You sound like my ex years ago. He became concerned with a stock he invested in and often telephoned a contact he had in the company. He was assured fascinating news was always coming. Sometimes it did. Sometimes it did not. Either way, its effect on the share price was short-lived. This one sounds all too familiar. Did I make a mistake buying this stock or what?
Stockboy, I feel the same way. Thanks for your honesty. It is something missing in quantity around here.
That's not but 35,300,000 shares averaged at .017. What do you think $600,000 can by in research these days? How to apply a band-aid? Boy. Was I ever a fool to buy this stock.
Dr Frudaky, Thank you. And what a fine board it is!
Your remark reminds me of a board I visited last night where a poster commented about DNAG: Do you notice how the faithful are now discounting the ipo and now focus on something else in DNAG as their savior. Once the tents are gone they will be praising the straw left on the ground.
Good luck Dr Frudaky
That sounds like where you should go to suffer/enjoy your investment loss much the easier.
Dr Frudaky, Thank you so much for your honest and objective reasoning on this board. I would be so much better off had I listened you before investing in DNAG.
Good luck to you in all you do.
Why do you address me unsolicted with names and insults? Must you flaunt your immaturity and inability to communicate as an adult? It appears so. By the way, you are one who regularly misrepresents and distorts truth on this board.
Thank you so much.
You are another who frequently posts untruth and misrepresentation. I work for a living and must go to work now.
Thank you so much.
Yes. I was fooled by some of the posts here and after having a position at .028 I began researching some those making absurd claims - bag8ger for instance. It seems he and several others have agendas beyond truth and all honesty. Perhaps you too.
I am not angry, but rather disappointed in my fellow man for intentionally misleading. I am disappointed in myself to allow such belief in a fellow human being. I assumed the risk as I do with any investment. But hindsight is 20-20. And with this vision I have made what I believe is a fair and honest evaluation of the situation.
You and several others here make baseless claims, offer no supporting facts, defend a company with a history of deceit and abandoned managerial concept, and wrecklessly mislead anyone willing to read your words unknowing of your misrepresentations.
Thank you so much.
I have been to their website. It does not prove much of anything. I have also read a handful of K and Q reports. Have you read them?
Still, you refuse to share information as to why DNAG is a super company bound for greatness. From that refusal I will assume, as might others, you have no factual information supporting your claims.
Thank you so much.
Wow! You must work for DNAG. You never answered the question or offered factual information.
I thought these boards were for sharing opinion and supporting logic for that opinion. Apparently you tell everyone how great DNAG is without supporting facts.
Maybe it is you who needs research. Thank you, so much.
Then you can explain what this news exactly means. To make the claim you do, you certainly can explain. What will be DNAG market share? When will it be complete and marketed? What revenue will it generate?
Thanks
DorseyE, You sound like a nice person. Can you tell me exactly what this news means?
tia
I am a little new at this, so perhaps you can explain. What exactly does this news mean in revenue, when they will be successful, or market share expected from this? This news sounds wonderful, but it simply does not say anything.
tia
DNAG has a long record of, let's say, deceit and/or failure. How do you think that record plays in any kind of financing and potential partnerships? That said, how could anyone take anything they say seriously? Whether they said they are working on an EPO or a nude model calendar, it's a guess on our part.
Chart is looking good
A list I dabble with: http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID1845867
You say DNAG credibility is not so hot right now, yet you profess greatness for them when up until now, they have seemingly lied repeatedly, or at best disappointed shareholders in grand fashion. You dismiss share price when everyone tries to buy low and sell high while the price continues in an ever-declining spiral. I don't understand.
You need read their financial reports. Shorting will be commonplace as it is part of doing business with La Jolla, Dutchess, Athena, and Tampa Bay Financial. Periocally, DNAG enters new contracts with Dutchess that will ultimately add to the share price fall.
You discount the share price. Yet you bought shares. Having wagered for a position share price should mean everything, unless you deem DNAG a charity.
In my reading and study of DNAG, that appears to be the story.
Longs here contend naked shorting is the culprit of DNAG depreciating share prices. Poo poo. What is the difference in effect between naked shorting and the financial arrangements that DNAG regularly excercises? Absolutely nothing. One shorts without shares to cover their position while the other shorts knowing warrants, pipes, and convertibles cover their positions. Covered shorts outnumber naked shorts in DNAG I'm sure. That is how Dutchess and other financiers make their money. The effects are the same, covered or naked.
