With the reduction of price that should result in solar3ds new technology the industry will no longer need subsidies.

Jim Nelson has 10 children to feed so failure is not an option lol. I bet he will utilize his friendship with Mitt Romney to grow this company into something special. Mormons take the environment very seriously. http://mormonmatters.org/2010/04/22/brigham-young-prophet-pioneer-environmentalist/
I see this stock rising past rsol in the next year and catching up with scty solar city in the next few years.
Just my opinion though
Wow. We have the same goals lol. Crazy
I told Yall solar 3d!!!!! Wooooo!!!
Sltd? Anybody? Thoughts?
Have you ever looked into solar3d $sltd?
I promised to write another jingle when the price reaches .08 I guess that leaves me with the weekend to prepare one.
Enjoy your weekend everybody!
Jim Nelson just said it should produce 95% more energy over the course of a year.
I get the feeling that scty is going to have a large pullback. I could be wrong though.
Like I have said earlier I am new to all of this, but from what little experience I have it is my understanding that dillution, if the timing is right, can be a good thing.
I witnessed this myself when I first started trading solar city and they purchased zep solar.
The article below explains further:
http://m.seekingalpha.com/article/1787022
I got started because of my interest in tesla motors. Invested in that and solar city for a while (just sold scty actually) and dabbled a bit in organovo. Got in on sltd around .03 and have been very pleased. This one is long term for me
I have not been trading very long and have no idea how to read the charts or anything like that lol. I just find companies I think will do well and invest.
I hope you're right and we do see .04s again so we can all buy some more.
I made a bunch of money on scty but once it hits 70 I'm out. Been making some nice profits from sltd, and IMO they are going to be the solar company of 2014. Glta
Sltd breaking out like it has the chicken pox! I don't think we'll see 4cents again.
Jingle*
I am going to attribute the positive movement in the past few days to my little jungle. I'll do another if we reach 8cents
If you wanna be happy on the OTC
Then you should get some solar3d.
Take it from my personal point of view
it will make you bank in a month or two.
Tell your friends that you gotta good deal
and you bought shares for a steal.
You'll be happy as you can be
when you cash in on solar3d.
Thought I'd lighten the mood here. Lol
Seeking alpha
It was an ST article that sent this thing plummeting last time
Sky is the limit with this one! My faith is obviously restored. Glta
Thought about selling this and buying grnh. Big mistake that I didn't. When will we see some momentum here! My faith is wearing thin
Go onvo ! And gamecocks!
Thanks Imp. Solar3d.com was down for a while today. I wonder if they were making some changes to the site that they haven't published yet.
I know about all of that. Someone said something about 1.7million shares though. Where did that come from
What are you talking about? What is going on?
I should have stuck with organovo:(
1.7 million shares? What do you mean?
My Christmas doesn't come until jan-feb when the acquisition goes through.
Lord I hope I don't have to go down with the ship. This suck
@Doubleornothing I am with you 100%. I missed the boat with tesla when I fell in love with Musk's ideas but didn't have the funds to buy any stock. It was around $20 at the time and I had to watch it set sail while I was sitting on the dock.
I have the same feeling about solar3d but this time I'm not missing the boat. Im going all in and holding on tight, even if it means I have to go down with the ship.
Solar3D's Pending Acquisition, SUNworks, to Benefit From New California Legislation
Company Expects Rapid Growth Partly as a Result of California Senate Bill 594 Allowing Net Meter Aggregation
SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2013) - Solar3D, Inc. (OTCQB: SLTD), the developer of a breakthrough 3-dimensional solar cell technology to maximize the conversion of sunlight into electricity, today discussed the impact of California Senate Bill 594 on the growth of its pending acquisition, SUNworks.
"SUNworks has a proven record as a high quality solar systems provider and has a great opportunity to grow," said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. "With the passing of SB 594, the stars seem to be aligning to help accelerate the company's rapid increase in revenue."
SB 594, signed into law on September 27, 2012 allows Net Energy Metering (NEM) customers-generators with multiple meters to aggregate the electrical load of the meters located on the property where the generation facility is located and on all property adjacent or contiguous to the property on which the generation facility is located. These properties must be solely owned by the eligible customer-generator.
Before the passage of SB 594, Net Energy Metering only provided solar energy credits against electrical loads connected to the same meter to which the solar array was connected. For example, excess solar energy from the rooftop of Building A could not be applied against the electricity usage in Building B, if the two buildings were not on the same meter. This made investment decisions in solar systems difficult, if not impossible in some cases. With SB 594, a customer can now consider Building A and Building B as one big solar system producing power for all the buildings on the same site. As a result, a solar array in one part of a farm can now receive credit for a water pump one mile away.
"This bill represents a giant step forward in simplifying investment decisions for customers in the agricultural and commercial community," said Abe Emard, CEO of SUNworks. "We can now offer SB594 to our new and existing agriculture customers interested in solarizing their deep well pumps, as well as other electrical loads they wish to aggregate. On average, most farmers have at least 10 - 15 deep well pumps of which less than 1% is solarized. Before SB594, many farmers declined to solarize their deep well pumps simply because they did not want multiple system arrays scattered about their valuable tracts of land. The change they were waiting for has come in the form of SB 594."
Last month, Solar3D announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire Solar United Networks, Inc., (SUNworks) of Roseville, CA. SUNworks, focused on the design, installation and management of solar energy systems for commercial, agricultural and residential customers, is one of the fastest growing solar systems providers in California. The company has delivered hundreds of 2.5 kilowatt to 1-megawatt commercial systems and has the capability to deliver systems as big as 25 megawatts. Its revenue for 2013 is estimated to be in excess of $7,500,000, with estimated pre-tax profits of almost $1,000,000. After the acquisition, SUNworks will continue operations as a wholly owned subsidiary of Solar3D. The transaction is expected to close in January 2014.
Nelson concluded, "As we approach the anticipated closing of the SUNworks transaction, we are actively seeking new opportunities that will dramatically increase sale and earnings. SB 594 will provide SUNworks a new way to serve its agricultural and business customers."
Yea you said on the 5th that first quarter of next year looks promising. Why the change of heart?
