So, let's see. "Milking" this stock has required CGFIA to put up over $600,000 in cash as a bond and licensing to the DRMS alone. Guyer have been getting paid in stock and cashing out a whopping $65,000 (on average) per year in "milk money". (And that has only been for the last 2 1/2 years.) This year he has not been paid at all.
9+ years of potential "milking cash" that is to be forfeited if the DRMS deems the mill area cleanup incomplete.
That is just the DRMS accounting.
Something is wrong with your hypothesis, modrica.
Smoke screens are not that expensive to fabricate, and the declining PPS is certainly not bringing any truck loads of cash to their door for them to "milk". Even figuring the increase in the O/S, there is no pile of cash to skim from. The cash value of their personal stock is on the same ride as ours.
Where is all this cash they are supposed to be harvesting?
Guyer has made and forgiven loans to the corporation. The corporate office space is donated to the company by Guyer. There are no company cars being rented, or condos being paid for, or even expense accounts showing on the corporate statements.
Wow! How can you come up with a claim that this is a source of "milking" by the officers other than by wild speculation?
You have made an accusation, but you can't produce a modicum of evidence to support that opinion; only more unfounded speculation. All you offer is that they have been good at "fabricating a plausible" story.
Logic and evidence says it is much more likely a legitimate operation.
If this is a con game, then these are the worst con artists in the last century.
Please show us how you figure this to be a "cash cow" set up for milking.
TIA
MM, FYI, just an addition to Cesium's info about Scottrade. They now operate as a bank also. If you have funds in their bank, you can transfer them on line immediately for trading.
I have not used the banking functions, but I have had a cash account for almost 4 years, transferred funds from other banks, and deposited personal checks at their offices. (the fastest way to get funds into your trading account.) I do find them to be satisfactory, and have yet to have any trouble with their services.
Their fees are $7 per trade, plus for any stock less than $4 per share, there is a premium charge if 1/2 of 1%.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Thanks for posting your info JohnnieMoss! Don't be a stranger, speak up once in a while. We need to hear from everyone. (and don't be scared of GRIZZ, his growl only sounds scary when he has had too much Grog. We keep him under control, mostly!)
I will put you on the list of investors.
Good luck!
Ok, Moun10mn, I think you are approaching double my total. If you get too many shares, you will have to adopt me! (you'll need the tax deduction anyway )
As always, Good Luck to us all!
CGFIA
Yeah, Davidio, I keep a running tally of the people who wish to state their holdings. I do not post names when I post the totals, and I am the only one who has access to the list. All information is kept in confidence that way.
Sure, if you wanted to go through the posts you could find some of the info, but this way it is a little more secure.
Anyone who wants to keep the information from the public but still wants to give me the figures can PM me. (do it during Friday happy hour if you don't have PM on your account.)
The total is well over one billion shares. I need to recalculate after I get a chance to add in the new information from the recent posts.
I'll post that as soon as I can. Probably tomorrow.
100% correct, IMHO! You need to have a balance when you discuss the situation. Extreme opinions just clutter up the logic of the discussion.
We have a group here that discuss things in a moderate manner. If everyone stays civil, then we all learn from each other. (Yeah, every now and then we all need to vent our frustrations too. And that is healthy also. We all have those days. Mine was yesterday. I got my hand slapped by an Admin.)
I want to hear about the possibilities, good or bad. That just helps me make my investing decisions a bit more educated.
Ok impact58, you are on my list! (no I'm not one of Santa's elves )
But be good anyway, we all want Santa to treat us good here at CGFIA!
I think the limit is 15 posts.
And "happy hour" on Friday, between 4 and 5pm eastern time, the site is open for everyone. All features and posts, even personal messaging is unlimited.
FYI!
No, habadg, negative opinions are OK, but I suggest that the poster should have a reasonable basis for it.
When someone posts a negative opinion the question always hangs in the air, if you are down on the stock, why own it?
Continuously degrading posts are going to be questioned by the multitude of positive posters. It is just human nature when you have a group of investors.
Investing in a stock is, by definition, an act of faith and belief that it will do well. Negatively posting investors just seem to be a contradiction in terms.
Thanks, TB, for spending your posts here! Your presence is enjoyable.
Have a good evening. Maybe next summer we all get a road trip to Silverton, Co.! (bring your Tbucket, it would make a great conversation piece.)
$20! I need a double grog just to wipe that idea out of my short term memory. I'll save it for the future!
CGFIA.
Thanks TinyBurger! You are new on the list if my memory is still functioning correctly. Welcome to the roles of the CGFIA Armada!
GLTY!
CGFIA
I can't allow myself to think like that! I get too excited and start hitting the grog too much. I'll start with .25 and watch as CGFIA grows!
Keep the dream alive, Tbucket!
GLTY!
I happened to be the lucky one! Post #33,333!
Can I have that in cash, or do I get it in Grog?
Aye aye, MM! I have your numbers.
I'll try and get an updated total for the Armada out tomorrow.
The grand total should be amazing.
Good luck to you!
CGFIA
.25 would make me both happy and rich enough not to care about the future (or what my wife spends!). I think we would all love to see that.
"we aren't greedy, we are just needy!"
The future may be brighter than we can imagine.
JMHO
Thanks, Rebel24!
The CGFIA Armada is growing is size every day. Now a little strength and we will be on our way to days of gold and nights of Grog!
GOOD LUCK!
MTP
Sure, 567. Already done!
Topgranny, I have your totals, and will update the numbers.
Don't be upset over the amount of shares you have. At least you are getting a piece of the action.
That's more than some people are willing to do! God willing it will be enough to make you comfortable for a long while.
Good luck to you and all CGFIA investors!
MTP
Cesium, I will update your totals.
Thanks for the information.
Good luck to you and all the CGFIA investors!

