Financing terms signed, Rep. Hurd refers to the MMEX refinery as though it is a real thing, the land is purchased, the road is built, the permits are approved for the CDU (and soon permitting application for 100,000 bpd will be submitted), etc. etc. ... . What else are you waiting on? This refinery is a go, the count-down has begun, the horses are at the gate, the puck is about to be dropped!
If anyone out there still thinks MMEX is a scam, you need to get yourself checked out. Something is not right with you.
For those on the fence, its time to get some tickets IMO.
MMEX
Like the two things are equal, SMH. Apples and oranges. Anyway, no body should be too concerned about verifying anything for unreachable critics like you. I would just advise you to not buy any MMEX shares if you don't believe it will fly. Simple.
MMEX is gonna fly though, whether you like or not.
I could care less what market we're in as long as the PPS reflects the true value of MMEX, which it currently does not; its too low.
Also, all the jibber jabber about MMEX not attaining financing, or it being an international lender is just irrelevant. If MMEX gets financing, and the filing with the SEC says it has term papers signed (that's important and significant regardless of what jimmininy and his friends say), I don't care where it comes from as long as they get it and its on good terms.
Refinery is on the way folks. PPS will not stay down here for ever.
MMEX
Personally, I don't care where Hank gets the money as long as he gets it, and on good terms. Really...
MMEX
I hope you're not suggesting that an "international" lender can't be a US lender, are you? Please clarify what you mean here. Because when i get rich from my MMEX shares I will become an international jet setter. I hope that doesn't mean that I can't be from the US then. I'm thinking an "international" lender can indeed be a US lender also.
MMEX
So are you saying there is manipulation going on, but its by robots?
Doesn't make sense does it. So I guess you're agreeing with Ed's point. Hopefully the powers that be get to the bottom of it.
MMEX
Hurd understands the importance of having a diversified economy. Primary industries(oil extraction) are great and provide a lot of jobs, but the secondary (refining) and tertiary jobs like rail etc is what pushes an economy beyond to a stable, booming economy.
It just makes sense. Logic always prevails.
MMEX
I see the B team is out in full force tonight. Can any of you type 200 words per minute? I didn't think so. Difficult typing with one finger.
MMEX
Don't worry, you still hold the record for the longest streak of classless comments. Well actually you're neck and neck with 3 or 4 others on this board.
MMEX
Well I sure hope you keep your streak in tack for being correct. I sold out a couple of dud stocks today and put it on MMEX. A sure winner here in time.
MMEX
So awesome! I picked up another ~100,000 today at .0033. I'm happy about that. The last few days I've increased my count by ~500,000. Small potatoes for some, but when added to what I already had, a GFG. IMO.
MMEX
Vista has the peddle to the metal this morning. Perhaps singling the end...
MMEX
Thanks for clearing that up.
MMEX
Financing could potentially happen anytime as per letter. "on or before may 31"
"If those conditions are completed satisfactory to the Lender, then financial closing is projected on or before May 31, 2018 with the first funding drawdown on or before June 15, 2018"
Got another 270,000 so far today at .0038 and .004. By the way, thanks for your informative input. A lot of the stuff you're bringing up I hadn't thought about before.
MMEX
I take it back. You were correct. At least long enough for me to get another 170,000 at .004.
MMEX
Indeed. Logic always prevails.
MMEX
What did the market say today? What will it say tomorrow? My shares grew in value by 36% by the end of today. How much tomorrow? Can't wait to find out. All good here.
MMEX
They are all stuck trying to get through the door at the same time.
MMEX
Fact - MMEX is building an oil refinery. Fact - oil refineries make money. These are all the facts I need to know.
MMEX
One day we'll wake up and discover that the embargo is relaxed between the US and Cuba. It makes sense and will happen. This stock will soar then for sure. maybe even before with news of an acquisition or something.

Could be good timing for ELTZ. Oil field service companies on the up-swing.

After Hurd read it to Hank, and after they both had a good laugh, they each lit a cigar with it and pontificated about life's vicissitudes after a successful day of business talk.
