Im not convinced that the "exodus" of Big John and other TFN notables has anything to do with selling TFN, more like poor management, from what Ive read. If I were buying TFN I would certainly want to keep their talent around.

Odds are Winick was out the door as soon as Burger came in, in any case Im fairly sure Winick is not with TFN, in any capacity.

Winick will lay as low as he can, for as long as he can. He probably realizes by now, that like his former scams, the sheep will accept his thievery as the cost of doing biz on the pink sheets.

Where in my post did I imply that an R/S would have anything to do with investors or market players? IMO BKMP will either R/S or be delisted, in either case Winick has won in the short term. What it will take to bring him down is 5000 pissed off investors that are unwilling to just write it off.

Bkmp is finished, only reason we havent R/S'd is Winicks fear of a lawsuit, which is imminent, although this has been his most lucrative scam, its also the one he cannot get out of unscathed. Time to pay the piper Sandy Winick.

I would very much caution you about buying anymore bkmp. Odds are your 911 dollar buy will be reduced to 9.11 cents after an R/S, which in my opinion is inevitable. Than again its your money. I do not understand your fascination with bkmp, our money is GONE, and so it yours.

Im thinking his situation is a little different than most Pink Sheet scam CEO's, he defrauded not only his investors by lied to an entire community, banking on him for economic development, although he didnt use their money that local tv station, as I understand it has revealed him as a cock roach, correct? I guess my point is, media exposure for scammers is not usually a good thing.

Cant blame them, as I recall, growing up near the south, they have a very short fuse for BS. Emails from Samai? I can forward a bunch of emails I got from SW when he was in charge, all painted a very rosy picture for the future of bkmp, of course none of it ever came true. Are you basing your optimism on Emails?
