I've only been here long enough to average down to .0146 with 70% loss in value. I put too much in this to not feel they suck their money from shareholders. I am interested in the financials as I doubt revenue is enough to cover lofty salaries.
Where did you get the specifics of their investments?
Investments 47 million plus. Is that part of the balance sheet as well. I first saw this stock at .30 and rode it to .49. Had not seen it below .17 until recently. Take it down some more and I want some.
The company said it would
" In the meantime, we have taken the following steps to reduce costs in an attempt to keep DNA viable:
To eliminate costs the Company has filed a Form 15 with the SEC
Senior management and key employees have converted all of their unpaid and accrued salaries to a preferred stock with super voting rights, but no equity
We have engaged two beverage brokers to immediately move out inventory and secure new distribution channels (This action could generate the news we need)
Yet, we remain committed to our plan and our products
We are open to any other ideas which you may have that will allow us to move forward
We are also engaged in discussions with various financing sources, but as of the date of this letter no definitive agreement with any financing source has been reached" (This could generate important news)
I don't see the words broke or done in this letter. I would like an update as would many.
If the company is selling these shares as I believe they are, it is bringing in more than if it was in sub basis zone /Asher. If there IS a PLAN the company ought to give some press to it. This could bring a bounce to the price which would allow management to bring in more operating/advertising capital. Perhaps then we could get this ship afloat.
I am disappointed that the company has come so far as to have been in markets and left those markets because they didn't seem to know how to sell. To have created and produced a good product is evidence that this is a very doable venture. The company needs to move this product before it dies on the shelf.
"One way to generate cash to allow purchase of advertising is sell additional shares of stock. At this point, it may be one of DNA management's only ways to generate the required cash."
I thinks it's the best way for all concerned for management to sell shares to the market rather than making sub basis huge block deals that will surely come back to suck down PPS.
"2) The A/S is 6 billion, so you better assume that the intent is to dilute to that level. You especially better assume that intent if the transfer agent remains gagged. If DNA management authorizes the TA to report share structure on demand then you can cut DNA some slack regarding dilution because you will be able to track it as often as you feel appropriate to make your decisions on buying and selling. Unless that occurs, you have to assume that DNA will dilute to the maximum allowed by the A/S at any time, and that they will attempt to hide that action"
Cup half full hopes they can get profitable and retire many of those shares providing continuation of business goes forward.
Is there really a planned meeting with Mel?
I hope the selling is the company selling direct for needed financing rather than sub basis loans.
A/S doesn't mean they have to burn through all those. Hopefully many can be retired.
GO DNAX!
We've got the taste for now. It's time to strike! Sell Mel,sell!
One good piece of distribution news will send this back up. If what we are seeing is the company selling shares rather than toxically funding at sub basis point deals that would be a good thing.
Shipping is maybe the big one! I bought From the website and find it cheaper to drive 45 miles to a retailer.
You previously mentioned individuals becoming distributors. Alion says he/she has done that in a small way. I'll bet most of us can think of a place we would like to "pick up" DNA Energy drinks as that would benefit all shareholders. How would one go about that?
I'm sure you've noticed the 14s out there. Some jerk or mm made a 42 dollar sell of 30016, a 32 dollar sale of 23478, and 2 14 dollar sales of 10000 shares.
This all the while in the face of over a million at 15s before the 16s come back. I was the two 6500 share buys at 15 to right the ship. I just hit back the asks. This other jerk is trying to take it down by offering to sell below ask!
No DNDA/ DNA friggin laptop swipepad! LOL
Try It! You’ll Go Long!!!
Could be worth it all!!!
I'm long here. I never tasted an energy drink before investing in this as in going to the gym. I did do 5 hour energy before though, that’s not a drink really. I ordered and received a case of twelve cans of Cellular Citrus DNDA Energy Drink and shared it with my neighbors. Neither of my neighbors had tried energy drinks before so we had nothing to compare with/to.
I bought citrus renditions if available from competitor leading brands and found DNA superior.
