You are absolutely correct. These are exciting times for this transformational technology. I am not selling, and I am not complaining about the timeline either. IND, Partnership, Vegas. In that order I believe.

Scared longs didn't do there DD, confident longs did. I too am excited about the upcoming IND.

FB is a long term hold. Nothing the matter with taking a little profit here and there but I would hold onto FB. We are just getting started here. imho

1234jklm's earlier post touched on something I have thought for a while. We all know PMCB here on this board very well, but the rest of the world has yet to be introduced. When I point the stock out to people no one has ever heard of it, then they do their DD and are anxious to buy shares.

Once more investors learn about this technology and the success of past trials they will want their shares. We know what we have here and what is about to happen. WE ARE THE LUCKY ONES! In 2 years most investors won't be us. They will be people who bought at a much higher price and THEY will be saying they got in at the ground floor, LOL.

I am holding my shares, I may buy more. This is the waiting game. Keep up with the news but focus on other things. Tomorrow, maybe, but I would be ok with waiting to next year for the big kaboom. I will be in Vegas with my wife to meet everybody. I am not that old as my moniker suggest, its just that the biggest fish are the oldest fish, and I want to be a big fish.

The company doesn't make any money, Why is it valued as high as it is? I guess I believe i will be able to get it at that price before things really happen. They reported a 9.3 million dollar loss last quarter. If I miss out and it runs, then I will move on to another opportunity. I am not slamming Cara, just playing it as I see it.

I am still waiting for $8 a share before I get back in.

I am certain there are posters that would love to discuss the legitimacy of the IR email that 1234jklm shared with us. Why? to avoid discussing the content of the email, which is huge. Like we suspected they are meeting with our funding partner. I need to scrape up some funds, this is a great price to buy. Average down. In My Opinion.

Its part of there compensation package, pretty common.

If I was being compensated for my work with shares, i would probably not use the cash I had to buy more shares. The same question could be asked of me.

Why am I not buying more shares?

Because I have a big family with lots of financial entanglements LOL. If I had more disposable cash I would buy more. If I was an employee with a large block of shares I would be wise to diversify.

Insider buying

DEFINITION of 'Insider Buying' The purchase of shares of stock in a corporation by someone who is employed by the company.

I guess I am not certain to whom you are referring. Those who work for the company get their shares for their labors. Others within the industry in the know? Its possible some of this already happened.

IMO, the money will flow in once the IND is submitted, that means things are happening in a known and immediate time frame. Even more money flows in if success is leaked or good news on 6 month hard stop. I would love to see PMCB stay PMCB until after hard stop but we need money to fund trials. Who knows what is being agreed to behind the scenes right now.

I agree with a dollar right now. I bet the price would be considerably higher after a successful 6 month hard stop report. I think we will already be in bed with some company way before the 6 month hard stop.

This is the best case scenario. Imagine the bargaining power after a successful pivotal trial.

Yes, That is exactly what I am saying. Not very ridiculous considering the campaign we are all witnessing against them.

My guess is the quiet period is to prevent those who stand to lose so much money due to PharmaCytes breakthrough therapies from sabotaging our plans. If PMCB is successful there are large Pharmaceutical companies that stand to lose billions in income. Thats worth fighting for, so PharmaCyte is just being careful. IMHO

I am hopeful that the silence from the company is prelude to something huge. It would make the lack of communication understandable and forgivable. There are signs that point to this. It does seem likely at this point, but this is just my opinion. I understand that i have only been invested here for 13 months and others have been waiting much longer.
