With the amount of shares I already own, I think I'll wait for a SEC Form 4
from the CEO before I load up.
I meant Form 4 from the CEO
I meant Form 4 from the CEO
I haven't seen a Form $ filed by the CEO yet. If I say that that would make me mighty BULLISH and would load up more.

You fellas make me feel like loading up more shares.
A very good DD Walker!
A true show of confidence by the board. And that's why I was loading up
A very long story. Involves FIG, Softbank, etc.
Wow! thanks for reminding me about that.
Fully agree!
Paste the Link From "Rigs board"
I waited so long. I think I can wait for that $1.00. Low Float
No Reverse Split & to stay on OTC. I think many here had ask for that.

Is it possible .0501 the bottom? I think we're on oversold territory.
Without a shareholder letter from Beyers to investors with an update and his plans, I would most likely vote NO too.
Anybody called the IR. We need Beyers to write a letter to shareholders for an update on INVT. I don't think this stock price can wait till November. INVT is heading close to trading below $0.01 cents. And that would be disastrous, IMO.
We need a Bullish Seeking Alpha article to Pump INVT, or else we'll have to wait till November after Shareholder meeting.
Another new 52 Week low. How Low will INVT stop bleeding? I think I'll hold off buying.
Welcome aboard! Are you that Avidfisher I've been reading on stocktwits, INVT? It seems like many was asking your whereabouts on Stocktwits. I've mentioned why I'm Bullish on INVT, any reason why your still Bullish on INVT?
I don't think Mgmt. would just dump their money without a plan. The CEO did say in its press release: "Members of our Board have provided the first funds and we are in discussions with investors to provide additional financing on similar terms."

And don't forget FIG or Softbank into the equation of possibilities for INVT.
Don't forget many Insiders bought 10,000 shares at $1.00. And Beyers was buying shares way above $1.00 before the FIG & INVT deal. IMO, We only need one big news of a patent lawsuit win and price skyrocket.
What they did is better than diluting shares. I'm in at a very low price. Even if they do a RS , i won't be hurt much. I may add more if it goes very low. Did the same many years with a company similar to INVT. I just can't remember the Ticker symbol of that company.

It's possible Mgmt. may give out a Special one time Dividend to shareholders if INVT wins a patent lawsuit. And the stock price would skyrocket once that patent lawsuit is won. That SEC Form 8K filled this week gives me some confidence in mgmt.
Inventergy Announces Non-Dilutive Financing

Sounds good to me! Load up!
INVT should have started moving up after Earnings. But the Bid remains Low. That's OTC for you.
Inventergy Global, Inc. (INVT) ("Inventergy" or the "Company") today reported net income of $39.7 million, or $2.99 per share ($1.76 on a fully-diluted basis) for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017, compared to a net loss of $2.0 million, or ($0.44) per share in the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. Great!
It's possible he made a mistake. It hasn't been filed in SEC. It's only a Press release.
The mind works best when you don't believe everything you read. It's like a parachute that you think it's open until you hit the ground.
If preliminary Q2 Revenue is true, why the price is dropping and now below $1.00? And we don't know if TEUM has met NYSE listing requirement.
I guess they're here to stay.No BK
Can you give me the link of the Logicmark agreement?
Still no news from the company or Nasdaq! I hope Beyers put out some real good news so that investors can have confidence in him again.
Today is the day for the appeal to be heard before a NASDAQ hearing panel to determine if INVT has now complied with the minimum $2,500,000 stockholders’ equity requirement. GL!
Now that INVT shareholders approved the deal with FIG, shouldn't INVT be consider debt Free, and get some money from FIG? It seems that INVT partnering with FIG, would bring in much needed money. So what happens now that the deal is sealed with FIG, and Q4 is out?
Inventergy Announces Agreement With Preferred Stockholders to Extend Redemption Timeframe. This sounds Bullish to me.
Joe Beyers, the Chairman and CEO of Inventergy stated, "We are pleased that we have this extended time to drive the execution of our intention to redeem the Preferred rather than have it dilute the common stock of the Company. With the completion of the Restructuring Agreement with the Fortress Investment Group, LLC and the ramp-up of our Inventergy Innovations business, we believe that we have significant opportunities going forward and wish to minimize further dilution to stockholders." Mr. Beyers continued, "We are grateful to our Preferred investors who have provided us this flexibility under reasonable terms."

That's good if he's that powerful. And I'll get to buy more at a cheaper price.
Here's what I like in this PR:http://finance.yahoo.com/news/inventergy-gets-heavyweight-partner-fortress-160400001.html
1)Fortress thoroughly vetted the intellectual property and decided that it ought to be of high enough quality to warrant an investment.
2) Fortress will provide financial and other resources to monetize the roughly 760 telecommunication patent assets Inventergy previously acquired from Panasonic, Nokia and Huawei.
3)Fortress agreed to eliminate approximately $21 million in liabilities on Inventergy's balance sheet that stem from an existing agreement between the two firms and deliver $2.2 million for Inventergy to pay-off other debt related to monetizing the patents.
4)Inventergy has hired Ken Cannizzaro, reuniting him with Joe Beyers to build-out a technology licensing business model similar to the one the two successfully created at Hewlett-Packard that generated hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
5)The program is already bearing fruit, with four partnerships already penned in the past five months and more being negotiated
