I really appreciate your comments. To begin with my belief there is no risk with me holding for 6 months as I have stated that I believe worse case scenario we are still around $1.75 and in the event we close on the rest of the acquisition $5 is very possible. My goal over the next year is to sell half at a double and then let it ride.
I swing for the fence honestly and when I believe in something I will add more and more and not flip. Flipping stocks is something I do do. However, with the profits I identify a stock and in this case it is SHWZ that has excellent long term potential to double within a year. Once that happens I reevaluate and base what I will do going forward. The biggest thing IMO will be whether SHWZ can finish this acquisition. If that happens IMO we have a real winner as they will then be a $100 Mil co. that is not bloated to high heaven with so many shares. SHWZ did raise the A/S to 250 MIl.
Many things will play out here as to my decision but overall the risk/reward is unbelievable and so undervalued if they can achieve the $100 Mil revenues this year and the .10 net profit the analyst is calling for.
Another factor is the preferred and how that plays out. With the 12% interest and all assets in hock for these preferred shares it would be quite disappointing if the preferred shares were then convertible at less than market. Again not a flipper but looking and watching for this story to unfold.
Obviously this never had much volume and now someone is selling. Unlike many penny stocks that have doubled and tripled on hype with uchoo shares and and will be wiped out once the major MSO's decide to rid themselves of competition. Whereas I believe SHWZ will be a survivor based on its management.
Tried to get a few at $1.68 never filled. IMO, it very well could be MM's playing games trying to get cheap shares themselves. Was able to buy 2k this morning. Management seemed very confident in getting required funds to close. Need to dig a little deeper but I believe they made comments stating they had interested parties.
Here is a question I did not get answered but the preferred shares are convertible into common shares. Anyone able to shed some light on this? TIA
Joshua and his abilities is the biggest reason I am here. The guy really knows is stuff and a notch above even the upper echelon master growers.
Totally makes sense about the last CEO as it would be a conflict of interest. However not sure but if he held with everything happening here with the acquisition I would understand.
I agree with pretty much everything you said. I believe you are 100% right about being the most undervalued stock in this sector. My biggest and only concern is Joshua staying involved. Do ex-insiders have to file when selling? I do not think they do.
With Justin coming on board in Dec. of 2019 and showing him hold 9.1 Mil shares is good news as he is top notch from everything I have read. It would be very telling if insiders bought shares on the open market. However, not sure that will happen as they are large holders and the stock incentive plan will reward them handsomely if they perform as most of us believe.
Yeah I probably added a little to quick here with buying. Got 25K at $1.77 average. The story remains intact and love the fact that insiders own lots of shares. We know need some updates on the rest of the closings. With confirmation going to add another 25K.
Agree buy/hold accumulate. Risk/Reward is incredible as long as they complete merger which I believe they will. Easy double in 6 months IMO.
They dumped a quite a few at $1.71 so in theory if they still have more to dump just dump them as 11000 x 01= $110
As Larry the Cable Guy says "Get er done"
My bad market closed. See if they pull the bid on the opening. That will be very indicative of tomorrows action IMO.
Probably very wise IMO. I noticed most options and warrants are at $1.80 with about 1.5 Mil warrants tied to the recent $5 Mil at $1.20 which isn't really bad. Don't really know if mm's playing games or a real seller dumping.
GLTY. I am now at 25k and going to sit pat until a bottom is set. I thought it was $1.75 and now $1.70 Might have to retrace 50% of the recent appreciation from the breakout when acquisition was announced on Dec.21 Still quite a gap to be filled possibly. Just not sure. Will double up if it drops to $1.50 I am more about fundamentals.
Grabbed another bunch here at $1.71 Anyone here buying besides me.
Unfortunately I have bought out the ask many times only to see more hidden shares show up. This is so common on pick and OTC.
Don't have level 2 but must be quite a wall at $1.75
Thank you Drugdoctor I got this on an SEC filing thus my concern. Thanks for clarification. He alone is a big reason why I am here along with stellar management from what I can see. Again, thanks.
7. Related Party Transactions
During the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company’s Chief Cultivation Officer, Joshua Haupt, who currently owns 20% of both Super Farm and De Best, was an Officer
of the Company and therefore a related party. Effective December 4, 2019, he was no longer an Officer and therefore no longer a related party. As such, he is not included as a
related party with respect to sales and accounts receivable to Super Farm or De Best during the period ended September 30, 2020.
Filled 4.5k today at $1.74 Sir you have been here much longer than myself and probably know everything about them. Can you tell me if Joshua is still involved here as the grower. I noticed he stepped down in Dec. 2019 as an officer plus all video was from 2018.
Thanks I knew I read it somewhere.
Anyone know if Joshua Haupt is an exclusive grower for SHWZ and if not who else does? The reason I ask is SHWZ has minimal amount of grow space and I do not see where the purchase of cultivation is included with the purchase of the 13 dispensaries. Would appreciate anything with a link or 8k tia
I want a cheaper average. A little jealous of everyone getting cheaper shares..
