I have only e-mailed David twice. The first one I got a half-assed response, the second I was a little harsher and got no response.
I'm not going to give it a rest.
I believe partly he Might do more now because of the pressure, IMO, if he does anything?
I'm posting positive things about the actions and the action hero.
Have to see what happens?
Hopefully, everything will work it's self out.
I will say you are correct except if taken advantage of i.e., newly formed company raging over the expansion of their company going global. Looking to buy more equipment, renting more property space for expansion, opening new affiliations connections, starting advertising, starting SEO and Adwords, etc...especially if you're novice like him and myself, amongst many more
That's a real good idea for some sort of PR or ad campaign;
"Savings Site Offers Alternative to Groupon"
I think it's Great!!!! I think the sight of pressure is at the least making them evaluate moves a little differently. They know it can buy them time, too.
I don't think David And Peter would necessarily make these moves without pressure. One of them being Familyguy.
Bless them all. Good job on The David
IMO, you are wrong. The shareholders certainly can't do worse than David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster.
The shareholders care about the investment and I truly believe they care about the company.
As past performance and present company handling, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster don't give a shit about the company or it's stockholders soooo saying that the shareholder's would definitely do better than the Two jackasses that are there now.
Seems that it maybe too far out then. I'll just hold on and wait impatiently and hope that the jackasses do as they said they would.
O-Tay. Now I understand. I am new at this shit so don't bear with me!!
The problem with what a lot of these penny companies say is all preliminary moves that haven't been implemented. It's just to attract investors. Once they get the investors they do not implement their claims.
They switch tickers, names, switch business models, switch employees, switch all sorts of shit so I imagine once a pump occurs one should get out before it peaks and plummets? If it not a shell, then jump back in.
I also need to get a day trade company. T Rowe definitely doesn't float as far as day trading is concerned.
T. Rowe is great for long term, mutual funds, etc...takes too long to get in and out, though.
dat what she said, hehehehe
I doubt that he will reply?
Mine is going to hard, also.
I may??? May not?? inform him of my intentions of filing SEC complaint or should I hold that one off till next year and see what this holiday brings??
To break even?? I'm not sure if I understand what you are saying unless, "To break even??" was the correct reply?
Niiiice. I'm going to send one when I get back. I will post it hear after I write it up. DAMN all hyped up now!!!! Eh Ha!!! Ride 'em cowboys!!!!
I don't either. I think it's a stock worth learning from.
The thing I know now, it will be pumped and it's very low cost right now...just have to remember to jump even before it peaks.
Easier said than done
I know they already have a piece of equipment called a Cyber-Knife (for cancer). It can attack cancer the size of a pin point. Pretty impressive.
But the stock you speak of could end up in the same boat as NSL is in now?
I have definitely learned, the first sign of a pump, jump in and bail even before it peaks. Take that cash and run. Of course, easier said than done.
I think you might be right. I might just because I know there will be a pump and I'm down so far...might help a tiny, little bit.
The key is, to know when to bail!!!!
I believe this stock has changed the way a lot of us are going to look at penny stocks and how to run them.
Hopefully the pump will take it higher than that?? Take what you can get, at this point.
We'll see, huh?
I'm in at .76ish/share and I personally do not think it will reach that price? Not even close, IMO.
Ask the yea-sayers, they say over a $1.00 and if they are right than you should make money. I should also.
Hopefully they are right?
It WILL go up!!! No doubt about it. It will be a PUMP but we don't know when?? And, we don't know how high before it plummets again.
It will be pumped to get the investment company's back some of the money they spent on the 2 asses that took their money.
She is right. He did own a mining company, actually 2, that never picked up a piece of dirt in their lives. It ALL was truly bullshit. That was cleaver, sheeple. hahaha
SEC filing stated;
"According to form 10-Q dated October 21, 2010, CXLT, “acquire a 100% interest in the Calibert Property mining claims located in the Chibougameau Mining District, Quebec, Canada, in consideration for $9,000 CAD. The claim is registered in the name of our wholly owned subsidiary Calibert Exploration Ltd., a Quebec corporation.
Phase two program from form 10-Q states during May 1, 2011 through July 31, 2011, “a field crew will mobilize onto our claims, survey the claims and perform stripping, trenching, additional mapping and sampling (both soil And rock) and then demobilize from the area.” “If we proceed with a Phase Three program we would do so between August 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011. A field crew will mobilize onto our claim and perform a significant amount of line cutting.” “In the case that the Phase Four program takes place, the results obtained during the Phase Three program will be assembled, interpreted and we will review the results of the Phase three program. We will engage our consulting geologist to interpret the results of Phase Three and develop a summary report. At this stage we will have a significantly better understanding of any mineralization on our claim and be in a position to commence Diamond Drilling late 2011 or early 2012.”