Read DNAG financial reports sometime. Dutchess was handed/converted 11,000,000 shares in April alone that can be shorted. That is a separate deal from the September 2004 thing. I'd guess they are making a killing off of this stock.
Imagine what damage to equity is being administered on average when that many converted shares enter in a month. Don't forget the two year contractual conversion totaling up to $35,000,000 in stock. You can see, if conditions are right, and they are, converting and shorting are quite lucrative. Dutchess is not stupid.
I believe one older financier is still eating on this stock until November this year. I forgot which one.
With companies like DNAG conducting pipes, convertible debentures, put options, and warrants in thier own financial arrangements, naked shorting is not necessary as paper is given to control as conditions warrant. Financiers will have plenty of stock in hand or at their disposal to short or whatever they desire. Ask Dutchess, Tampa Bay Financial, Athena, etc. Get with the program!
Dr Frudaky, I agree. It seems almost ridiculous that reputable investment bankers would circumvent an opportunity as great as DNAG if it were the real deal.
Common sense tells me that large pharma types do not drop the ball no matter what it is if it is something of value, much less allow a university and grad students control its destiny.
It seems to me investors drop and change hopes as fast as DNAG changes business plans. I just don't understand.
What proof do you have of this? A hunch?
Judging from your record, I'd like to add: No Big NEWS NEXT WEEK. I'm guessing. Just a hunch.
You announce news that seldom comes.
You announce long trades that are questionable at best.
Over and over and over.
I just don't understand.
In my reading I can understand the purchase of one (i don't remember which). But most acquisitions appear as nonsense considering the financial condition of the company, technical direction, etc. They make no announcement of plans that I can see, for or with changed business plans. All have negative cash flow (except one that now contributes in some degree).
What I find amusing is this company announcing some trivial officer appearance or other insignificant news in grand display through professional touters, yet cannot announce plans or even miniature details of work going on like any other real organization would do. The things that would grab and hold investors are not made visible in even the dimmest light, but speaking engagements are promoted in grand effort through paid touters. I just don't understand.
Yep. You go boy. Exactly right, doc. Judging from his comments, he has never read a single DNAG financial report
LOL Why do you finally address the stupid newbie? I am honored. Bye. I'm going to work.
I'm sorry. I began reading some financial reports and read these boards for a week or more. I became fascinated in discovering why so many were not telling the truth about this company. So I became a member and asked. Now I am attacked for being honest. I don't understand.
My name is Jenny. I have no other alias'.
bag8ger, Who is Tdiamonds?
A graph ran back 6+ years tells the story. From July 2005 alone would be considered an insult by any honest person. A six year week graph

Why do so many people defend this company when all they do is, at best, questionable?
I thought you said the mm's were taking it down because something big was going to happen. Which is it?
Where did I call you a liar? Nowhere. Looking back through post history, however, it is common belief that you probably are.
chiggah, So DNAG is worthless???? Thanks for confirming that. Math got your tongue?
Yes. Simultaneously. When the 1 for 20 split occured and the authorized shares were fixed to 600,000,000 plus, you in effect, instantly lost 90% of shareholder equity. And as it turns out, with accumulating price activity, the result is more close to 95%. Do you need borrow my calculator???????
The market nearly always adjusts, and it did.
Doing the math backwards results in a .006 share price, or as Dr. Frudaky claims, .003, I believe.
As you can see, either calculation presents you as misrepresenting and perhaps lying.
It is probably other marketmakers entering the game. Once the distributing maker unloads, others step up with a more legit operational market. There must be a line forming to sell out. You must not be a trader. Everyone knows not to buy first thing in the morning. Do you think contacting the SEC will do any good?
So you are a trader and not an investor? Is that why you lied? Are you so concerned about your own position that you would deceive to protect yourself?
It says "WAIT". You are misleading in your post. Here is the American Bulls synopsis: Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Stay at cash or check the other stocks while waiting the next signal. Do not bother with buying or short selling this stock as long as the WAIT tag stays. You should not lie about things like this.
