I think at these levels there is very minimal risk. I didn't recommend them to buy when we were over a penny because these people are hard working and I didn't want to risk them losing.

At these levels at worst case I believe they might lose half but it will bounce right back so I feel comfortable for them to join the club now.

My balls are sometimes too big but it's the way I like to live life, never a dull moment for me lol

I convinced some of my employees to buy LDSR. I'm paying everyone tomorrow and they will buy next week. Not too many shares I think, each will probably put in a few grand.

I agree Z, all I know is we have to be patient and let the chips fall where they may.

Until we get some revs showing clients this thing will trade sideways. Profit is definitely not needed to make it run just some traction in the right direction.

Regarding the awards I also feel it's just another site. One of my companies has many awards for excellence but only two of them are from well known entities with heavy accreditation.

With the being said, ANY award looks good for the bottom line and think it's a positive to have those under our belt. Regardless of the validity of those awards.

Agreed, just for me it doesn't matter regarding time. People always want quick returns so they can exit a position to enter another one, for me that's not the case hence my patience.

I was thinking it was going to be a blood bath today, at least mid 3's maybe 2's. Was honestly surprised to see how well it held up and only a few ticks down from last close.

We all drank the damn koolaid, it's too late. We don't want to let go and it could very well be another stinky that statistically we all lose our money on but I for one just can't ignore all the signs of a good recipe in the making.

All I know is one thing that applies to all businesses. If Jason is in for 5 million dollars and succeeds with his venture there will be so much money coming in the future. That's a huge amount of money to get things started if you will but I believe it's not out of the norm for a tech company.

All IMO guys, but it seems like we ALL put our money where our mouth is...nicely done.

Bottom line for me is this whole data thing is taking over and will be a major issue in years to come. I'm invested in the Data443 because I believe they will prevail in this sector.

If you guys read the release there are statements in there that point out being to small and having a worse chance of success because of big competition, etc.

From what I understand all this is basic jargon when registering with SEC and nothing to worry about. Again I have to say that I am the last person to give market advice just my view on things.

Not sure if I told you before, one of my businesses is a large logistics company. I have more than 10,000 clients a year and can't begin to tell you how many people don't read the terms and conditions before they sign the paperwork.

My reps have to explain the black and white obvious terms over and over and clients still don't listen.

My point is if everyone in this world had the intellectual prowess that we hold there wouldn't be as many opportunities that we would be able to take advantage of to make money.

If everyone played chess instead of checkers the world would be a different place.

Alrighty boys and girls. I called my friend about this filing and more specifically the wording on how they might fail as a company.

He just got back to me because he's out of the country for the moment.

He told me not to worry about those statements because like I assumed it's standard wording to protect themselves in the future if shit hits the fan.

This is a great experience for me to learn how things work and what to look for in the future.

At least now nobody has to see 30mil on the ask Monday morning, I'm joking, won't sell and will load if we go low enough.

There is no scam here IMO. Maybe bad money management, lack of experience, etc.

What if all clients, deals, etc were brought in after the fact to have a strong balance sheet later or this was done intentionally because with all respect to everyone here I know people will be selling Monday because of this and some group will be there to pick everything up.

Like I said before I'm in till the end on this one, it's my first "dream ticker" and I need it to either be my dream or nightmare. I learn better that way.

Then even if we get the funding we might not be able to succeed anyway.

I'm simplifying it obviously.

Now please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe these are just standard statements placed in "contacts" to cover your back in every possible situation.

There were just some statements in their that didn't sit well with me as a businessman. Failure is not an option, but again I know my finances very well when it comes my sectors so I would never overextend my budget by huge margins.

Again I don't know what's acceptable in the tech world to give a solid opinion.

4.8 mil loss is acceptable if it's being used to build a solid infrastructure for a profitable business in the future and I mean real profitable.

There is more there, I read about 80% and will go through it again.
