Imo they r ready for otc..less regulation, scrutiny, and eyes. They can get their crap together and if they do; come back. Think stock will do better on otc now too.

Right they do this...but u r wrong in this case. The broker would not have invited me to see the property if this was the case. I they can not tell me it is still available. Im also a realtor. If i was local u could have me him and viewed.
Makes zero sense they would lease and not have control over their business because someone else would own bldg. Hmm? I thought today was last chance to buy at this level. On sidelines til OTC official on or off table. Its simple we get 180 day extension on the dollar requirement or we dont. Saying we have til Feb. Because of another! non compliance doesnt help..

Trying to remember what hmny was really trading at before they bought into MP. It was over a buck..Id say imo, hmny stock price today will go up if they sucessfully unload mp, and if they dont get hit with fines they cant pay via investigations for fraud or worse. lotta ifs, more if's not mentioned.

No they dont. Its only another thing they are not in compliance with. In other words still have deadline not met now for dollar requirment not met. If they get extension for it then they can still be delisted in feb for other non compliance.

Perhaps some dd is needed on how much easier it will be for hmny to do a r/s once they are on the otc. They dont need a stockholder vote. Imo they go to otc and wipe out current shareholders once again; with the r/s they couldnt get ur vote on. This time 1 for 1000. Even better, after that dillution; then they give u 1 moviepass share for every 500 hmny u have left. Mark this one and watch...i know the thinking behind the con.

The right thing to do is let current shareholders keep their hmny shares if co. Does spinoff of moviepass and give us this dividend of new moviepass stock as well. How many folks believe this will happen? Most believe they will take your hmny shares and do a 500 + for maybe 1 share of new moviepass. Thats why its getting held down and dumpin to get out. Who wants a million shares of hmny turned into 1,000 Moviepass? If ur lucky. And then watch that new ticker tank after ipo thru ton of dilution all over again..they need to spell out this intention befor stock moves up
