New here sorry. Can someone explain how this was valued over 7 dollars less than a year ago? Thanks, acquisition news looks good.
Hopefully so. GLTA here too
Big time (facepalm)
Anyone have info on Shanghai Weibridge Network Corp. of China? Really interested in their clothing department but am trying to get an idea of the companies full holdings.
Thanks, definitely a low float gem here.
I have bought and sold this stock 3 separate times. It is a POS scam. Do not trust anyones DD who does not provide links. Management gets off on diluting this.
Hope so... I want in hahaha. Too stubborn to look into this after I missed the spike two weeks ago. Cant believe I hadn't given it a look. I do find it weird for a company to set a "big reveal" date months in advance (for May) and not follow through and that GIFA and Kisa stopped putting out PR for GIFA Holdings in August. But it says it on their building "GIFA INC." Cant believe I missed this but happy to get in now. Hopefully I can be the washcloth and get a minor holding today.

Whats the company website? looks ready to blow :)
lol at the balance sheet...

PR looked like an acquisition of new companies. They wouldn’t have to give any shares to acquire a company already owned. Still excited about the future but I did think the first acquisition PR wouldn’t include adding shares to the O/S. GLTA
I’ll have to read into it more. Haven’t read much today.
Still confident in management, but they could have used 16M of their own 100M shares. Instead of adding more to the O/S. We’ll see what happens.
Wish they would have paid in cash
Anybody got info on the two insurance companies they bought
I didn’t think we’d have to wait for .10+ support until after a PR but I guess we do. Hope no one gets off this train. GLTA
Patience...
Interesting to watch, anything could happen. Hope so
EOD gonna be interesting to watch
Once they do the PR about their acquisitions and which was guaranteed to come out within 30-60 business days from Oct 9 there will be no shares up for grabs. Love no volume days like this. :)
My DD Package
Some of the more important things and reasons why I am here. I do not have the time or desire to list all of my DD. I am heavy and strong here.
Ezra Beyman and Reliance Global Holdings controlled 1/3rd of the US mortgage market in 2008. Reliance Global Holdings has purchased the shell EOMN and has publicly announced in the latest PR that it will be entering insurance and real estate assets into EOMN.
Relianceglobalholdings.com domain is owned by an entity called Empire Network as of Aug 17 2018.
Efficientcorporate.com domain is also owned by Empire Network as of Aug 28 2018. Efficient Property Management, a subsidiary of Reliance Global Holdings, owns thousands of units throughout six states.
In the last paragraph of Bill Phillips bio you can see where Reliance owns Efficient Property Management.

Press release guaranteeing that EOMN will soon operate in the insurance and real estate industries.

Ezra controls Empire Equity Group, Empire American Holdings, Reliance Global Holdings. There is no telling what chunk of the assets will be listed here, but Efficient Corporate manages +2,500 units on their own. IMO that is going to be listed under this ticker most definitely. Let's try and find more domains of Ezra's subsidiaries that are owned by the entity "Empire Network" It certainly would fit EOMN nicely.
EfficientCorporate.com "Empire Network"

RelianceGlobalHoldings.com "Empire Network"

In February of this year Reliance Global sent a offering to the SEC which had an "initial portfolio" of 15 multi family housing properties totaling 1,143 units across multiple states. This portfolio was valued at 65M via the filing. Read it. It goes through their entire OTC fallback plan if they did not go the IPO through NYSE, Nasdaq route. They mentioned nothing of insurance entities in the filing and the fact that they have been added to the group of assets that will be entering this EOMN entity improves the value exponentially. Reliance owns tons of insurance entities across the US. Im sure someone has a list of them here and would be happy if they could provide. I never wrote them down besides Gallo, FSIG, and the major ones. Do your DD.
Properties in the "initial portfolio" listed in SEC filing from Teiler match those found on RelianceGlobal. They may have gone bigger than they planned in the beginning. Going to announce soon IMO
Match them up from summary of properties:

Tick tock. Good morning, have a great day. GLTA
Do enough DD and you’ll know exactly what’s happening here. This is worth much more than 10 cents a share. Just read.
Not worried
Extremely confident we’ll get the name change to Empire Network relatively soon. “Empire Network” is registered as owners of Reliance Global Holdings and Efficient Property Management’s websites. Both domains changed ownership in August 2018. Efficient Property Management owns and operates approximately 2500 apartment units in 6 states.
Higher highs, higher lows
Had me fooled lol. Will be gone soon either way. The open was perfect. Few buys get this rollin
.09s gone for good, how .15s will feel very soon
Low float makes bid whacks look like they do a lot more damage than they actually do.
Going to fly
Congrats!
Real Estate industry is insane hahaha
Ahh, they talk about about the possibility of going public through OTC in the filing. We’ve got one here that is screaming to be institutionally loaded.
But this is definitely severely undervalued, with the right amount of updates and solid subsidiaries we could get real close to a dollar, or higher, and sustain that level. Definitely not an unreasonable PPS. IMO Ezra can take the PPS wherever he wants with the amount of subsidiaries Reliance operates and I don’t think he’d be here if he was trying to push pennies on shareholders. I’m in for ride.
$10s only possible with an RS.
Absolutely wild
Example of assets being put in to EOMN. Properties listed in SEC filing from Teiler match those found on RelianceGlobalholdings.com.
15 properties multi-family housing. 1,143 units. +$65M valuation. “Initial” portfolio in filing below does not include insurance subsidiaries or all properties owned and operated by Reliance Global or subsidiary Efficient Property Management. Via press release Beyman has let us know that insurance subsidiaries will be listed here.
Match them up from summary of properties:
SEC filing about going public files February 21, 2018: pg 6

I think this is a great example of the real estate units that Ezra is bringing. Him taking the lead over Teiler says a lot about the magnitude on the way to this ticker. Adding the insurance industry to the asset class completely changes the game.
Josh Rahmani is the founder/owner of Empire Capital Holdings. Ezra owns Empire Equity Group and Empire American Holdings. I think a few more but not off the top of my head. Empire Capital Holdings is not going to part of this merger. There are more than enough great things that have been proven through legitimate filing that we can be talking about and spreading here.
Empire National is a different entity than Empire Capital.
I haven’t seen anything that has linked them to Reliance, can you provide some more info
