Phil (Bullrider); I believe that this guy "prosmith" is BOOTED AKA "preship 1" AKA "I-hubdude" AKA "new5005" AKA "new2005" You would have to ask Matt how many other alias's he has besides these. Now theres a SLIGHT chance that I am wrong, but I doubt it, "IF" I am wrong, my apologies, but if not, HEAT UP THE DEEP FRYER BOYS THERES FRESH MEAT TO FRY!!!!!!!!!!!! Just thought I'd drop a note here because hes over at the MLXO Board acting Like his SORRY SELF again, Now hes claiming that the I/R Guy that was fired months ago sent him a email or something, and insinuating that the company might file bankruptcy with no facts to back him up, or really no idea what hes even talking about, so I don't mean to intrude here but just thought maybe you guys might want to know, it's my "THEORY" But when I emailed Matt the last time about his former alias I was right on, and it sounded like Matt is really getting tired of dealing with this guy. It's funny how if you look at preship-1's posts, they end on Sept. 28th, the same day I emailed Matt about it and also his former alias Ihubdude his posts end 8-29 the same day I emailed Matt again.
prolips PUMPING? What am I PUMING? Your previous alias's? Certainly not MLXO, Why would I do that? Do you think enough people even read this board to make a difference in the first place? There are only a handful that even read this board and most of them are in the "KNOW" about Michelex anyways, so how would posting PUMP Style make any difference? And PLEEEZE don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about with your previous alias's, because MATT already knows, hes just waiting for you to screw up again with your nasty mouth by the looks of things. By the way, hows your NAUG Doing these days? Too bad you can't access your "ASSISTANT" Duties with your new alias eh?
Hey, whats the deal with FCDH? I've been thinking of buying in but I heard the O/S is like HUGE! Is that true? Anyone know the O/S, Float? Is this thing about to run?
Hurley; This is our old Buddy "new2005" aka I-hubdude aka preship_1, he just can't get enough of us MLXO LONGS!!!!!!!!!!
prosmith; Last PR? JULY/05/2005? Thats when the I/R Firm was FIRED! PER CEO.
prosmith oops I mean preship oops I mean I-hubdude oops I mean new2005, we know your B/S, Share structure was just updated PER "TRANSFER AGENT" AND Brian Heckathorne WAS FIRED MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know who prosmith REALLY is!!!!!!!em
prosmith; It's going on 3 weeks since I spoke with Tom G., he told me at that time that their financing deal "SHOULD" be finalized within the next 30 Days, that "30 Days" is up next Fri. Speed said he called Monday and Tom G. was in New York for a few Days, I hope it's to sign the New Deal. If so, we should have a PR coming soon and should be seeing the 10K and 10Q's getting filed and BACK ON THE BB! Keep our fingers crossed. Last Fridays short-covering was encouraging.
g-invest; Have you been Invested in MLXO very long? Do you really think .20 is doable? Short-term long-term? Ideas?
Speed;
I Got your PM, I think you may be right! Sure seems that way, Would be nice if true, knowing he cares about this that much.
alleyoop007; One thing I do know is this, I had a Conversation with the Cornell Banker who was overseeing the Michelex Deal last spring, I would have to dig up my phone records to give you an exact date, but this, in short, is what he told me. We talked about several things, but when we came to the subject of "Short-Selling" and in my own words "The seemingly Rather LARGE Short Position currently on MLXO" that many of us shareholders believe to be Cornell's Short-Position, this guy went BALLISTIC on me! What started out as a Cordial Conversation suddenly turned very sour and this guy was ALMOST Cussing at me! He said quote "Cornell Does NOT engage in that sort of Practice" and "It would be ILLEGAL for Cornell to Short-Sell their own Client" he said many other things and basically Bitched me out for even SUGGESTING that Cornell had Short-Sold Michelex. I knew right then that I had PRESSED THE RIGHT BUTTON! For a Millionaire Banker to get that upset over the mere mention of a Short Position put on Michelex by Cornell Capital, told me everything. Now in reality I doubt very seriously that the Cornell Capital entity did the Short-Selling, but from what I've been told, they are in close relationship with another Hedge Fund or two, who actually do the Short-Selling, that way Cornell is clear of any Hanky Panky and can Honestly say "We haven't Short-Sold our client" they just don't tell you "But yeah our Buddy did it for us", referring to Another Hedge Fund. I Truly believe that Friday we saw alot of Shorts getting covered, I see no other explanation that would make any sense.
I found the article that Michelex was using the Cornell Financing for, but put it on hold after getting shafted by Cornell.
Michelex to Make Major Expansion in Production by Acquiring Equipment from Nepco, SA
Business Wire, Oct 22, 2004
MASSENA, N.Y. -- Michelex Corporation (OTCBB:MHXC) is pleased to announce that it has finalized agreements to acquire equipment from Nepco, SA, a major plastics products fabricator located in the Lisieux Region of France.
Michelex expects to boost capacity by 5-6 Million units per month. The additional equipment will primarily expand the production of CD packages. The extra fabrication capacity should result in an increase in annual revenues of approximately $9-10 Million.
"I believe this acquisition is a significant milestone for Michelex, which has nearly 35 years of history, and is part of our on-going strategy to grow the company into a dominant plastics manufacturing company. We feel we have the best products available, now we'll be able to better meet the needs of future and existing clients. Because current global demand for our products is so strong, this transaction will help improve the bottom line, due to enhanced margins and added revenues," said Tom Gramuglia, Michelex director and vice president.

