This back and forth on the financials is getting old.Most of us here believe they will come out in due time,otherwise we wouldnt be here.I think what most of us want are the OS count.I dont understand why Dru doesnt throw us a bone and give us that number.I think that would definitely be a show of good faith and take the pressure off the company for the late financials.

I believe in the Town Hall they mentioned the possibility of spinning off their divisions into the empty shells at some point.

Bendis and company have annoyed me so much with their routine that even if this company made me rich I would still hate these guys.There is only so much BS that you can take.

Bendis answered my e-mail last week.He answered with his famous "news coming out soon".

MNM, maybe it could also be good if they split all of the EFGO divisions into seperate companies and give them each a shell.I think this was also mentioned on the Townhall site.

I personally dont see bashers here as much as I see concerned people watching out for their investment.To label every negative as a bash and deleting posts is very immature and shows shortsightedness in my opinion.There are many legitimate questions that need to be answered and the Townhall should be more pro-active in responding.

Stratey, I mentioned the same thing regarding Chang this morning and my post was deleted.I mentioned that it was stated in prs that Chang was head of the AEFM division and not a consultant.I think that it is also a serious matter that my post was deleted as if this topic is trying to be covered up.I just sent off a message to Matt regarding my deleted post.

darrengus, many here try to minimize Changs role at EFGO,but if you go back and review some of the older prs you will see that he was HEAD OF THE AEFM DIVISION and not just a consultant.

synergetek, The post of xeller that you are referring to is #69772. I didnt take this as being a lie on INXRs part but instead just a problem of them missing their deadline.The 3rd party who will complete the audit is standing by waiting for the unaudited financials.I dont see the problem.JMO

overhead, I have alot of confidence in INXR and xeller,todd,SW,etc. I was referring to the posters who have no confidence in 2nd hand information but instead swear by prs.I just thought that was odd based on my experience in pinks.I very much appreciate all the DD that you and many of the other guys have been doing and I am heavily invested in INXR.

Exactly. I dont understand these people saying that they wont believe information until they see it in a pr.From what I have seen from the pinks,most of the scams were done through false and misleading prs.Thats how companys are able to pump and dump.

I sent an e-mail to Mr.Bendis asking when we might be updated on whats going on with our investment and he replied "that there will be news soon".I wonder if this is an automatic reply because his message was sent back to me pretty quickly at 6am his time.

It would seem to me that if EFGO has a team over in China for weeks and even months at a time then this has to be more than just talks and negociations.I would guess testing and implementing and or serious mergering.JMO

Looking on the bright side,possibly our EVSY shares are worth more than our HISC shares and winning a law suit against Fred and company will add value to that side of our portfolio.JMO

I dont think that Garr is under any presure to get things done by January.When his contract ends he can just renew it,but this time with a good size salary.And then he has a whole new year to make things happen.Of course the pps could take a hit in January if alot of restricted shares become unrestricted.I think it would be wrong for investors to get in thinking that January is a special do or die month when we have the Chinese Olympics in the summer of 2008.

Well,for sure we are all hoping.But the question remains,why are we being kept in the dark about everything?I still take this as a lack of consideration for the shareholders which I cannot excuse.

balihi, a lot of us are down more than 80% on our investment here and getting out at these prices is out of the question.Surely you can appreciate that we are not happy with the current situation.Grey sheets,no communication,pps,website being down,etc.Some people have confidence in this company and their management team and others dont.It remains to be seen who has reason.

rufusrj0, thanks for sharing this.It seems that they always answer using as few words as possible.It almost makes the MUMBO look good.

who, I have no idea what the pps will be in the future,but I am willing to take the risk.I think that this technology has great potential and with the olympics coming up,I think this is the right time to be invested in TPDI.I just dont have any confidence in the people running this company after the way that we as shareholders have been treated thus far.

akrn, if you wait 2 years I believe there are a lot less hassles.

Personally I think that they would give us a dividend in the new company.For example 1 share of the new company for each 100 shares of EFGO that we own.JMO
