FNMA just on fox business. Pumping fannie
"Lemmings" finally shook out
Yes ma'am
Round one. Round 2 coming
A lot people want their "fluff" shares back LOL
Listened to BAD advice
I'm glad z answered, I was actually trying to find information on that. I'm glad he said no because I was def following your train of thought. I wouldn't put anything past this admin. Someone mentioned giving FNMA holders shares of the new entity or the option to buy shares. If FNMA owns the new entity I don't see how that entity can exist without FNMA. Then again, it's the obama admin.
Up from here, way up
My broker told me once a stock hits 5 on a downtrend its a psychological sell point for institutions or pension funds, I believe was the example he used.
On the way up its the inverse.
Some have a $5 restriction and some differ or have none at all.
Either way 5.00 liberates opportunity and or inspires confidence in a stock.
Most restrictions are internal and I would assume they would have even more restrictions relating to OTC purchases. 5.00 from what I've been told is one of the commonly used cut offs.
Could it be different from fund to fund, absolutely. I would guess we will hit them all tho!
Institutional buying restrictions dwindle above 5 don't forget.
Gasparino still didn't gave it all straight but no matter because the attention will bring many that will look into things for themselves. He gave a reco without even knowing how much better our case is than AIG.
When the masses realize we have an even stronger case....watch out
FOX news: BUY FNMA. That is all
I'm also surprised by some of the recent posts, tho not that surprised. IMO We will BLOW 2013 OUT OF THE WATER and should not be downplayed IMO. This is the biggest week or two FNMA has had since the sweep with...
The news charts politics and courts all lined up for us for the very first time. Fox story just exploded FNMA on the scene (1st time also) so IMO we will absolutely fly. No comparison to other moves.
Explode
$$$$$$+$$$$$$=$$$$$$$$$$$$
Sorry just adding in my head

The United States Court of Federal Claims was recreated in October 1982 by the Federal Courts Improvement Act pursuant to Article 1 of the United States Constitution. The court consists of sixteen judges nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate for a term of fifteen years.
After 1982, the court retained all the original jurisdiction of the Court of Claims and continues, uninterrupted, a judicial tradition more than 140 years old. The court has since been given new equitable jurisdiction in the area of bid protests, as well as jurisdiction in vaccine compensation.
The Court of Federal Claims is authorized to hear primarily money claims founded upon the Constitution, federal statutes, executive regulations, or contracts, express or implied in fact, with the United States.
Many cases before the court involve tax refund suits, an area in which the court exercises concurrent jurisdiction with the United States district courts. The cases generally involve complex factual and statutory construction issues in tax law. Another aspect of the court's jurisdiction involves government contracts. It was within the public contracts jurisdiction that the court was given new equitable authority in late 1996. In recent years, the court's Fifth Amendment takings jurisdiction has included many cases raising environmental and natural resources issues. Etc etc..

On July 16, Judge Margaret M. Sweeney issued an Opinion and Order (No. 13-465 C). It was all but a total victory for the shareholders. Her decision covered two areas: 1) the authority of the court to affect the exercise of Federal Housing and Finance Agency powers; and 2) the authority of the Treasury Department to invoke executive privilege to withhold the availability of confidential documents to outside parties. In each case, she ruled for the plaintiffs and, more broadly, for public transparency.
Sweeney on exec priveledge: "The reason why is because it’s so overused,” she said. “Some call it the ‘withhold because you can’ defense."
The honorable judge M Sweeney isn't having any of that.

She graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland, receiving a B.A. degree in history in 1977, and from Delaware Law School, receiving a J.D. degree in 1981.
Judge Sweeney formerly was a Special Master for the United States Court of Federal Claims (2003 - 2005). Exactly. Check out the excitement on the board lol, it's been awhile since we've had this kind of traffic. It's go time this week no doubt about it. The public knowledge snowball is gaining speed thanks to G.Morgensen. Short positions have to be crapping their respective pants and I love it
Sweeney on exec priveledge: "The reason why is because it’s so overused,” she said. “Some call it the ‘withhold because you can’ exemption."
The administration handled 678,000 requests last year, up from 665,000 in 2012. In denying portions of requests or entire requests, the administration cited the privilege exemption more than 81,000 times in fiscal 2013, up by about 2,000 from 2012
The honorable judge M Sweeney isn't having any of that.
News came out lol
Already asked and answered. Watt believes capital requirements are no longer relevant per Cship agreement. This is the reason for the Mulvaney letter to Watt and eventual forward to DOJ.
"It seems to me there is a simple line of questioning. Do you (Watt) have capitalization plans for FNF? Are FNF adequately capitalized?
If the answer is no. How much capital do FNF need?"
Well your more than welcome to go off of 2 year old numbers.
We like to use recent data tho. GL w that.
It's 2015 now
Pulitzer Prize winner. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gretchen_Morgenson. No Jay Carney nonsense here
One of the best articles I've seen in quite a while. Tx
Looking forward to it
I'm not questioning the bump. Actually I could care less because like you, I value this stock much higher. Unfortunately tho the general market hasn't felt the same and need news which is the only reason I expect "something" to come out.
Either that or ACKMAN got to people at the conference. Either way, something changed besides the chart.
Yes. No after tho
Beautiful day. Watching news for the long weekend, Tuesday should be interesting.
Totally agree. This action resembles 2013 run, no wall too big, unrelenting buying pressure. Not saying this is the big one but.....
Little brother lagging. Catch up FMCC !
More of a personal interview. No FNMA mention that I heard.
This is getting good
Your RIGHT! "I aint paying no 2.39 for no (FNMA)"