Speed; I believe thats where the Financing Company is from, I'll bet you he went to put his John Hancock on the Paperwork eh? Probably see a PR next week I'd bet.
lakers17; Thats because Cornell doesn't actually do the short-selling on their clients stock, they have other Hedge Funds that do that for them. It would be against the law for Cornell to short a client that signed a SEDA with them, so they have back-door deals with other Hedge Funds that U never hear about and Cornell will never admit to either, but they are there, and I guarantee that what we saw Fri. was some shorts leaving the scene, I don't really care whether you agree with me, I know what I'm talking about here, not just guessing about it, I can't prove to you what I'm saying, but I know it's true.
I believe that we saw a Bunch of SHORTS getting covered on Fri. There are 3 scenarios that I can think of that caused this. 1. There was enough buying in the AM to trigger the Short-covering. 2. Cornell was informed that Michelex has secured it's Financing and Cornell is going to be getting their $500K that is owed them by Michelex. or 3. Cornell GOT their money and Triggered the short-covering. Personally I think 2. is the one, I think someone Informed Cornell Capital that Michelex has secured it's NEW FINANCING DEAL and will be paying Cornell shortly, well Cornell knows that Michelex will be PR'ing this news soon and now would be the best time to cover the shorts, I doubt that they covered them all, they probably covered half or better and are waiting to see if any longs are going to take what they can after waiting months and months, if US Longs keep holding tight our shares, then they will eventually finish covering the rest of their shorts, because if any longs bail out now, that will keep the share price down and they can cover cheaper, remember they have more patience than we do most of the time, they will wait till the last minute to cover usually.
ecp1976; I don't have that many shares!LOL, Theres a few on this board that have alot more than me, I won't name names though, they can post that info if they want to. I did pick-up a few hundred K in the subs though, I sold 100K @.019 on Fri. Had to take a little Profit off this baby after waiting so long, but I'm holding the rest for .05-.10 or better yet the TEENS!
Printing .03 now!!!!!!!!!!!!em
I'm going for Lobster & Shrimp tonight & a Margarita.em
wantoberich; All I can say is IT'S ABOUT TIME!em
alleyoop; Personally I think some of the buying pressure today scared the shorts out since they know that Michelex is close to closing a new financing deal, so hey let'em pump who cares, bring in the buyers and lets all make some money here for a change.
I think with all this volume that some shorts had to have covered, I doubt this will see the subs again, now Tom G. has to get on the ball and sign that new financing and get back on the BB and put out one hell of a PR!
ecp1976; Hey that was my first buy too, just a little lower @.079 way back in March, I have averaged down so many times and flipped some shares to lower my average that gettin out with my original cash would make me happy, but you'd think after all this we deserve some profit eh!
I picked up 100K this AM @0082.em
Alley yep we've been patient for MONTHS now, time for this baby to FLY, can't wait until Tom G. PR's the new Financing and CORNELL CAPITAL IS PAID OFF!
Anyone have current O/S Numbers? Is the company Diluting at all? TIA.
The Chart is starting to show signs of LIFE!
purlieu;
preship 1 (In My Opinion)is a previous poster that was booted and has returned several times under different alias's, I already PM'd Matt about him. Guess who it is? Shouldn't be hard to figure out.
After doing some serious reading of the Filings, I found that there are way too many hands in the pot here, you have Financing Co.'s selling Convertible Debentures, you have S-8 shares out there, with the Dilution PR I'm sure we have short-sellers up the ying, so many that we made the SHO-list, and from what I heard Championlyte people still hold unrestricted shares they can sell. Seems like the flood of PR's and the paid Promos are designed to keep this thing from going under a Penny so Longs don't start bailing and then things really start to look bad. IMO. It's going to take some serious news, not some fluff, and the ending of the Dilution to bring Investors back.
wzebra and I paid 007 yesterday! Dam.em
Speed I picked up 80K today, had to pay 007 for them though.
ecp1976 When we start to see volume coming back in, it could very well be because the financing deal is about done and some people around the company that hear about it first start buying up some really cheap shares, just my opinion though. I picked up over 100k shares .005-.007 in the last few days.
preship; Tom G. President confirmed to me that as soon as their New Financing Deal is complete, ALL Their clients will remain with Michelex, thats a done deal. Michelex Products have a Very Good Reputation, it's too bad what Cornell Capital did to them, he said that Michelex has been paying the interest on the Money they owe Cornell so Cornell is not selling any more CD's thus NO DILUTION, and thats the last thing that the company wants is any more Depreciation of the Share price.
Speed Double Bottom YES! I Like the looks of that, looks like my extra play money is going in here on the dips.
I spoke to Tom G. on Fri. and frankly according to him he told me more than he should have, Things that he confirmed with me are as follows; MLXO HAS a NEW FINANCING Company and they have a NEW FINANCING DEAL, that is almost finalized, the new financing will PAY CORNELL OFF COMPLETELY! As well as fund their operations, they have many former clients that they have recently had to turn business down with because of lack of operating capital, but those former clients WILL MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK as soon as financing is complete, as soon as the financing deal is complete they will be back on the BB and the PPS should adjust accordingly. He said nothing is guaranteed but he sure sounded upbeat about things.
I have the feeling some shorts may be covering @.005, I picked up some, I've been watching it today, I hope the shorts are getting the F%#$ out! I'm waiting for some trades to settle to get more @ .005 if i can.
Tanail, Poker, I'm in CRGO what do you think about it? Yesterdays PR was quite the work of an amateur IMO. Looks like many have been bailing, do you think it will rise again? I've been thinking of averaging down from the .0175 area, just looking for opinions. TIA.
Any opinions on GLBT???eom
I see GLBT Is being Pumped on RB Any opinions?eom
What online broker do you have? I have two, scottrade shows .005 X .009 and Ameritrade shows what you posted, thats because ameritrade doesn't give L2 quotes, ameritrade is showing the last ask/bid before it went pink.
