Believe I answered this before...in Coachella, they are working under an umbrella of developer on leased properties...so for them to get their state licenses, they were having to wait on them to complete their inspections with code, building, fire, water, etc...it’s also a big project, with other businesses on it..

Robles is a more direct route for LVVV, while it may be a leased property, it’s all theirs, so they did their own permitting, water tests, fire, code, zoning, etc...as we are seeing now with what they are doing with SLO..

Once they get their permit from SLO approved, they can begin to get the buildings set up for operation, and then apply for the state cultivation...because they did everything, not having to wait on anyone else here...it will be easier for them, also they will just apply for the annual license

So, they possibly have operating permits and licenses in hand by end of Jan. 2019, start growing and selling the clones, and I'd say by June of 2019, they will have offers on the table for upwards of $1 per share....

So, that's why I just patiently sit with my shares and hope Twitter Bill finnaly gets it right, as I see what is going on in the industry, and it's much much easier to buy a company with licenses, than to start from ground 0 and try to start up...

Couple things: the date for the SLO planning commission will be about the 3rd week in January. We will send out hard-date when available. OTC uplist is still in the works. Talked to rep yesterday, provided additional info they require, hope to hear any day.

They have some revenue, but this is a start up, so it’s speculative..cheap entry for potential of huge gains.. this is a great report on the company however...check it out..

Regarding Paso: we need to get through the Agriculture Preserve Review Committee (APRC) on Monday at 1:30. I will be at the meeting and I’ll be sure to inform people of the outcome.
Then, it will be on to the County for the official permit hearing.
