Part two as stated here....also there is a ban until I beleive 2023 within prop 64 that prohibits growing weed in california in huge farming facilities...so those grow plays...not so good now... http://www.yourcentralvalley.com/news/part-2-of-5-prop-64
And not all edibles, just the ones that look like candy or cakes...things that would attract children. There was that company a couple years ago that was focused on protective wrapper for edibles....didn't do so well...came about after that kid in Colorado ate some edibles he found at his house and was very sick...anyway...why worry about protective and costly labeling/packaging when you can just not sell them? Makes sense to me...and people love the idea of course.
It was all stated when prop 47 was
Voted in. Prop 47 freed offenders with non violent marijuana possession/distribution cases...the space in some already designated prisons will be used to grow mj....as I stated they are already secured, there is plumbing heating, electricity etc....other than that I believe most of the weed will be grown in Canada. They are already nationally federally legal on medical mj...going for rec this spring..,that is why you see mj companies merging with Canadian tickers lately.
The mj after vote will be taxed and the money used for various things to benefit parts where the system is crumbling...Colorado was the test state...so to speak, now we've had the opportunity to learn from the mistakes made there
TV commercials. They are on all the time. That is one of the sections of the proposition
What others may not know about is prop 61, also being voted on. Prop 61 seeks to raise prescription costs.
This pipeline of future submissions to the FDA for product approval all falls into place even the moreso. As it's likely prop 61 will be voted against to keep big pharma in line and keep scripts affordable! CBD and THC is prime for testing as a cost alternative and alternative to more chemically based medications.
So in a nutshell when prop 64 passes (will inmy opinion) it actually looks bad for many of these mj tickers.
Much if not all of the states (CA), mj will be grown in emptied prisons. Californias a big state, we have many of those. And dispensaries are about to take a hit. Not only will they no longer be allowed to sell edibles that resemble 'treats' but who wants to pay that extra money however often theyre required to see a doctor or a center (thats going to be retro) when they can just walk down the street and present their id?
Here seems like a pretty good place to have your money imo...for many reasons
http://oracledispatch.com/2016/11/04/medical-marijuana-inc-otcmktsmjna-navigates-parabolic-climb/
One thing people dont talk about is that prop 64 will limit/ban edibles that resemble things that are likely to attract children, so it is great tat MJNA has this new pipeline and one can see their products will fit the guidelines of the legislator.
It is also a given that disensary revs will drop due to the fact that well...mj will be legal...no need for a med card (35-40$) or what not..seems like this company stands to expand greatly their revenue, as mentioned above...very ahead of the game company
After all, we've all heard of nicorette....why wasnt that clearer earlier?
Unless one is a person whose been here and/or lives here in California I don't think they can fully grasp just how big legalization will be. People are at this time smoking constantly, eating edibles...things like that.
We used to laugh years ago at cannchew...now it's a brilliant idea. What's better than to walk around casually chewing gum with either thc or cbd in it?
This stock also appeals to either presidential candidate and is a good entry stock into legalization as it has that safety, knowledge, exploratory vibe to it...and we all know what FDA submission means here in the OTC...could explain the buying power/cash flow
Ah, no I wasnt, but that makes sense!
Traders have to realize these old mj tickers are in a not purposeful sense- front loaded. They are filled with angry bag holders angered further by having to average down over the months and years or those who sold early for a loss while watching newbie traders move in for a flip and then gone again. They are risky....
As we saw today and this week these tickers were manipulated and well, traded as they should be accordingly, but now after seeing that you have to ask yourself well which ones held through the strongest...this one was whacked two cents lower than the bid four times by a 4000000 sell @1145 and the trading progression wasn't even dinged, it was like a mosquito in a possible malaria zone on my L2 screen that quickly flew away...this held...others aren't
True, but this isn't the typical penny situation...this could gap up Monday and open up at 15...or it could drop and rebound...but I mean...RSI is at what 60 something? This dollar flow continues into Monday an next week this has much room to go. And it's proved already it holds it's gains.
Talking is a killer for a stock though I sometimes feel. So we'll just see what happens. But I was reading also about dr's finding that cbd and mj may relieve opioid addiction, which has become a major epidemic around the country. We follow momentum here, or try to...100 million plus volume? RSI in the 50-60 range...time'll tell
Best MJ tickers to be in right now are the cbd, edible and internet/social media plays...there's company's that are already fully established like Morgan Stanley miracle grow that are going to handle the pick and shovel side of things as legalization progresses.
