MCIG CEO Issues Shareholder Letter for Post-Pandemic Strategy
CBD is a cannabinoid contained in Marijuana and Hemp plants. It's the same no matter what plant it's extracted from. Hemp just produces it in greater quantities. Marijuana is simply a variety of the Hemp plant.

LMAO If you got the dividend you can still sell those shares at a huge profit. Why are you complaining about free money. The OS for OBTX is roughly 10 million shares. Depending on what Paul does with the company, it could easily rise to $20/share or more.
LOL I don't think anyone will be able to look up the price for next December. On the other hand, virtually every MJ company is down significantly from it's highs in the last three years.
Andrey never met Paul or Mike until they started negotiating the Vitacig reverse merger. LX Retail subsequently had controlling interest of OMHE. mCig's involvement pretty much ended a year later after Mike Hawkins finished his temporary assignment as their CFO. They have less than a 10% interest in OMHE and, to my knowledge, have done little to nothing to coordinate strategy with them.
As for mCig, they're as healthy as any company can reasonably expect to be during a worldwide pandemic. Their joint venture with Bare Roots is well positioned in the medical and insurance sectors to take advantage of these times. They have virtually zero debt, access to telemedical services and Covid 19 testing, and an offering that could be attractive to self insured employers in the coming months. Paul is also looking for acquisitions that could bring in additional revenue, perhaps with some sort of merger with OBITX. Short term they they may have some trouble getting traction with the current state of world affairs but I think they have attractive prospects in the long term.
I'd say this is progress...
InMed and Almac Group Developing Improved Cannabinoid Production Methods
Gee, we must have missed it. All this time management was attending continuing education classes on how to drive their price down because they love to lose money. GET REAL!!!
Stock prices go up and down without any help from management. All pot stocks have been in a slump for two years. Management has not sold any shares (it would have been reported to the SEC if they did). Shareholders received their Obitx shares as a dividend worth $.55/share of OBTX (costing each mCig shareholder $.00055/share of MCIG) when it was distributed. We can still sell any remaining shares at a huge profit...
OBTX Post #30
What happened was a worldwide pandemic that's interrupted every company's business planning. Duh!
For what it's worth, financials (10-Q) are due in mid May. Hopefully, we'll see an update on the company's status.
How's this:
Fact Check: Former Presidents' Foundations ARE Offering Help, Advice During COVID-19 Pandemic
How the Clinton Center is Responding to COVID-19
COVID-19: HOW THE CLINTON FOUNDATION AND PARTNERS ARE RESPONDING
Obama-MBK Alliance RESOURCES FOR ORGANIZATIONS & INITIATIVES IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IMPACTED BY COVID-19
Obama Foundation RESOURCES FOR CHICAGO RESIDENTS IMPACTED BY COVID 19
Obama Foundation Leaders Helping Communities Weather the COVID-19 Crisis
So we should vote for the admitted pussygrabber instead. Good luck with that. LMAO
Nothing in those notes exonerates Flynn. They're simply musings about interrogation strategy and what is and isn't permissible by law. Are you saying that there's something nefarious about FBI agents discussing how they will conduct an interview legally before they actually conduct it? I don't see a shred of evidence that anything illegal was actually done during the interrogations.
When hell freezes over. He's guilty as sin. He lied to the FBI and confessed to it. He was still engaged as a lobbyist for Turkey after he took office. A clear conflict of interest and divided loyalty. He lied about meetings with Russian operatives during the campaign. Why would anyone seriously want to apologize to the b@stard. He deserves what he got. If Trump pardons him it will only prove he has something to hide as well.
The market proves you wrong.
I don't have to explain anything. The market (supply and demand) determines the share price. If I'm not mistaken, insiders are already allowed to sell shares since their shares were granted over a year ago. Fact is, there aren't that many insider shares and management has to file SEC reports before they can sell. The total OS for OBTX is 10,460,000 shares.
Paul has indicated he is working to find a suitable acquisition to bring revenue into OBTX. People are betting that he will find something that brings in significant value. Unfortunately, I would assume that the pandemic is not making things any easier. Although, on the other hand, it may open some new possibilities.
No you didn't, but the title of the article (contained in your link) did. Just setting the record straight for people who only looked at the link.
Apparently that article only applied to GW Pharmaceuticals drug Epidiolex...
Sweden isolated their most vulnerable people (i.e. those in nursing homes and those with health problems). Then decided to let the rest of the population develop herd immunity. Their death rate is about the same as in the US. It's a different approach but it's incorrect to say they did nothing. Trump did nothing. It was only individual state governors that took action. Trump is too lazy, ignorant and narcissistic to look at anything other countries are doing that might be successful.
The Bare Roots JV is not fluff news. I've spoken with their management on several occasions and written about their plans....

mCig Sets Out To Prove That All CBD Is Not The Same
However, we need to be realistic. Few, if any, companies will come out of this pandemic without a setback to their business plans. mCig, due to its lack of significant debt and new focus on health care is in better position than most companies to take advantage of the situation. We just have to wait and see how the quarter plays out.
Most MJ businesses have been stuck in a prolonged downtrend, although, like mCig, they seem to have stabilized at lower trading ranges. That doesn't make them all scams. I guess for you the definition of a scam is any company who's share price goes down. SMHL
They started a joint venture with Bare Roots, Inc. which was just starting to take off in late January. In the meantime they had shed all their other business segments. I wasn't expecting any significant revenue last quarter which ended January 31. This quarter should be better, however, I don't know how this pandemic is affecting their business. On the one hand, it opens some new possibilities. On the other, a business slowdown across the board can't be a good thing for any business. One good thing, mCig has virtually no debt so it can withstand a business slowdown easier than a lot of similar companies. We'll just have to wait and see. Right now I don't know any more than anyone else and this is all JMO.
In what dimension of financial analysis does that make any sense. Maybe if you showed us the math. LOL
Boy, you've been just a font of misinformation the past few days...
1.) Regarding:
??? I don't get your point. What's OBTX's current pps have to do with MCIG's pps on the ex-date?
I'm relatively new on this board. What's the relationship between Dyadic and VIR?