I have now tried Cellular Citrus, Cellular Citrus Zero, Cyro Berry, Molecular Melon, Mocha, Caramel Machiato, and Original.
I have not met the Lemon/Lime mentioned through time and have not tried the Vanilla Coffee drink as yet. DNA Energy drinks provide for the workout energy yet have great flavor.
Of all I found only the Original tasting like an energy drink, I wouldn’t roll into a second for love. I could overdose on Cellular Citrus, Caramel Machiato, or maybe Vanilla If I catch up to it soon.
If you haven’t found anywhere to get these drinks you aren’t looking. You are only after an un-faced piece of meat. Shallow is best! Right? The website will ship to your house or business. If you haven’t tried it you likely can’t know what would be left out of the world for the likes of your words.
Take a shot and try it. You will see that given eight spots on the shelf more will be coming. There should be a lemon/lime to make up that ninth spot on the shelf while DNA Energy only is getting one shelf. I don’t think one shelf will do if the quality and quantity are at hand.
If this went to 6 billion shares to cover and did a R/S later I would still want to be part of the start of this. I have money on the table and believe this product needs to be part of the world.
The preferred way for the company to raise money for advertising and shipping would be to sell from the six hundred million new shares. Go ahead and do some dilution for a good cause. This rather than toxic fractional basis point financing. Dilute don’t pollute. Go DNAX!!!
I think putting out samples is a good way to diminish excess supply due to planning for imaginary distribution deals. This stuff would be greatly sought after and word of mouth can go far with these drinks.
Below is text from my earlier post after having experienced some DNA Energy drinks. I had not yet experienced Original or Vanilla Coffee flavors.
I saw the PR from earlier years mentioning a Lemon-Lime but have discovered that is not the Original flavor. The Original tastes much like an energy drink. No more pleasant or difficult to consume than the Big Guy competition originals.
DNA Sampling as of07/30/2014
Now I have had the opportunity to test several of the DNA Energy drinks and can offer a critique.
Cellular Citrus is not orange, or tangerine, rather a cellular representation of a juncture of the two. This drink leaves the consumer ready to open another immediately upon the regrettably last sip. This drink is smooth all the way down and offers a good vision and ambition for great workouts if that is the attraction. This drink stands on its own flavor and offers great performance.
Caramel Machiato is a coffee milk based drink with flavor that leaves me wishing for more at the end of the ride. This drink claims one serving for the fifteen ounce can. The 270 calorie count was much offset by the workout I pursued after the drink. The greatest regret is the last sip.
Molecular Melon is a drink with a subtle potentially melon overtone. There was no overwhelming watermelon, honey do, or cantaloupe flavor. This drink is a subtle (again) essence of melon to float over the back of the tongue to a molecular degree of melon. While I do not seek melon based drinks this would be an excellent choice to change up the exercise routine, if that is the focus. Quite a non-descript flavor if not identified as melon so far as I’m suited.
Mocha is another coffee milk based drink with a flavor more, dark to my perception, than Machiato. It is good and offers energy levels expected of coffee/energy drinks. It could be somewhat safer for me as I would be more inclined to overdose on Machiato and Citrus.
Cryo Berry is a berry drink in that it is holding to a reddish tint and has a bouquet with a tint of raspberry underwhelmed by a dilution of cranberry. This underwhelming is a healthy and natural approach to bring me into the world of berry drinks. Would that I don’t overdose on citrus or machiatio I would certainly include this as a choice in my armada of energy workout drinks. That is remarkable in that I do not gravitate toward any berry based drinks.
Many of us would like to see it at Wal Mart.
Do you have any idea how that could be worked out? Do any of you have any clue what to do see this through?
My daughter warned me not to get hooked on energy drinks at a time I started to go the gym for real a little before getting involved with DNA Energy.
I'd never had an energy drink in my life and tried competitors’ offerings of citrus or other flavors generally finding it to be a chore just to drink the stuff. The first energy drink I tried was DNA Cellular Citrus. I rued the last drop being gone. I would grab another if I didn't forcibly control myself, not wanting to be done with the pleasurable flavor, for fear I would overdose before being satisfied to my fill.