Does anyone honestly think a penny stock with limited property etc..is going to be leased or hired to grow mj when the government already has plenty of places mapped out. California always has a plan, and last time around they passed prop 47? I believe instead of rec legal...this is because it emptied prison space which California plans to use as grow areas...they are already secured.
The state is now ready to pass Rec.
Cbd is one of the best spaces to be in.
If you're so sure it's dropping by Wednesday then why are you so unsure about all your other moves in this trade that you're reciting?
Once people think they know the market oh so well, they often and/or eventually are humbled by it...lol
They tried today by dumping 4 million shares 4 times two cents under the bid intraday...price didn't budge, just kept on ascending full throttle. You can tell by the video Clayton trader doesn't like this power at close, and doesn't wanna see MJNA go bouncy...neither do the folks that have been making a soap opera of that other ticker...I don't think anyone planned on this rebound....let's see what next week holds.
Not until they can bank the money...and that's a long way off...might as well trade these in the meantime
They made move worthy news and effort today. To say they won't benefit is already proven to be mere speculation.
Over 20 million dollars was spent here today...do you think that's all ihub money?
I'm watching KTLA 5 news right now they're talking about prop 64...little segment on it...Tuesdays looking like a good day in my opinion
Pretty sure who and why...but it's not benefitting me like it is them....glty...unless you too are one...then luck isn't necessary....lol
Out @115...there will be a ticker that rockets next week....have a hard time believing it's this one...and even if it is way too many games here
Massroots is going to be on the history channel tonight. That's pretty big
Lots of volume coming...very nice
We'll see what happens...I do agree a lot if money from other tickers should be coming here
Bunch of sells before market...same ol bs
http://www.pbo-dpb.gc.ca/web/default/files/Documents/Reports/2016/Legalized%20Cannabis/Legalized%20Canabis%20Fiscal%20Considerations_EN.pdf
In my opinion this is very good for massroots...
Former Facebook president is one of the biggest backers of prop 64 passing. Canada is expected to go fully rec soon too.
This is great considering MSRT's association with Aphria.
In fact polls are in favor in every state on the ballot
I love smack dab in Los Angeles and there are excepts all over the news (one this morning in fact) about weed being used to treat our growing opioid epidemic...how the money will be used etc...weed is passing here.
It's support is all around this state
Mj stocks like this in this stage can gap up incredible amounts out of nowhere. Look at MSR! last year in its early stages opened up above 7.00 from 1.00
Liking this setup a lot. Grabbed some shares today even if may be a bit high...maybe not...
Td...think or swim or trade architect
Just picked up this weeks 'la weekly' front page 'refer business' talking about the many positives in legalization in California...weed legalization funds to provide schooling and housing for homeless etc...these are major issues faced here in la...reading this...I'm really confident California legalizes-
for what it's worth...
Exactly, makes no sense to drop it this low unless its likely key resistance s can't be broken then try for one last grand flip right before or after with heat if elections go positive. California may come up with an alternate plan like they did last time with intro prop 47? Was it?
We'll see. All in all except for the unexpected manipulation this is one of the better original tickers out there..imo
If I remember right DINO is an industrial MM/debt collecror...he scooped up and unloaded some shares last week or sloghtly before
...he's hanging out with VNDM and VFIN down around 18ish...why face resistance like that when you can just drop the price down to 8 or 9 reload then sell it again at 15...well, they have the chance to move down now with this low volume...might see them back at 15 like when this whole thing started.
Thing with a drop like this is now we have to break all former resistance levels again...good luck
Agreed
That's why I'm not touching these tens yet...very good chance could go lower
Very close to visiting an old low. I still have 5's and 6's from the last time I traded this about 6 months ago...picked up some 122's yesterday for 65 dollars...
Prior entry 132 sold some in 15 range...pretty much riding freebies anyway at this point.
I don't see accumulation on l2...I see a lot of sells into a sinking ask price
I didn't food raiser quoted in that pr...bet if anyone were to call they've never even heard of GRNH
The whole thing is the work of one slightly rotund man with 6 ihub accounts sitting in his basement and using you as his puppet...here come those 102's
All it is a case of long time GRNH holders trying a 'beat the house' method with new GRNH investors nerves and money...don't buy or sell right now....price goes where CDEL goes
Looking for 102
