$QEDN has harvest news!
http://www.advfn.com/news_QED-Connect-Inc-Subsidiary-Emerald-Med-Farms_63170628.html
It too bad they don't grow. $QEDN does!
Exactly! It's one giant science experiment where the yields will keep getting bigger and bigger!
I'm not sure what their methods are either, but after watching a bunch of growing videos on Youtube, it seems there are a million way to "skin a cat". With their expert growers, I'd expect that they have a process in place that will net a high yield.
No paid promos here bud...just WeeeeeeD! $QEDN
$QEDN WeeeeeeeeeeD News!
http://www.advfn.com/news_QED-Connect-Inc-Subsidiary-Emerald-Med-Farms_63170628.html
$QEDN - "In conjunction with best practices, the crops were planted in stages and have reached various levels of maturity, allowing for parcels to develop incrementally."
Shade prevent buds from growing properly. In fact, some growers will cut the stem/buds closest to the base of the plant as they are typically under-formed and steal nutrients that are intended for the buds at the top of the plant.
That depends on how it is dried. Remember, these guys are expert growers.
Where did you come up with 7-12 ounces? Do you realize that for that to happen, the bud would need to lose 82-86% of its weight?
$QEDN predicted 3-4 lbs (48-64 oz) per plant before drying. Now, after doing some research, I've found that depending on the drying method used and how long the plants were left to flower, they can lose anywhere from 40-75% in water weight. Plants left to flower longer seem to lose less.
With Emerald Med Farms expert growers, I would expect that will have their drying process refined to ensure minimal weight loss...maybe 60% on average, which is good. So with that said, on average, 1.2-1.6 lbs per plant after drying is a realistic goal.
This is a fantastic PR. $QEDN provided a lot of information regarding the the harvesting process and the different stages involved. It shows the rest of us that they know what they're doing.
No dilution still!!! $QEDN is delivering as expected.
Let me educate you on weed and how it applies to $QEDN.
Keep in mind that weed is harvested in stages also. They're most likely at the drying stage right now.
Just remember, folks will pick both sides of the argument and attempt to justify their claims. $QEDN, however, will always remain center mass.
The Emerald Med Farms website states that the are a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal is done and has been for a while.
Read the PR from April 29th:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/QEDN/news/QED-Connect--Inc--Acquires-Medical-Marijuana-Company--Emerald-Med-Farms?id=79731&b=y
It clearly states that, "The company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of QED Connect, Inc." So therefore, "wholly owned" is being referred to as a state which will be reached in the future. Now that the deal is done, it is safe to say that Emerald Med Farms is a wholly owned subsidiary.
I like how you both twisted the original statement and then ran with it.
The original statement listed under Subsequent Events read:
"On April 29, 2014, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire Emerald Med Farms, LLC, a California based medical marijuana company for 11,000,000 shares of QED's common stock and providing up to $2,000,000 of funding for the operations."
You both conveniently left out the words UP TO. These are very important words as they define a limit, but there is no set dollar amount. If $QEDN provides $50,000, they are fulfilling their role as defined in the agreement.
In response to your concern about the use of the term "wholly owned", I can tell you from personal experience that they used the term properly as the tense is disregarded. When Boeing announced a deal to purchase a company that I used to work for, they announced that they were purchasing the company as a "wholly owned subsidiary". This is common and allows the company that is being purchased to maintain current operations with minimal disruption. $QEDN's use of "wholly owned subsidiary" is accurate and correct.
Haha, you're still pushing that 25 plant maximum garbage. $QEDN has already addressed this in a previous PR. I'm sure Wolf's upcoming report will confirm this. His pictures alone are enough to show that they have found an exclusion to the rule.
If you knew where it came from, why would you ask, "If so, where does it state the information came from the company?" That doesn't seem like a rhetorical question. Maybe you don't know the proper definition of a rhetorical question.
I would have to completely disagree with your opinion that this is a message board post in the form of a PR. In fact, this is a great rollup of facts and events which explain the current state of $QEDN.
Well, if you looked at $QEDN's chart and played it correctly, you'd be free riding a bunch of shares right now and wouldn't have to worry about your money going to anyone. Don't worry, $QEDN will give you a chance very soon to set up a free ride. Folks that bought in last week at .011-.012 are almost there! $QEDN is giving out free rides for everyone!
Well looking at the $QEDN chart over the past year, I see higher highs and higher lows. If this is your idea of a scam, then I need to dump more money into this!
I thought this $QEDN report was a good read and a great reminder to folks who have been here a while why they bought in the first place. Having extra attention from folks like Wolf is icing on the cake.
Read the Disclaimer. It was never advertised as coming from the company.
This was a research report based on $QEDN - all valid and relevant. The source and POC is listed.
$QEDN "intends to distribute their product through a California approved cooperative of dispensaries."
Nah, no promo, just a lot of excitement building over:
1) DTC chill lift news
2) 1st harvest news
3) Wolf report
We all realize that news is overdue and they could give it to us at any moment.
I have a feeling that $QEDN is going to deliver this week!
$QEDN is valid and they actually grow marijuana. Once people really catch on to this, the pps will catch up to those other MJ companies that are still trying to grow. $QEDN is undervalued currently, but not for long.
This is what we've all been waiting for ;), $QEDN
.02s are just a couple of slaps away! $QEDN has some major moves coming.
$QEDN's Emerald Med Farms is a world class leader in MMJ cultivation. Thanks Wolf!
Power Hour is here! $QEDN bids are stacking and soon the ask will be slapping!
You need to think like a business owner. Why would Emerald Med Farms join forces with a publicly traded company? Well, almost every private company goes through financial struggles where capital is always a concern, no matter how great the product or operations. Emerald Med Farms joined forces with QEDN knowing that it would provide better access to capital to help grow the business and chances at long term success.
