Thank you allnumbers for your concern.
You are 100 percent correct that their may not be decision given on Friday. I am only hopefull that there will be.
That is precisely why I titled my post NYS Appellate Division decisions as OPPOSED to Torvec vs CXO decision.
I am just real excited about the future of my investment here, and hope everyone holds onto their shares tightly. I enjoy reading your posts.
Dino
NYS Appellate Division decision releases are only two days away. Justice is to be served. How can you not get excited and look forward to that?
Unless of course you are short. I keep forgetting that not everyone is a long.
I gambled that Torvec would be a success since the day I bought my first share. The day the NASA press release came out, I was no longer a gambler but an investor in Torvec's bright future.
My point is I miss the gambling.
Any CXO on the gone action out there for this Friday?
Dino
P.S. Hold your shares tight fellow longs.
Thank you Torgo eom.
Their is a difference between a PRIVATE offering and a Public offering. I realize you said several rounds STARTING at $1.50.
Dino
Dread you say there were several rounds of private investing starting at $1.50. I may very well be wrong but I believe the (IPO)Initial Public Offering was at $12 per share.
Dino
Sorry lhasa your posts do not << interest >> me, nor do I care to do due diligence for you or have you << rely on me to educate you >> because you are a shareholder. Nothing personal.
Dino
Hi Torgo.
It is always nice to hear from another long time and obviously faithfull Torvec shareholder. Somewhere along the lines of misery loves company.
<< first public offering were $1.50 >>
Were there two public offerings? I was under the impression that the first was $12 per share.
Dino
Post 10640 "how does it work" by Lhasha
Also I believe post 10848 << the way the IVT worked >>
Dino
NYS Supreme Court Appellate Division next decision release date is March 16,2007.
Bring it.
Dino
After stringing out the negotiations
I would have liked to have seen the look on the SAIC executives faces recently when Torvec exec's told them a major American tier one supplier wanted to formulate a proposal to acquire all of Torvec. Nice to put SAIC on hold for a change.
Old Chinese proverb: He who hesitates is lost.
IMO the FTV was and is the crown jewel for the interest by SAIC.
Dino
Hebgb,
I was called rainman in college because of my photogaphic memory.
I glanced at the torotrak UK board when lhasa and grapetreader arrived here and I do recall a hebgb.
Are you one and the same?
Dino
Artguy, it took awhile but you have now been included in the group of positive posters who are trying to be intimidated into posting their positive feelings less.
I do not have much time to post and if I did I would not spend it with them.
There are so many exciting things to discuss here if one had the time. I understand how one could think OSK but I am hoping EATON. Or how about both?
NASA'S recent committment to TORVEC is huge.
I bought every share of Torvec I possibly could and I am holding them tight.
Dino
Great to hear from you Mr. Spock.....
I was beginning to wonder if you ever made it all the way back home after that snowy shareholders meeting.
Dino
By redbonejr14424 on yahoo message board..........
<< I am being told by a very reliable source that there will be an announcement by Torvec at noon EST on Feb. 12! Haven't been able to find out about what yet! >>
At the very least this should for awhile, take the heat off dread and newspeed for insider trading accusations and put the heat on this guy.
Go get this guy Sherlock. LOL............
I agree Leitrim, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Dino
Thanks for all you do here Dread eom.
I understand the technology just fine dyna...
It is CLEAR who is doing the pretending on this message board.
Please stay on topic. Discuss Torvec here, not your personal issues with other posters.
Dino
Lhasa two questions:
<< frequently pointed out advantages of the Torvec tech, ESPECIALLY IN THIS BOARD >>
<< no axe to grind on behalf of Toyota >>
1.Do you find it odd that Torvec shareholders would discuss the advantages of their technology on their message board?
2.Do you have an axe to grind with Torvec?
Dino
Thank you for the heads up on the media coverage.
It sure is nice to hear. Congratulations on the rover artwork.
Dino
I believe it will come in time.
The NASA project will initially generate hundreds of thousands of dollars to Torvec. NASA'S committment to Torvec's technologies validates Torvec's tech.
