Looks like the MMs are ready to play today.
.75 X .79
Bought more at .85
Tomorrow should be another good day before the investor conference on Friday.
Looking for more than $1.
Volume picking up. 2.6M now
homey, just don't share your beer with the baby... I hear that they can't hold their liquor....LOL
I see mid 3's very soon in the future, maybe tomorrow. I know, it is already tomorrow out there on the east coast.
I tried to buy more but the slippery little thing kept getting away from me. Felt like I was in a greased pig contest.
We are #7 on the breakout boards which along with the 27% rise today will get us some more attention.
With the low float this could move up in a hurry.
Those that sold today will be sorry if Hurricane Fred makes landfall in the GOM or Atlantic coast. It is building strength (70 mph) and will be named a hurricane soon.
ETFC had a great day, up 6.45% and closed at $1.65.
Looking for much more from them as the economy improves.
My position in this one is long.
.775 X 1.005
Something is definitely up here.
"No 500k sells yet!"
Yes, and the price is going up so to me this means they are done selling their 500k blocks through VERT and we start an uptrend until the next PR. If we close at .0285 or above the chartists among us will love it.
Enough with the calls already.
It only takes one person to call and get an update. Let the man do his job.
Fred should be upgraded to a hurricane soon but might be just another fish flinger. Poor fish.
We just need more volume to tighten the spread.
.71 X 1.005
News after the conference this week about orders would do wonders.
Wow! Ask now 1.005!!!
This stock is very thinly traded, no shares available.
Just bought more at .75
Time to put our rally caps on!
This will get notice on I-HUB from % rise.
Where is everyone? We are up 20% and the board is silent?
This one moves on small trades and could be run to $2 easily with decent volume. Some of you can take your SPNG profits and put them here.
It won't move up unless someone buys. Volume is zero.
I just got some at .028, raise your price because it looks like today might be the reversal back up.
Springroll, I agree. No buyback expect by management and money better spent to grow the business and retire debt.
Not quiet anymore. The invest off Africa now has HIGH probability of becoming hurricane.
FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
1. A CONCENTRATED AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CENTERED ABOUT 150
MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHERN CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IS ASSOCIATED
WITH A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE. CONDITIONS APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR THIS
SYSTEM TO DEVELOP INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR
SO AS IT MOVES WESTWARD OR WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT NEAR 20 MPH.
LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS ARE LIKELY OVER THE
SOUTHERN CAPE VERDE ISLANDS TODAY. THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE...
GREATER THAN 50 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
MrSparex, everything IS falling into place but your list is just bizarre. Just buy under .03 and watch and learn.
Yeah, and the models have been very accurate so far on Erika haven't they? Nice try.
Erika is alive and well in very warm waters. This is going to be a long weekend so it might be hard to buy on Tuesday if a hurricane develops.
Rawnoc, I took a small position in this one today. These story stocks are interesting.
The last 10Q was very good for a small growing company. They increased their cash position, lowered their SG&A significantly, revenue was down due to economy but they increased gross revs to 20% and had positive net before tax, and little debt. They also have a revolving credit facility of $8.5M which was just renewed and increased in March.
The only negative I see are the convertibles, warrants, and options that are potentially dilutive. But if the company keeps growing the business which I have faith that they will these will have little impact, especially considering that the float is so low.
"What would happen if financials are released after-hours today and come tuesday Erika has redeveloped in the gulf and Fred is a cat 3 or 4 and heading our way?"
That would be the perfect storm to drive NSMG way over .02 on Tuesday.
Manchild, That tropical wave has been upgraded to medium chance of developing into a cyclone.
2. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE IS LOCATED
ABOUT 100 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
WHILE THE ASSOCIATED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY REMAINS
SOMEWHAT LIMITED...SOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS
POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT
AROUND 20 MPH OVER THE EASTERN TROPICAL ATLANTIC. THERE IS A MEDIUM
CHANCE...30 TO 50 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
Bouncing now, just picked up more at .01
"Guys, we are going back to the .009's tomorrow. The big sells are over IMO.
"
Not without the rest of the PR or someone pumps it, today's was just a small piece of puzzle, one line from a balance sheet. I am waiting for a PR to tell us the rest of the story. Revenue, international deals, profits, how many new clients, etc.
The DART info should be good for ETFC. From an article yesterday.
Raymond James analyst Patrick O'Shaughnessy said that TradeStation "should be an outlier" this month. O'Shaughnessy and others expect online brokers, such as TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (AMTD) and E*Trade Financial Corp. (ETFC), to post better-than-expected DARTs due to strong trading activity in low-priced stocks such as Citigroup Inc. (C).
We will rise tomorrow before the long weekend. It is still a possibility that Erika will get into the GOM, and that tropical wave off Africa is scary.
Just added another 350K.
Time to move up!
Things are looking up for Beazer.
I especially like the part below from the PR:
While the company has significantly reduced its debt
over the past year, Beazer's leverage (as measured by total debt to
capitalization) remains very high at 90% after adjusting for the additional
debt repurchases subsequent to the end of 3Q'09.
The company completed the 3Q'09 with $464.9 million of cash on the balance
sheet. Although the company has generated $292.6 million of cash from
operations during the latest 12-month (LTM) period (ending June 30, 2009), cash
from operations during the first nine months of fiscal 2009 was only $1.5
million. For all of fiscal 2009, Fitch expects Beazer to be slightly cash flow
negative, excluding a second-quarter tax refund of $169.1 million. The company
has limited near-term debt maturities, with $127.3 million (subsequent to the
repurchase or agreement to repurchase $47.7 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes
due 2011) maturing in May 2011.
I bet the news is coming out in the morning which is why we are upticking today. The question is will the news be the completion of the aquisitions or another delay?
Nice to see all of the new investors here. When the deals are done we will all be able to breathe a little easier.
No, the Texas panhandle would be safe, but the Texas Gulf coast from Brownsville to Beaumont would be put on alert. Not sure Erika will enter the GOM though. We will see.
Buyout would be okay with me but I think in 3 more quarters ETFC will be officially out of the woods as far as credit issues go and pps would be higher to reflect that.
"we should see news any day now jmo"
What are you basing it on, or is it just pumping?
Well something is probably gonna happen soon as we have traded over 35M shares so far today.
Why would ETFC want any TARP money after all of the control the feds exert over any companies that accept the money? It is not worth it. ETFC will do fine once the losses dwindle in the mortgage lending part of the business. The brokerage side is thriving.
Homebuilders are starting to show signs of life and they all should go higher from current levels. I picked BZH because they have been beaten down the most of all the builders and with the recent repurchase of $116M of debt and credit upgrade should move up nicely. Bought on the dip this morning.
Whole market tanking. Bought back in today, then it drops, oh well. It will come back, too much good news in the economy now to keep it down.
"Bought a starter today @ .018 I think this is about to turn."
So you are the one that bought today!
Just kidding. We are good here.
Whole market is in the crapper today. I Should have slept in.
