SPRV is in a declining volume pattern which shows that traders are loosing interest in SPRV shares.

Judging by the daily declining volume, the trend should continue this week and beyond.

The Rod interview brought back some interest, a small spike in volume, probably trades that thought the stock may have an interview bounce. But Rod's lackluster and somewhat nervous performance during the interview squelched that.

I am doubtful that the near term holds any concrete news that could propel SPRV shares to move up in price. All news fake or true seems already out and has been disseminated. SPRV's story is out, the stock got a bid, doubt it will go higher.

SPRV would take huge volume to move its bloated stock due to the 20 billion O/S and 9 billion float.

What happened to the private.companies CEO and management??..

Why in Ron's moneytv interview does he make it seem like "HE" is the one that brought the company up from 5 vans to over 300 vans?

Why would the private company pick a shell that has such a terrible and recent history of scamming?

And why would the private company pick a shell with such a high O/S and float share count?? This is a big WHY?

Something just does not make sense?

of that reason, gambling they come back as something else which has happened for me.

My question about SPRV goes back to my reason #2....The number of shares O/S and in the float. This is not a shell I would have chosen at all for your theory.

One thing, Rod supposedly purchased this company not a reverse merger and in his interview he actually makes it seem like he started WebToDoor (wtd) with 5 vans to the now 300?

What supposedly happened as I see it is, Rod purchased WebToDoor in a all (worthless at the time) SPRV stock deal. The WebToDoor CEO is gone and now a guy known for scamming is in, bringing with him a shell that is also tainted by scamming. Correct any part you feel I am in error.

Looking at that description I see no winner, do you? The deal does not make any sense.

SPRV as a viable shell does not fit my criteria at all for being worth anything more the crap. The O/S would have to come down to well under 200 million shares. My criteria is under 100 million.

I would have liked to.have.been a fly.on.the wall.when..

whomever came to webtodoor with there SPRV all stock offer sales pitch.

Think about it, what did they say, "we will offer you a billion SPRV shares worth .0001 or less for your profitable, growing company?" I would have turned that deal down flat. To risky.

Wasn't SPRV's stock price at no bid or .0001 around the time of this deal?

So if the SPRV all stock deal for WebToDoor is true, "what was the bait??"

I do not know who is running SPRV.....

Several things don't seem right.

#1....The all share company purchase. If you owned webtodoor would you have sold it for shares of SPRV?? And at that current SPRV price?

#2....20 billion shares O/S and a 9 billion share float that's a heck of a lot of shares.

There are a few other things that have my attention but they are more subjective and you or another may see the reciprocal of me.

If you do get into a profit making money is not a bad thing. Either way it ends up being just another trading story to tell later right?

I am sure many of you saw.that.shipping.company. that....

flew one week. I called my buddy and said look what #@$@% is doing it started the day at $3 and ended that first day around $8. Next day went to $13, buddy said I am going to short it. I said don't touch that trade.

Two days later it was halted for the rest of the day around $105 per share. Opened next day around $90 and by weeks end was under $10 and dropping.

It's had so many R/Ss at one point I think its 52 high was around $7,000. per share. Its around a $4 dollar stock today.

That's what kind of damage a R/S can do to a million shares. 10 shares or even less.

The reason Rod would be selling shares is....

to generate money. With 20 billion shares O/S he can generate some good income. Then when the huge R/S or multiple R/Ss come and SPRV's stock drops again he will have made money at this current .0001 and .0002 which he could be selling at.

If there is a split, and the split adjusted price is lets say $10 per share. Lets say SPRV drops below that $10 per share price spit adjusted price, which it will, that will take the pre split price to well below .0001.

Hence Rod made a lot of money.

In Rod we trust. In Bernie Madoff we trusted.

I watched the interview. Rod is not a.....

good front man for the company. He seems a bit uncomfortable, and not very polished. On some of the questions he seemed a bit uncertain and fidgeting. See what you think when he was questioned regarding AMZN, to me he kinda side stepped it.

Dunno what to think, watch it and tell me what ya'all think. Lots of competition in the sector he is in.

I felt the interviewer was better then Rod as an interviewee.
