Like selling at $1.20 and buying back in at 70 cents
minus the exercise price

Why would a company like Teleflex develop a customized ligation system for the Titan SPORT platform if as some say, is not even a viable platform. It is absurd to think Teleflex would do that for something that will never come to market. Completely absurd.
I can't think of one reason Teleflex would do this if SPORT was NOT a VIABLE PLATFORM. Not ONE reason (that makes sense)
What do you care, you don't think SPORT is a viable system.
Hold no weight, you think SPORT doesn't even have a viable platform - clueless
why is it at the expense of FDA submission?
All I am saying is they have $125M in a shelf offering that they can access at anytime. Most likely it will be an overnight private offering so at the most will need 24-48 hours to access the money. I think everyone gets that they will need money but they have til the end of Q3 - that is still 40 some odd days away. In that time they will have feedback on IDE approval.
They will access the $125M shelf.
Teleflex is making the ligation system for Titan's Next Generation Robotic System. Btw, Microline makes a ligation system as well but they aren't working with Titan - hence the Teleflex/Titan deal.
Right now, I am saying that Titan will get acquired. The question is how much risk is the acquirer willing to pony up for...meaning is it worth it for Stryker to make a move and come in Pre-FDA to prevent Medtronic or JnJ from acquiring Single Port Technology. Is Medtronic willing to pay a boat load more for Titan then JnJ? Is JnJ still the front runner and has a deal that is too good for Titan to pass up that will create long term/legacy money for investors (think reverse merger with Titan that will create Ethicon Digital Surgery spin off/separate company)?
my bad, I forgot that Honeycomb777 sold all his shares and holds no position right now.
So why do you need help, just follow your advice, wait for raise and buy back in at, what did you say again...was it $1 or $1.60, either way just buy back when it drops (hey maybe it will get to the 70 cent mark you were shooting for before).
Or wait if you think they will do another raise before FDA submittal - which to remind everyone SPORT19 says will happen in Q4
You don't need help, just sell your position tomorrow before the open, wait for the raise and buy back in at $1 to more than double your position. Please take your own advice before you can expect anyone else to follow.
Sure seems odd that if Titan were still working with Microline that they would sign a deal with Teleflex (recently March 2019 to be exact) to develop an end effector for Ligation that Microline already makes. Here is the proof that Microline is no longer making end effectors for Titan.

Microline MiSeal reposable jaw
Microline Surgical Inc.’s MiSeal Reposable Thermal Ligating System is the first reposable device that simultaneously seals and divides soft tissue and vessels using direct thermal energy, offering surgeons the ability to achieve exceptional patient outcomes at a considerable cost advantage, according to the company.
Interesting how these end effectors have the Titan Snake Arms
https://patents.google.com/patent/US20130197556A1/en
Oh, very interesting that this an Ethicon Patent
I'll answer that, he will say that the software is:
LiveData b/c it was in the MD&A 6 years ago so it still must be true today.
The new camera is Platform Imaging b/c the MD&A said it was 3 years ago
The End effector is Microline b/c one guy posted he worked on the end effectors for Titan in 2013/2014.
Not one person on this board ever posted that Medtronic was working with Karl Storz - BUT people are saying that this should have been disclosed, WELL it obviously wasn't and that appears to be ok to do
Spot on procket - again thanks for the due diligence on this, nice to see someone provide some valuable insight
Medrobotics is not even close to having the capabilities of SPORT. Can you imagine the incision size needed to go thru a Single Port - it would be massive.
One thing we know for sure is that Microline is NOT making the end effectors.
So it is confirmed that Microline is not the end effectors supplier. More posters confirming that then those saying Microline is the end effectors maker.
Again, I do agree that not one of us knows for sure what is going on and we all have our reasons for investing our money into this both long and short. I also think there is only one thing that everyone agrees to and that is the sooner they can pull back the curtain the better.
I think everyone knows that is your bet
That is when zaring (VP OF SURGICAL ROBOTICS for Medtronic) is placed at Titan to oversee the transition and commercialization for Titan Single port platform. Within the last week, Medtronic announces that on Sept 24 they have an announcement to make on their analyst call about their surgical robotic platform that will compete w ISRG SP
Come procket, if u expect sport19 to go to Titan’s website and actually do a couple of clicks and then be able to actually pull up a video and go to the exact time u said..... I think we all know that is way more than he can handle.
Confirmed that Karl storz is making the endoscope camera. Thanks procket, great due diligence, thanks for sharing
Goes to $25-30 within 2 weeks w link to big partner
The more I am looking into the last couple days, I’m starting to really think Medtronic has come in and stolen this from JNJ. Based on some new discovery the past 2 days along w the news that Medtronic is going to introduce a rival to ISRG SP. there is no way Medtronic lets zaring work w a direct competitor. The fact that Karl storz has secretly been working w Medtronic the last 4 years, the fact that Titan’s endoscope camera is storz, the fact Fowler is a top level executive at storz.
If indeed Medtronic is acquiring Titan, we are talking about a MONSTER PAYOUT. SOMEWHERE B/T $6B to $10B. Medtronic is backing the $125M shelf offering.
U sound like your boy Marty bernholtz
Did some DD on trademarks and patents and Knobbe Martens is prosecuting both Titan and Auris trademarks and patents.
JnJ bought Auris for $5.7B for endoluminal robotic surgery.
JnJ/Titan/Verb/Auris
Also its been confirmed that Microline is NOT making the end effectors for Titan.
Also, two people involved in the beginning with SPORT are working now at VERB and Auris. so fascinating!
Last Friday, this Friday, next Friday - I am sure that one of these Friday's that raise will be announced, you are bound to get it right soon.
No one should be surprised when they announce money - why else would they get a $125M shelf - to access it when needed.
They have access to $125M - no worries about getting the money to complete this - the partner probably told Titan that they will supply the $125M anyway
38 days and Medtronic is going to announce their surgical robotic platform that will compete with ISRG Single Port
HH777, which firm is prosecuting the trademark for Titan?
Medtronic has something to announce on SEPT 24 regarding their single port robot to rival ISRG SP.
TO your point ENOS is JNJ - not Medtronic. After Medtronic shows their hand, jnj will then show theirs.
Really??? 2016, I don't even see any postings from a SPORT19 in 2016 - please clarify.
You say it's a stretch, I don't think it is stretch to hit that date