I found the drink as a positive influence during my next session at the gym.
The competitors' drinks followed to find a couple that had positive influence on the workout but tasted less than good. The rest not only didn’t taste of pleasure and were so unsubtly caffeinated they fractured my concentration for exercise.
My goal here is to get this product where it is convenient for me to purchase in my hometown. If that happens and I can hold strong to my company position I will do quite well as will the company and shareholders.
Go DNAX!!!!
Is there anything you can do to change that if is true? The more on shelves the more the sells.
Kristi Information I would like to see shared with shareholders:
This is from Ed the Trader post 15230. I threw a few things out which may touch on some of this but if you talk to Mel/DNA with one screen print or page I vote for this.
Ed, good luck with ppj if you've given up here! Someone reads.
Now this is shareholder questions rather than positive suggestions. Ed offered input in his post 15253 in response to my short rambling in 15209
This is the best set of questions for shareholders I've seen.
1) What is the current stock share structure (ie: We already know A/S is 1 Billion from the amended Articles of Incorporation filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, but how many shares are Outstanding (O/S) and how many are restricted (ie: not currently tradable) <OR> how many are in the float (ie: freely traded)?)?
2) If DNA management wants shareholders to trust them, when will DNA Brands authorize their transfer agent to provide the current stock share structure to anyone who calls the transfer agent? Attempting to hide that information only breeds distrust and makes the stock less desirable to prospective shareholders.
3) Who manufactures the actual DNA Energy Drink liquids, and where does that happen? Can you visit that facility and take some pictures?
4) Who cans the DNA Energy Drink liquid into cans, and where does that happen? Can you visit that facility and take some pictures?
5) Can you get a list of all current distributors, and regions of the country where they are placing DNA Energy Drinks into stores (ie: cities or counties for each distributor), the names of the store chains that each distributor services (so we can stop hunting blindly in efforts to confirm that the products really are there), and when each distributor started to carry DNA Energy Drinks?
6) Can you get a list of all previous distributors, and regions of the country where they were placing DNA Energy Drinks into stores (ie: cities or counties for each distributor), the names of the store chains that each distributor serviced, and the start and end dates when each former distributor carried DNA Energy Drinks? We want to know about areas of the country where product was formerly distributed but has now been lost.
7) Do they expect to lose any more distributors this year?
8) DNA Brands has engaged two beverage brokers to assist them in moving inventory quickly. Will this result in a net loss on sale of that inventory, or is a net profit still expected?
9) What can we shareholders do to help DNA management grow the business? This might include, but would not be limited to, purchase of new shares of stock directly from the company instead of allowing toxic financiers purchase and dump large numbers of shares, gathering intelligence at the retail stores or the distribution channels, and providing intelligence about local markets that Florida-based management may not be able to inexpensively acquire.
Haven't been around long enough to know the $1.78 thing.
Put up some on a notion sold to me that it could hit 30 cents.
How the heck do you make the c with a line through it on these keyboards? Our kids may never know the symbol for pennies ever existed!
Should be a moniker for such sights!
I'm in at .089 and hope to get my money back plus the in and out. I'm afraid I bit and this may be less than even my hope for .30.
I wouldn't give up my email on a whim so didn't see.
Doesn't seem like it had any relief on the financial concerns going forward from your reply.
"Get this on the shelf and it will sell. Keep quality control, provide supply (looks like we have a bunch but must keep ready to fill increased demands), get the shelf space and GO DNAX!!!"
________________________________________
“It is erroneous to think that just because DNA gets product on store shelves that it will sell, let alone sell well.”
DNA is selling in the few stores it occupies in central Illinois. It is selling in DFW with little or no advertising.
Without a means of distribution advertising only taunts potential customers with product they cannot get.
What can be done to get Coors, Anheuser Bush, Miller, or some other national beverage distributor as a partner short of selling out?
Let’s get some good distribution news and bring up the PPS for the company to sell shares to finance advertising. GO DNAX!!!
"Don’t get into toxic financing at ½ basis point conversions. Sell shares at current prices and into price decline if such happens..."
