT EVEN if SequestOx is a bust.
Elite would have to be in serious trouble with their current revenue generating generics..... and that ain't happening anytime soon. In fact those revenue generating generics continue to only grow.
Next up Percocet.
BTW, have the SunGen trials started yet for one of those generics?
2 cents per share...... in someone's dreams. ROTFLMAO!
Guess what? Purdue, the run again market leader.... was WRONG.
LOL LOL
But but but I thought Purdue Pharma had the answer and that Elite was just "run again" technology. LMAO~!
may be time to change directed again......solar,or space travel
Yes, manipulated up to $0.97 in February-March of 2014, then riden all the way back down to $0.20 and now lower.
Someone made lots of money shorting Elite all the way back down. My guess, overseas investors that can short stocks like Elite. One may be able to do it with a Canadian broker as well.
One day soon there may be a few that underestimate Elite. My sincerest hope they do take Elite with much disregard.
No doubt that the 200 day MA is getting closer. Also looks to be pretty much on schedule.
My thoughts also PH4RM4. Just plunked a tiny bit of money in my Roth. Hopefully I have enough time to put the whole $6500 into Elite. That would about do it for me. Then I sit back and wait.
Public pressure is being put on the FDA because the abuse problem is just THAT BAD.
RoxyBond tells me reformulated SequestOx should have no problem with the FDA.
None.
RoxyBond is a lame answer to a pressing problem.
When SequestOx comes to the market as the de facto standard for IR ADF prescription opioids Elite will very easily be able to do things organically. Percocet and Norco will only add to present revenues. Should Elite also get OxyContin that will also add to the coffers. SequestOx will be the cake on which the icing and cherries
rest.
First come the launches of Percocet and Norco, final approval
for SequestOx, revenue ramp, then we can talk share price.
PuraCap could be just the partner Elite will deal with.
tit for tat
butter for fish....
Like there's a REAL big difference Todd DiLaMuca.
Go to Yahoo. Check out stats.
TIA
Correction 918 million shares outstanding. 80 million short of 1 billion.
Most companies don't have multi billion $dollar$ potential.
905 million OS currently.
It is amazing how companies that have absolutely no revenues and only their PIP get valued at such a high price. It has already been
brought to light that if Elite were strictly an R&D company with no
products generating revenues with which to sustain itself that Elite might be valued differently...... as in much higher a price per share. As I recall both Jerry and Nasrat had brought this up at times.
The market is what it is.... fickle.
SequestOx once approved is highly likely to be a dominant formulation given the circumstances of the current prescription
opioid abuse situation country wide.
Unless there is a way to safeguard current prescription opioids such that only the patient can take them it does not matter who prescribes them or fills the prescription. The abuse will continue
and only get worse. Pharmaceutical companies that manufacture these
drugs know this.... furthermore they don't care about the collateral damage. Only thing these companies care about is money
made from the sale of these drugs.
As for the magical way in which only the patient can have access to pills without some technological highly expensive safeguard....
there is none. Probable that there never ever will be any such solution.
Best solution to date is the technology Elite has. Once pill poppers figure out that they can't get that rush off of SequestOx
they will have to find some other means..... maybe go back to
non pharmaceutical grade heroin.
All over TV tonight about the huge problem with corrupt/reckless doctors and pharmacists
What's to say there will not be two filed in one Q?
One ANDA per quarter. What blew up in whose face?
Who manufactures the pharma grade heroin? Pharmacists? Doctors?
Not hardly. Pharmaceutical companies.
Unless there is a plan to put a chip in each pill so that it can be tracked to the person it was intended for your argument holds no
water.
Once the doc writes the prescription and the pharmacist fills it, it is the responsibility of the person taking that prescription to see that those drugs do not fall into unintended hands.
Once SequestOx is out there it really won't matter what happens.
The opioids can fall into unintended hands and the abusers can have at it. Good luck to them. LOL
Support your local pharmaceutical grade opioid manufacturer. Without them there can be no prescription opioid abuse.
Synthetic heroin.... pharmaceutical grade.
Sick......
Heroin has a tie to prescription opioid abuse, but heroin abuse is not the goal with SequestOx. Many heroin abusers prefer prescription oxycodone to heroin. For one thing it is pharmaceutical grade stuff.... something heroin is not.
The other point I wanted to make is that the article you posted has to do more with a bill that could be passed to force those addicted to heroin to be put in treatment.
And who would pay for this treatment?
The article says nothing about prescription opioid abusers and their treatment for addiction.
Once SequestOx comes onto the market then "they" can worry and concentrate on heroin addiction. The best known ADF will available
to healthcare professionals. SequestOx will be putting other pharmaceutical opioid manufacturers on notice.
Last time I was there the building had only been partially expanded.
Looks as if they now have the whole facility going.
Don't forget "Elite's ADF doesn't work" "it can be abused, street junkies will find a way" "Elite won't be able to do this" "Elite won't be able to do that""ZomBie SequestOx"...... So far Elite is doing fine.
NH and company are doing more than just opioid ADFs. They are building a very competitive pharmaceutical company. More than just a one trick pony like some pharmaceuticals out there.
just went up a tic.... now down a tic... now up a tic...
WOW, i just looked away for a bit and Elite LOST 15 again!!
People take solace in the fact that Elite has no control over share price at the moment. The market is fickle. Stocks go up and stocks go down. The key here is timing. When to buy...... when to hold....
and when to take profit.
Buy hold and accumulate.... my advice.
Sell when the insiders sell. So far no insiders have sold.
Word.....
Purdue is a one trick pony whose trick is about up. OxyContin will be facing more than just other pharmaceuticals manufacturing the turtle shell..... Purdue will be facing Elite's line of ADFs.
ADFs Purdue cannot compete with.
Opioid abuse problem came up again today during a discussion
of the AHA on The View. Prescription opioid abuse will not be covered.
As the abuse problem gets worse the fallout will rise. Elite has
the solution.
Short story, Purdue determined that their Hot Melt Extruder technology was better than $ELTP's Fluid Bed Spray Drier technology. and rejected the $ELTP offer.
but dont forget Purdue said thanks but no thanks
There are going to be ups and downs no doubt about that, however, if Elite does fall to new 52 week lows I will be a buyer accumulating even more.
Yup nothing less than a massive Global contract.
Another great post.
In addition only $ELTP has the technical R&D to develop for PuraCap a similar separate R&D development and manufacturing contract as for SunGen's 4 blockbuster ANDAs.
PuraCap paid $550 mil for Epic mediocre 15 breadcrumbs ANDAs!