He definitely has other company's that are up and running but I do not believe the ones that are bringing in money are penny stocks. There is the Passport vacation company that had a settlement to take care of and others although he is still listed as Pres on some of his older web-based company's.
It takes time to research and I am running between living and working and I have to do more research before answering that kind of question. I mainly know about his past.
Some of the websites that are very similar to NSL are still up and partially running but I don't think you can actually use them?? I have clicked on some of the tabs and they work but I don't think you can purchase from them but that's a good question. I'm going to try it out on the older sites and see if I can run my card?
Honestly, I have no clue?? I saw that myself and was thinking maybe you deleted it but if you didn't I don't know why they did??
Go NSL!!!! hehehehe
I said I believe it's NSL because you said it was Cen-1. You have done that numerous amounts of times I suppose to point the finger at someone else??
The fact is, no one knows who it was.
I never said that David sold any shares so I'm not sure what you are referring to?? I think he sold his soul to the Cheesiers being cheesy people.
I LOVE it. I'm pretty sure they already exist, though.
You're the one that suggested that we start our own company, Wito! What do you mean, "you guys have it all together???"
I hate the way you spin things around.
May I have Saltrelli's e-mail address, Please.
They were and still are involved in it.
That's the company that had to settle with their customers out of court.
That's a really bad question.
I guess we should let NSL keep our cash and go start our own company
We have already put our monies in to this fucking thing. We are here until they pump the damn thing.
At this point you are talking about the consumers' changing their ways to fit NSL and they should do so???
It's the other way around. NSL has to change to fit the consumer.
Damn, Dude. You've got me hyped up!!! I'm going to send him an e-mail. It ain't gonna be pretty either. I have done it before and he ignored me has I expected so why not bomb him with e-mails until dude gets it right.
They aren't even on the map. No advertising means no publicity. No publicity means no business which means no money. That means No Money For Us. They need to advertise in some fashion.
If they wait until they have something to offer it will never happen. They will always offer the same shit so why not advertise what they are not going to change anyway?
Familyguy, I think you're absolutely correct. You, Russ and/or Dreamhouse. The company would truly blow up!!!!
By the way, I LOOOOOOVE Heavenly Ham!!!!!!
I think the pump was from David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster.
We will never know.
Why are you putting words in my mouth, Wito?? To make me look bad I suppose?
I certainly NEVER called David Saltrelli a fool. I think he knows exactly what he's doing. The problem is, what he's doing isn't for the company but strictly for himself, IMO.
I will not cut the guy some slack due to the fact that he knows exactly what he's doing and it's not for the investors but for himself. Yes, I do have a problem with that.
True dat. Everyone also has to watch it daily to know when it happens.
Yup, me too. I'm sure everyone is. Once that happens everyone will grab and run never to hear from each other again.
There's No DOUBT there will be a pump. Without a doubt but when?? Everyone will know once they see the stock rocket up.
At that point, penny playa's will jump in also and pump it higher.
The question to that is, how high will it go?? I may not get back all but I imagine I will get some back??
I have heard people say Netmaximizer went for $15/share but I would like to see proof of that please. I really don't know?
To that CitronResearch.com says (2001);
"Netmaximizer is an e-commerce company whose only revenues to date is their office furniture they sold in a liquidation sale. Yet, this company still has as amazing market cap of $120 million. With no money and the sale of discounted stock, Netmaximizer might be the Lemon of the year."
I posted this earlier;
Since going public at the beginning of 2008 via a reverse merger, UFFC's share price has dived 95%,as the stock has been diluted and preferred shares issued in lieu of millions of dollars in debt. At last report, approximately 40 million shares of
common stock were issued and outstanding, however conversion of the Series "A" preferred stock alone, doubles that number. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if this Pump & Dump was designed to relieve debt holders of some of their stock in order to recover at least some loan principle. We'd expect that reported number of shares issued and outstanding to jump substantially with the filing of the company's next 10-Q
Positive energy certainly plays roles in everything but IMO, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster also have to have it and they don't. In fact, it has gone backwards.
The energy you are looking for will not be strong enough to make David and Peter do what they are suppose to do. What they have promised. They will sit back if someone else wants to do the work for them. That will create positive energy for them.
A good thing, IMO, they don't get this kind of pressure from investors all the time sooooo hopefully the pressure will make them do what they should have already done and create positive energy for the investors'.
This is certainly no march for freedom or desegregation.
This is 2 owners of a company that have taken advantage of many people's monies for their own growth and not of their investors.
Negativity plays no part with this situation.
However, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster do play the part but unfortunately not for good purposes.
If you can get David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster to do what they have promised several people on this board via conference call they would do, then you have something but, until then you have nothing but 2 owners controlling their company's fate.