It's good to have you here ED. I don't think I'm the only here one who could benefit Greatly by the success this product line should achieve. While Fowler may have caused some bad decisions to be made the company has product that should be shared/sold to large audiences.
To all. For the you in Ed's reply try inserting yourself to the degree these things are some that are in your area of expertise.
From DcGod “I am in the process of approaching the company with an idea that I believe will assist in making DNA go viral. . More details soon as I am EXTREMELY excited about the potential of this idea/product/venture. It is right up my alley of expertise, hint hint.."
I don’t have all the answers but this company and product are much bigger than any one individual should be able to squash. DcGod, good luck! I will beat some bushes to at least get product closer to my home in stores.
Kristi Here are some.
Is it plausible to engage Amazon as a distribution option?
The current distributors that carry known in question competition should be checked to insure they are putting forth reasonable efforts to place product.
Can folks promote it where there aren’t distributors carrying it?
Can individuals try to influence distributors in their areas?
Does the company have loyal sales teams to place product?
Avoid toxic debt sub basis point stock conversions as finance options.
Sell shares to the market at market prices rather than creating huge blocks of price crushing shares in the hands of financiers.
Could real sales attempts be made by loyal salespeople to set trials with the likes of the big box execs?
“Yet, we remain committed to our plan and our products.”
So this letter does what harm to the sales that really are taking place? It sounds like we now know that we were being slowed down from within. How Sad! Yet now we should take it to the moon without being sucked down.
“We continue to use whatever resources at our disposal to implement our business plan. We are also engaged in discussions with various financing sources, but as of the date of this letter no definitive agreement with any financing source has been reached.”
Don’t get into toxic financing at ½ basis point conversions. Sell shares at current prices and into price decline if such happens, retaining enough to keep control.
The business plan could be expanded to sell direct using Amazon. Perhaps a sales call to offer taste tests to Wal Mart execs could be achieved.
The current distributors that carry known in question competition should be checked to insure they are putting forth reasonable efforts to place product.
This product is better than the big competitors’ product(s). I’m thinking it’s time to move forward to supply the nation with this fine product!
The shareholder letter shows that DNA knows it is time to move product.
Can folks promote it where there aren’t distributors carrying it?
Can individuals try to influence distributors in their areas?
Get this on the shelf and it will sell. Keep quality control, provide supply (looks like we have a bunch but must keep ready to fill increased demands), get the shelf space and GO DNAX!!!
Matters not if toxic financing comes in.
I have shares in numerous penny stocks that have product but are in toxic financing deals where the lender gets newly authorized shares of the company at 1/2 basis point. That is .00005 meaning the amount of the financing requires huge amounts of shares that come back against trading as dilution. What I thought were the rules of engagement changed dramatically.
I hope financing is found in a more amenable and affordable fashion here. I'm not in that deep here and this sub penny costs a lot of basis points for an introduction. A hundred here and a hundred there and one could wind up without more hundreds.
This is news for today. Doesn't look so great.
Nutra Pharma Analyst Report by Small Cap Traders and Issued by BrokerBank Securities, Inc.
"There is a substantial doubt regarding Nutra Pharma's ability to continue as a going concern which is contingent upon its ability to secure additional financing"
VFIN Did not hold this up today.
Folks have just been flipping for tiny gains. VFIN has been at .0001 bid and .012 ask through the day. Even I have a price but believe one of the flips may leave me at the station as the bus jets away. I don't intend to reap 4 or 5 ticks to risk an empty cupboard at launch. I hope those who are flipping miss the real ride.
****Important information*****
Helps what? You scaring somebody into selling you cheap shares?
Saving a cool Million.....???? Nice !!!
I can't see this delisting as a bad business decision! If they give no news and shareholders bolt to the point of leaving nearly a quarter of them behind and the company goes private leaving folks who bought out, they may win some shady financial victory. The businessman wins!
