That is correct and when anyone changes anything on the document, new disclosure's have to be sent out and the closing delayed for 3 days.
A Thursday Pr would be nice. Friday PR's always scare me!

Has everyone noticed that bigger blocks have been going through the last few days. Fewer and fewer retailers and more and more bigger buyers are very slowly scooping up shares.
I think it's a good sign considering that everyone is waiting on the land to close. Just because it has not closed yet is not seen as a negative but it is seen as a neutral until.
I'm not worried, this is like chess to me, make a move all the while contemplating the next 5.
Let's see the land close than PR about uplisting as soon as possible.

Why is it so dead around here? Because we are all waiting for the land to close!! We know it will shoot up hours or maybe the evening before hand just like all the other PR's and the conference as well. I would like to see this jump to PPS that can get us uplisted. I wonder if Hanks is working on this as well. That PR would send this shooting up as well.
You fill out the paperwork and submit it! Where does it say you have to actually own it? You could be leasing it, you be in a partnership etc...Just because you have a permit doesn't mean you can build etc..
Well, if the 10 days for the land closing is up today, I wonder if we will get a PR/8k the end of this week or Monday.

Yep, leave well enough alone. But the point being, the finance company felt pretty good about the wosrt case scenario occurring or they wouldn't have loaned the money. Hank feels very confident in the best case scenario occurring or he wouldn't have borrowed the money. It's a win for us

Nothing wrong with that. Fact and truth always trump assumption, hearsay, conjecture and opinions. But I will say everything Hanks said he would do, he has done and without any fluffy PR.
Sorry, I stand by my statement in calling you out. NO where in the conference did he say the land had been closed on!!! You also seem to lack knowledge in a how many big businesses operate, they like someone smaller to do all the groundwork/leg work, then they come in and buy them out for various reasons. Once again you're full of speculation and assumptions and just plainly not having a clue.
I would think this would be a perfect time also and I don't like to make predictions or assumptions but this S1 was better than I was expecting and now would be a good time to piggy back on it.

Where was it stated the land had closed in the conference? The second part of your statement is really and completely illogical. It basically says that every piece of prime real estate in the United States has already been bought up by the "big" players. Not true at all, it's usually bought up by some smaller guy with foresight and sold or leased to the bigger guys. That is a fact! I'm in the real estate business.
Until it closes, the answer is no. Hopefully this was a tell tale sign that everything is going smoothly. Maybe news this week..

Absolutely, it obvious to anyone with wisdom and a modicum of common sense that everything needed for the refinery to be built has progressed very well and in a very timely manner.
The updates have been forthcoming without the mindless false PR pumping by the typical P&D scam. All anyone has to do is look at the time line and the check list needed to build, add them up and you get success.
MMEX is looking good. Everything mentioned is being accomplished in a timely fashion. The people who are confident rely on facts and sound DD. The people who are negative have only speculation and assume the worst case scenario. Ignoring the noise is easy when you know the truth.
That does not make logical sense. The only ones who are going to profit are.....

Thanks for the information. The land closing will be a big deal and should keep the PPS up above a certain price. Although the conference went well for the PPS for a short while contrary to to what many people on here predicted, there was still no concrete material facts presented. The land deal will be a major win for the longs.
We should see a tell tale sign right before the news comes out about the land purchase.

No kidding. They should have put out a statement like this.
" We guarantee this stock will go up, the shares we issue for financing are stupid cheap and anyone buying now will be a millionaire, there is absolutely no risk whatsoever'.
That and very patient buyers. The impatient buyers need news every other day or they quickly become disheartened. The very patient buyers know this will be a good stock to own and hold for enormous gains. It's obvious that they our buying and holding at these lower levels. Who wait to sell 5 million shares in the 6's when they could have sold a lot higher and save 30-40-50K.
Wow, someone really waited to get 4.5 million plus shares. If they were selling they would have sold way sooner than the sixes.
What's the criteria for uplisting? If they announce they have hired a firm to do that it will skyrocket.