Added 5.5k today. Going down after I buy is textbook no worry. Bought at $1.76-$1.81 today. Overall average is $1.80 Obviously a little early here but absolutely love the story. Still have a lot of powder and will continue to add aggressively if we break below $1.70 Hopefully the seller continues and the chance to average down to below $1.75 GLTA
What are the 26 Mil shares held by DTC? Says they are restricted?TIA
Yes it is. I am very impartial especially with the Price/Sales and the profit forecast for this year. I probably appear as a pumper but feel very strongly this is a table pounder commonly known as a Strong Buy. GLTA
For me it is because things are constantly changing. For example I could have a buy order in for $1 a share while price is currently $1.35 Now some bad news comes out and the order triggers at $1 but it drops to .85 Hopefully that is what you were talking about.
Worth a look. We have 1 analyst with a $4 project price target. $100 Mil revenues and .10 earnings for 2021.

Hopefully the safe act with banking and all changes that. Guess that is why I really like SHWZ.
Let me be more specific. About 3 weeks ago I adopted a new investment plan. I bought lower cap MJ stocks that were sitting at lows, at support. I knew my portfolio would be a winner, in time. But I lost track of one thing. I was used to my portfolio throwing off CASH, profits. My new portfolio was simply going to sit until blastoff. That would be ok, IF I had a CASH hoard sitting in my savings account.
So I changed tactics and converted into MJ stocks with MOMO. At the same time I set up in Fidelity "price alerts." There are price points that I have selected for my favorite companies for when they make their breakout move. No reason to park CASH in a stock that is not moving, YET.
CRESCO is one of those stocks. Right now, dead money. BUT with a price alert of, say, $11.00, you can jump in just as the next leg up takes place. And it will take place. Cresco is currently undervalued.
I have went with the momo approach but have also put some monies in stocks within this sector that have not move. I believe sooner than later all will rise as the saying about all boats rising. Also thanks for the invite here.
I agree SHWZ is the topic and I will adhere 100%. GLTA
Hate to tell but some of these new posters are the best around and not pumpers. They are here because the cat is out of the bag. With proform numbers with new acquisition of 6 dispensaries and 7 more by end of Q1 the P/S is less than one. The big operators have P/S as much as 10:1 with an average of 6:1 Once they complete the transaction this one is immediately worth $300 Mil market cap which is over $6 bucks. Sounds like a pump but do doubt this one is a hidden gem with huge potential.
Had a great year same as you. Looking for the next multi-bagger and I think I found it here. Sold my top 4 MSO's and bought some MSOS last week which has them covered. As you know made some big bucks on LHSIF and looking for a new one that has low risk and high return. Which brings me here. Do some research here and give me your thoughts. Like TCNNF excellent management and incredible Bud and yield. Manageable debt and very good share structure. In for 10K and will probably double up Monday as I think this one is undiscovered in lieu of what has happened with the recent acquisition with 7 more dispensaries coming Q1. What is ironic is they are in Co. where Bud is plentiful yet everything they produce is sold out quickly. Take a close look and watch the video that was posted here. You won't be disappointed. Now is the time to think like a chess player. Based on everything here I believe worse case scenario no money made and no money lost in the next year and the best case is $5+ and possibly much more based on fundamentals alone. Huge revenue growth and very small share structure with management owning 35%.
Wow 3lbs. is incredible. I know people who were getting 2lbs in Michigan. Then many small operators like LHSIF we getting 45 grams a plant and now they have a new grower who said they would get 3 to 4 times that. I told them that was still a joke. They pretty much said I was FOS. No point in arguing with arrogance.
Made uchoo bucks with GRWG in 401K where it went from $4 to $30 in a few months(I sold) and currently over $40. Then bought a crap load of LHSIF and it more than doubled. Put some into MSOS for the tier 1's and looking for my next hopefully multi-bagger. This IMO has all the key matrix for a huge winner. Good management, vision, defined market, low share structure, not over leveraged, and expertise. Still playing other tier 2 and 3 companies for a flip. This may not be the next holy grail but it certainly has the key components to be very successful from what I can see.
PS I'd rather be lucky than good any day of the week and God knows I've been lucky!
The more I see here the more I like this. Already own 10k but will definitely be adding more. You are so correct this is a logical acquisition that will set them apart in a much bigger way!
Anyone know how big the footprint is for the cultivation thru the acquisition? I've looked all over and don't know if this is seed to sale or if they buy from growers in the state. TIA
PS it is very obvious once the acquisition is completed they could very well be the one to get acquired themselves.
I believe they are a winner but currently believe SHWZ is going into blue skies. If you decide to buy HBOR it is a good bet. This guy has been involved for a long time and great reputation. Obviously HBOR is doing very good today and will probably run nicely this year.
In today for 8K. Looks like blue skies ahead.
Not today...lol
I hope so!
