Although I enjoy the drama on RB, I do visit I-hub just as frequently. Just don't post as much there. As you may be aware from my previous posts, I'm a former process engineer from St. Jude Medical until 2003. I can appreciate BIPH's technology, but understand the reluctance of device makers. FDA approval = $300,000 and at least 2 years for a new implantable material. I too, tried to convince my boss that I had developed a better material for their pulse generator connector tops - it even passed Phase I and would have saved the company at least $900,000 per month. My stupid boss still not interested - that's why I'm a former employee.

Domerfan- Otto did call me back. We talked for about 5 minutes. Re: 10K - He said that he thought everthing was ready to go, but after reviewing the documents with the accountants there were some last minute changes and couldn't get them done in time. Re: ez2scam - He doesn't know if it was done by competition or someone with a grudge, but he was aware of it and already has the FBI after them and said they will do hard time. Other comments he made were that "I'm the marketing and sales guy, I don't handle the accounting and financials." "this is not a day trading stock", "we are a developing company, so be patient, it took 7 years for E-bay, but we should do it within a year with our new video technology", "I don't even know what the stock price is" "I don't read the investors boards because I don't have the time" " I have 42 more calls to return today". When I asked about the TV ads saying you must have spent at least $50K on the TV ads he said "more than that, but I can't say how much".