Dino
" I stand here tonight with the utmost confidence that ultimately, success will be ours."
James Y. Gleasman Annual shareholders meeting.
Dino
"after ten years of innovative product development, Torvec is no longer a research and development company. Let me repeat: for the first time , in 2006, all of Torvec's core automotive products are now ready for production."
James Y. Gleasman Annual shareholders meeting.
Dino
As a rule I do not waste my time and the boards time responding to posters whose intent everytime something positive is happening with Torvec is to take that focus away and start meaningless arguments.
But Dread chose not to delete your personal attack << thought you had more class but obviously my first impression was correct >>
Which like many of your worthless posts has absolutely nothing to do with the discussion of Torvec
In my world the elderly are respectfully called oldtimers.
But then again this has absolutely nothing to do with TOVC.
So move on............
One for the keeping up our morale category.......
Mr. Gleasman stated:
No longer is it simply Jim and myself telling you that our technologies are THE BEST IN THE WORLD. NASA has provided us... and has provided all you shareholders... with proof positive that this is the case.
Dino
LOL telling us to understand the full picture when investing hard earned cash when you state:
<< I'm not saying Torotrak is better than TORVEC because I simply do not know. >>
Dino
Hang on a minute oldtimer,
<< What you must not do is kid yourself that a competitor is junk >>
Mr. Gleasman never said or implied your ivt is junk. Those are your words. He simply stated that Torvec's is much better. And I AGREE as I go whistling in the dark.
Dino
Jim did say a tier 1 automobile supply company.
Here are a few:
BWA
ETN
ARM
TEN
Dino
Walmart and ArvinMeritor(ARM)are teaming up to attack Eaton's(ETN)cash cow....truck transmissions.
If NASA found Torvec, maybe ARM and ETN have also.
Dino
Pleasure meeting you this evening Mr.Spock and good to see you again Leitrim.
These are just a few of the thoughts I will have when I put my head on my pillow this evening.
1.BIDDING WAR in store for SAIC with major U.S.company(That's what you get for "wearing us down")
2.Tech works... not an issue. Issue is how much it is worth.
3.Stock swap..................
4."Our confidence has never been stronger"
5.NASA
6.City of Chicago's love affair with TOVC.
Good Night all,
Dino
Sammy
Did you do anything with TOVC when I sent a PM to you at 3.
There is still room here.
Dino
I am done posting and reading this board.
To all shareholders of Torvec, the Gleasmans and their extended family I wish you all the best.
Dino
Nice solid day for TOVC....
New 52 week high and new 52 week close with 70,000 shares traded.
Good to see people who want to get out at $5 gone and replaced by hopefully sronger hands.
Looking forward patiently for the next press release.
Dino
Looking forward to meeting you dig. Let's hope it will be one happy day.
Dino
<< but you do know this is a speculative investment >>
I have always called playing the stock market SUIT AND TIE GAMBLING. There is a rake just like a card game when we trade, but by a stuffed suit instead of a guy with a cigar in his mouth. And don't forget the free coca cola and cookies provided at the annual in place of the beer and pizza.
Yes I believe I am gambling here, but if you or any one else prefers to call it an INVESTMENT, albeit a speculative one, that is fine with me. I am not folding anytime soon and I do believe the Gleasmans are not bluffing here.
It was nice to see Reynolds hold his seat.
A wiseman once told me it is either the outhouse or the penthouse on this investment/gamble. We have all been in the outhouse plenty of times so we can adjust to that. Whether we would re-adjust to a penthouse would be speculative. You must admit we are a crude bunch here.
Dino
Sheriff please explain to him at work tomorrow that I meant no harm.
It was just too good to resist.
Dino
I am sure JG could not and would not provide additional info via an e-mail to a shareholder at this point in time. Just be patient there will be more press releases.
Although it may not be a bad idea to pitch in for some sexy outfits and send dyna in for a chat.
Dino
Nzed you get my vote for best post of the day.
Sounds logical to me.........
Dino
Have a good night dyna eom.
Nothing is simple in life as far as I am concerned.
Just wanted people to understand the blank statement:
Accredited investors receive one cent shares.
