Andrew Always warned that if the pps were to high the fins would have to be huge to support it, and I posted that many times here.

IR has always portrayed Aero as a great investment with great growth potential.

The new valuation of Aero will follow the new growth.

The high demand for the cat back kits took Aero by surprise IMO, but they stepped right up to the plate and went to work on the new line in 2007.

We all knew what the O/S was prior to the merger and never in my wildest dreams did I think we would get 35% of Aero with so few shares.....

I thought we would have used most of the 5b shares, and so did Aero. 1.1b shares was a bargain for us. We didn't get t guys in a garage doing R&D. We got a major player in the exhaust business that have a patent worth millions !

Today’s designs (in the Tundra and otherwise) are fairly performance friendly. Don’t get me wrong — you’d get slightly more performance without them, but do the world a favor and leave them on. Stick with a cat-back exhaust modification.

Well then my 2007 RV has made no progress....until I installed my Aero 5050XL.

10-15% better fuel economy and a tremendous power gain.

Lets talk about progress in exhaust systems a year from now, when most folks that need a new muffler won't think twice about installing an Aero muffler.

I'm one happy customer....if you didn't figure that out yet ! :)

If Aero had exchanged shares when the pps was only .002 then 5b shares wouldn't have been enough, hence the substantial R/S....

executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust. “It allowed for the fact that there might
have been an insufficient number of shares to consummate the share exchange transaction, so
language was included that indicated that management intended to pursue a reverse stock split
soon after the acquisition closed. Given the current structure of the company, management has
no plans to pursue a reverse stock split in the foreseeable future.
“Shareholder value will continue to be a priority for the company as we work to increase
distribution of Aero Exhaust products and execute our expansion strategy, which includes the
acquisition of Dr. Gas, Inc.,” he added.
The acquisition of Dr. Gas, Inc. is expected to provide the company with multiple benefits due to
its significant synergies with the operations of Aero Exhaust. Once the planned acquisition is
consummated, Dr. Gas will contribute to increased revenues and asset valuation for Aero.
Possibly even more significant for the business of Aero itself is that Dr. Gas, Inc. is expected to
contribute to the growth of Aero through the fabrication of components for Aero products,
including recently launched full exhaust systems. Dr. Gas, Inc.'s fabricating capabilities are
expected to increase the availability of Aero's new line of full turbo and cat-back systems diesel
exhaust systems, referred to in marketing documents as "kits," which include all parts from the
catalytic converter, turbo charger or muffler back to the tailpipe. Improved supply will help Aero
to meet the demand for its products in the automotive supply market.

Some people wouldn't be happy if they were standing next to me when I fueled up, drove 500 miles and then stood there as I filled my tank again. lol

I know I've bought the best product for my RV.....10 -15% savings is huge for me.

I know that many share my findings and there will be more like me in the near future !

Very, Very expensive.....I'm glad we have that behind us and can move forward with much more potential.

Low debt, Increasing Revenue, and a great product.

Only time will tell....I'm in no rush, and Aero has delivered what was promised to date.

They will keep moving forward and this will be their best year yet.

Now lets become the hottest product on the performance market, then the consumer market will ask for us by name.

I did and you can't argue with the facts...I save between 10-15% depending on the conditions....speed, generator, tow vwhicle...etc

I also had other Rv'ers looking at and listening to my new Aero exhaust, and they couldn't believe the results I was getting.

The higher fuel prices go, the bigger Aero will grow. :)
