In light of your concern, call UNQT office and inquire.

Pinks are most always worrisome. That is why some call them "stinky pinks". The number of totally legit pinks is few and far between.

DD of the most rudimentary sort will give you a clear view of issues with UNQT. Its
history and history of Directors will be helpful in your quest for info.

Old PR, so what is progress on the uplisting? Other PR's by UNQT have not been factual and have not come to fruition, i.e. San Diego office expansion.. I suggest that historical info on UNQT be considered...Buyer Beware.

"They" IMO, are related parties and insiders looking for "LIQUIDITY" and $$$ and diluting the stock in the meantime. Must not have thorough understanding of BK 7 laws. This, IMO, is where history is repeated.

PR's from "pinks" are not "necessarily true" which has been proven true over and over. UNQT, particular, is no exception. The management company had never "heard" of any of the players in the supposed expansion office. IMO, the PR was totally fabricated to show "growth" potential and to attract newbies, which are sorely needed. Pinks are rarely held to be accountable for such untruthful statements. This, IMO, rates as a LLPOF!

San Diego? Bldg. Management at 4445 Eastgate Mall has no record and never heard of Union Equity, Inc., Easy Semi Truck Leasing or Director(s) Perhaps, under another recently formed company name?

Maybe a personal visualization without being a virtualization? Or, just another faulty Press Release?
