Med.rare /DABOSS what do you think Apple will do to solve this battery problem ?

Can Digitalway/EDIG capitalize on Apples product problems ? Can they get great reviews ? When? Thus ,can turn a competitive problem into a competitive advantage & sell car loads . But these things have sesitive timing needs .

What are your opinions on this topic

Gilga , I for one don't understand your reasoning . We are fereting out the best way we can ,as to what management is doing ,since they themselves " DON'T "CLEAR THE AIR " .

If we as share holders ,don't question their motives ,then pray tell us ,who will ? Another logical question is ---is it ok that since the 2001 CES , the stock pps droped from over $1.90 down to its present level . Pray tell us ,who is responsible for the demise of the stock price --its the bashers or the naysayers or the truth sayers or ???? But never ,never & I mean never a management responsibility Huh ???? moxa the problem with spending money "wisely" is how management is & has dealt with the shelf shares .First ,they were late in issueing the shares .Thus ,the expected pps declined ,so not as much capital was raised .Second ,they now have less than (approx 7-8mm ) shares left from the original 20mm.

I know that you agree with the fact that the company must deliver profits to enhance cash flow . The real question is when (the urgency of time ) will this start .I am not asking you for that answer . That is a question that management faces ,as they get paid to answer .

It is obvious that the current pps reflects the condition of the companys finacial condition.

DABOSS although GGs has advertised the Treo 15 ,shouldn't the EDIG store have had larger sales volumes ? since management stated that sales were better than expected .

bomba what I was referring to was the sales of the Treo 15 ,MXP100s & the Odyssey 100 & 200 . Am I missing any other players ? Aren't we supposed to be booking NREs ie ? Then ,the Odyssey 1000 starts selling 2/15 . That's all I can think of . What kind of sales volume can this represent ?

Gilga as always things look promising . However ,there is the difference between actual profits rolling in & potential & or possibilities . Let us see the finanacial results before we make too many assumptions .

Let us say that sales have been spectacular this qtr .Thus ,the financials should also look spectacular . We will se them soon enough . Waiting patiently .

lickily yes a single portable player would be great . But who knows .Maybe ,the mfgs will introduce that type of player ,as a new generation player ,some time in the future . After all they want to sell what they have already developed . To me it's like the auto industry .The CE industry plans built in obsolesence ,so there is always a new mose trap for sale .

Kevin/Todd don't talk about what you don't want to see . In EDIGs case ,we certainly could use some tangible news . The fact is that the market (a rather perfect barometer, when it comes to a company value)will always set the right value price of a company .

Todd always remember that the lower the pps ,the longer a recovery takes .Many times it can take up to 5 orc 6 times the length of time ,it took to go down & that is providing there is something to substantiate a rise . This is imo a very big problem with any declining stock price.

HH imo if the company were to continue to sell shelf shares as the only means of keeping the doors open ,the pps will amount to nada . Additionally ,management becomes very suspect .I trust that it would never come to that .

There was encouraging info from CES ,although not the type of news that we anticipated . FF & RP should by now know what needs to happen . Excuses will not cut the mustard . Monetary income is necessary ,from profits ,to keep edig afloat .

Should EDIG do well financially this qtr & they have lined up a OEM for the Odyssey 1000 ,then imo ,the tide would turn for the better . Trust ,that management has learned from it's past mistakes .Time will tell .

bomba in all fairness , I am not sure any one here can answer whether EDIG technology is included . What we do need is a PR from either Fujitsu or EDIG ,stating we are in this unit .

BTW what happened to the 4000 units we were supposedly contracted for ?