The company escapes the chance that the SEC sends them grey for not filing (FRTD), or potentially now (ILIV) as they filed for a 15 day extension to file. The filing is an expensive part of the prestige as a “fully filing company”. I want news from the company now as to what their intentions are. The shareholder gains as the businessman wins!
I started at 60s and have averaged down to 23s with heavy expense as I see it. Some holders are above my tolerance level, some below. Am well over a million shares in by now and will eat it rather than give away time for naysayers.
I have done the sampling and am only missing vanilla and lemon/lime for tastings. The original tastes like “an energy drink” which is my lowest level so far in the testing. The flavors are superior and the workouts quite on!
This product line could crush the competition at multi tens of DOLLARS given the shelf space, quality control, production, and availability as in shipping. Are the managers now trying to lessen the shareholder numbers to delist???? Do they really need to? I’m here for it.
Let’s all make a lot of money. If I am to be cheated out of the end of the story I may win at the end as I would be a member of a class action lawsuit to make whole. I think we’re OK!
I don’t want 4s and 5s looking at me Monday and decide whether to buy more or give up. Dream On! GO Right DNAX!
Buying after the delisting news is a risk as all buys are. Don’t bet your rent on this or any stock ever!
I like this one and am as in as I can get. Don’t sell below the ask! Ask for more!
Assign values to your shares to keep them from the shorters. Check each trading day as possible. Don’t leave your shares without a sell price! GO DNAX!
Enormous Stock Growth, "15,000% stock growth"
Was this some bragging about high stock prices that weren’t backed up with earnings that could warrant such increase in stock price? Price, not value seems to be the growth discussed.
Without substantial growth in revenue or an increase in scope to more vendors, wasn’t management saying that their stock prices were super inflated? Is it possible this is a correction in price that may continue to relieve yet more of the 15000% stock “growth”. Duh! Dilution is not needed with strategies like this.
Before bragging about stock prices, not value, it would have been be prudent to prove worth rather than suggest anyone buying shares in this company won the lotto because they are shareholders.
This company needs to focus on expanding their base and getting product to more than a one horse pony. There is no COSTCO in my town so this product will never be here if the company thinks Costco is the be all end all. Walmart would get product here.
I took a hard hit here today as I just boarded the train at .0249 and tried some downward averaging. Now I don’t see my money back without some serious improvement in financials that won’t happen if management only wants to pump and dump.
How about getting out there and finding more shelf space in different venues Management? Are you pump and dump or just lazy?
Assign values to all your shares above, well above current asks to keep them out of the hands of shorters. If you want to see 30s or more set that now don't sell downwards. Set goals higher than current bids and set those values as your ask. Let's move up not down.
I have a bid in at 15 to buy but don't let me have a chance at that!
CDEL NITE VFIN CSTI ETRF are all bidding low 20s to move at higher 20s for now. VFIN isn't on the ask side right now. Looking for more peeps to sell out cheap bringing us all down. Set your sells above current asks to bring up asks and pps for all. Don't feed to the lower bids then complain these MMs are at fault for lower pps.
Competition testing continued and perhaps concluding.
08/10/2014 Sunday
Friday I tried the orange type flavor offered as a Rehab Energy drink which was also a tea offering from the shelf king (M). It was only a 20 calorie solution double dose of the caffeine, vitamins, Quercetin, and such. This offering was from a total different universe from DNA Energy Cellular Citrus. I’d only tasted my first energy drinks in the last few weeks and have found the competition to be my greatest inspiration to buy more DNAX stock.
DNA Energy is obviously not EVERYWHERE as seems to be in contrast to the competitor alluded to above. The competition drink was less than just not pleasant, the attention span during the workout suffered. This drink did not give reasonable return to have included it in the session or run it through my body. I didn’t enjoy the flavor. I didn’t get a good energy session. I will never seek this drink out or recommend it.
I can’t say the same of DNA Energy drinks. I feel the difference in the workout sessions and really enjoy the taste. I have so far limited myself from chain drinking DNA to the point of a binge and intend to keep it that way but I do believe I will be happier when DNA Energy drinks are readily available in my town. My belief system has changed since trying DNA Cellular Citrus before a workout.
