So, lets all assume he may be flat out lying, as most CEOs do to an extent at some point, every company pumps some snow. Maybe he's new to the biz, figuring it out, a little arrogant because he knows where he can go but not enough cash for an IR person FT??? Who knows, that's why he's on the pink sheets. I am new to this board, but I can tell you that overloading demanding and insulting e-mails or leaving messages and expecting individual responses is generally fruitless. Most of the time it just causes any new arrogant business owner with a great concept/contract to stop caring about the little people and think his Co. will stand on it's own.
They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but if it's too loud and shrill you stop greasing it and drive a different car. Simple respectful e-mails in great volume (whether you respect the receiving person or not) work well most of the time. I'd rather see it go in that direction. It's the pinkies.... take a chance or sell.
