Not directly, no. The way I see it, dilution is NEVER good for shareholders, directly. But can be quite helpful for a company (if used properly). Hopefully the selling of these shares won't come too quickly. If they did sell too many too quickly, the decline in PPS would take a LONG time to come out of (if at all)...and that's ONLY if GZFX succeeds. Spend wisely.

I would say you're right...considering that's what happened with the current site. Someone found it early -before they were ready- and word spread like wildfire. So a ton of people were using a beta site and, naturally, complaining about it.

It's similar, but no I haven't seen that particular one. I could be wrong, but I was assuming this would be a 100% new site. Completely new look. New everything!

Any ideas or facts proving otherwise?

You're using 10% stops? I'm thinking that would have bought me more time. I've typically done 7-8%. We'll see what happens in the next couple of days. If ADBE stays about the $35.50 area, then I'll probably try a 10% stop next time. Just a couple more percentage points can buy a decent bit of 'breathing room,' sometimes.