The leaders in this industry are not there by luck. Work has been done and time has passed. Shelf space isn’t given away without reason. While DNA Energy is quite small in comparison to the leaders it has product to challenge and overtake large market shares. Keep up the good product, produce to satisfy demand, get it out there on the shelves and let’s all profit from a small business becoming an industry leader!
I may need to retire my DD as to the tasting of competition drinks and shouldn’t waste my precious time on l beverages I do not enjoy which yield unremarkable results. Time to move on as now I have more great energy drink choices for a good workout with DNA Energy! Go DNAX!!!
VFIN is a notorious shorter....
VFIN is an instument of shorts. He/she makes a bundle by bringing stock prices down for the shorters. The shorters are actually folks who have margin accounts and can Sell Short meaning they sell shares they don’t have, at asks lower than they would seek if they truly were buying in a company they were looking to see go higher. That is normally why one would buy a stock. This short seller could be any one of us who may have a margin account and choose Sell Short as the method of transaction.
If my understanding of this process is correct there need to be unassigned, unpriced shares out there for the shorter to manipulate. If all the outstanding shares have sell orders attached to them there should be less to work the short game.
I had been guilty of sitting on a few hundred thousand shares without sell orders attached so I was part of the problem. Many of us were and the fewer that leave open shares in this stock the better our chances of moving forward if my perception of short selling is correct.
The more profitable shorts can be made the more they will happen. AS I write this NITE has a bid of 1000K at .002 and an ask of 500K at .0021 on DNAX. How many normal investors/traders would have that arrangement going on?
ASSIGN VALUE TO YOUR SHARES!!!!!
Set sell prices higher than you could hope for and change them as appropriate when you see a current price at or above the ask that is in your comfort zone.
The workout focus and drive were great. I’m over fifty and had not done any Energy drinks before becoming an investor, yes investor, not trader in DNAX stock As part of my DD I tried competing products and found DNA superior in flavor and workout/awareness qualities overall. Today I actually jogged north of four minutes and after doing subsequent workouts did eight miles in a thirty minute set on a bicycle holding average of sixteen mph! Wooh! Then I came home and did some work.
ASSIGN VALUE TO YOUR SHARES!!!!!
This is a stock that I believe has serious legs. It is on the shelf and I have tried and enjoyed it. I believe it is a better product than competitors with stocks above sixty dollars a share with universal and overwhelming shelf space and movement. Get DNA Energy the shelf space and it will move, and move, and move. I’m kinda hooked on using DNA for workout sessions and feel it enhances the experience worthy of its inclusion to the event.
Short sellers aren’t long on DNA, won’t do real DD, will make money from borrowed shares that don’t have an assigned sell price like a dollar or a hundred. LOL but true that! Set sell transactions up for your shares at high rates, higher than you imagine they will go. HOPE! Don’t feed in to the likes of VFIN and NITE as they offer asks lower than the investors and bids with low gravity. It appears they may buy some of the asks, maybe their own, as the ask and bid meet a match. If there aren’t any unassigned shares out there the shorters will come up short! GO DNAX!!!
DNA Sampling 07/30/2014
I have yet to try original, vanilla, and I thought I heard earlier of a lemon lime??. I have tried citrus from competitors and found DNA SUPERIOUR. Go DNA!!!
The bottom line, there is definitely superior product consistently when measuring DNA Energy against the current leaders in the market. This competes against $60 established stocks with better offerings coming from DNAX. GO DNAX!!!!

Found some Caramel Macchiato at Martins IGA in Effingham IL. It was so good and smooth. Went to the gym and had a great workout after drinking it. One problem I could see after experiencing Cellular Citrus and this coffee drink so far is that folks may want to drink multiples of these energy drinks at once.
Have been trying competing drinks and am not finding good comparisons. Too bad Central Illinois doesn’t have it all over! Hopefully that changes soon. Am going to try another competitor drink now and look forward to sampling Molecular Melon next. Not lookin.g so forward to the DD of checking out competition. Somebody needs to do it.
Before the erroneous PR support was at .0023.