MMEX
This thing is not dead. This cat has at least nine lives. News will drop one of those days. When it does, I'll be ready with my stash of 0001s.
As you say, MMEX launched this project a little over a year ago... this is true. For that short amount of time, MMEX has made amazing progress by anyone's standards. Land purchase, permits, road, diesel purchase agreement, trucking agreement, a visit by congressman, and on and on and on.. .
IF you were being honest, you would agree that this is an amazing amount of progress for just a little over a year.
MMEX
Do your own homework man. I'm good with it.
MMEX
Anyone read about how Jack secured many millions of dollars for an electricity generator on the "wrong side" of the Andes Mountains in Peru? Well, the big oil and gas companies that discovered a gas field there didn't recognize its potential because they thought it was too difficult and expensive to get it to market from where it was, but Jack did. Jack thought of using the gas where is was located to generate electricity and sell it instead, lol. AND SECURED THE FINANCING TO DO SO!
Getting financing for, and building, a refinery on the Permian Basin... you know, where all the oil is, should be easy for Jack.
It just makes sense.
MMEX
Interpretation. I currently have 630,000 shares, but I want more. Cheap!
MMEX
I noticed the word "gold" in your response. That got me thinking about my MMEX shares. I couldn't get past it. There was a bunch of other meaningless jibber jabber written there, but all I saw was the word "gold". Oh how sweet its gonna be when financing is announced and the site work begins.
If Jack can secure financing to build a generator on the wrong side of the Andes Mountains in Peru, he can certainly get financing for a refinery on the Permian Basin. 100%.
MMEX....Gold...mmmmm.
So Rep. Hurd referred to MMEX in a sentence as though it was a real thing - "I toured the MMEX Pecos County Refinery Project." Well, that's because it is! Anyone who states otherwise is willfully spreading false information. If a government official like Hurd says its there, its there. Its not just a flag pole, or a road to nowhere, or a share selling scam. Hurd didn't call it any of those things. He called it a refinery project and therefore it is a refinery project.
MMEX
If a refinery gets built, share holders will make money. If a refinery doesn't get built share holders will lose money. Its as simple as that. Sure there can be a million, somewhat related, side conversations, but this is all that matters. Based on all the reputable information I can gather, I happen to believe a refinery is being built, probably as we speak. KISS rule.
MMEX
Well they do seem to be flopping all over the place lately.
MMEX
So the meeting with Hurd starts at 4PM tomorrow I believe, at market close. Any one think that may be significant regarding potential announcement. Maybe not. Just a thought.
MMEX
Hurd's visit will certainly raise the refinery's profile in the broader public eye. In addition, it will lend legitimacy to the project for those who are not following it as you and I. All of this should bolster investor confidence and the PPS should respond accordingly. And, maybe, he will have some influence to play regarding financing. Ya just never know.
MMEX
If you think this is funny, just wait until Monday. Man, you're going to be rolling on the floor with laughter as the PPS goes ballistic. I'll be laughing with you. Its going to be a great day with Hurd visiting, maybe some announcements from Jack... who knows. Oh oh... maybe even start the day off with a fancy 8-K or something. Its going to be so funny, I can hardly wait.
MMEX is moving forward with the refinery. No doubt about that. If I were you, i'd repent and buy some shares.
MMEX is building a refinery. Why else would Hurd be coming... so Jack can show him nothing, and discuss nothing with him. lol.
MMEX is building a refinery and the smart ones here have a large stake in it, and for a ridiculously low PPS. I'm so excited. How am I gonna make it through the weekend.
Here's a little song for the farmer. I hope it helps.
I too want to express my gratitude for the cheap shares. Don't worry, with two kids heading to college soon, you donated these shares to a good cause.
Can't wait until Monday. Its gonna be a great day... one for the books i'd say.
MMEX
You're missing what is obvious to most. MMEX is building a refinery, therefore .005 is a gift.
MMEX
Would be a great time to announce financing...IMO. Actually a perfect time.