Hi Dave. Here are the screen shots I saved:
Notice the member this was addressed to at the top of the s/s.
Now here is how it arrived when it was posted:
As you can see it was posted to a different member.
Another matter that I am having an issue with is when using my iPad, Safari does not let you brouse to the photo albums to upload pictures. Here is a screen shot of that situation:
Note the "chose file" feature is not available.
The iPad App has no ability to access your profile or personal information, so uploading pictures or altering your personal information from that platform is not possible. Is there a plan to include this in a future update?
Thanks for the help.
MTPockets
I have just experienced the described mis-delivery problem on my last post on this board. I have screen shots to show the results, if that would help.
I am experiencing the same thing. I am using OS version 5.0.1.
This is a follow up to my earlier post regarding my iPhone posts. I have been carefully watching my replies to posts and noting my actions before I reply to a thread. It seems that the replies go to the person who's post I read previously, and not to the post I am on when I select the "reply publicly" option at the bottom of the post.
To be clear, the reply page says it is addressed to the present page's author, but the message goes to the author of my previously visited page in the thread.
I know this can seem confusing, but I would be glad to supply any additional information that would help clarify the problem I am experiencing. I would even supply screen shots to help document the errors.
Thanks for your help.
Bob, the Sands properties in Las Vegas is working on a closed network of gaming for their local properties. It will offer guests the ability to wager anywhere on their properties. (The M, owned by Penn National, has a basic system in operation right now, but the guests are limited to one property, and only certain areas like bars and restaurants.) I just heard about the Sands system yesterday during a report about Internet gaming. It is reported that Nathan Adelson, the CEO of Sands is opposed to on line gaming.
The system he is using was only briefly discussed during that report.
Let me see if I can dig up more about it.
It seems that a closed system such as that could easily be scaled up to serve a larger market over the Internet. They may be a few steps ahead of others.
I know this is thin right now, but I'll dig around and if it looks promising, may even stop in and check it out.
(I know it is a tough assignment, but somebody has to volunteer to do it! )

No problem. By the way there are quite a few companies with that name, but this seems to be the only "PokerTek" related to poker equipment manufacturing/assembly or software systems.
Let me know if you remember the other company. I'll do some digging in the local sources.
Here is another article on PokerTech:

This is a technical issue I am having with my posts using my iPhone ( version 5.0.1). When replying to a post, even though I see the intended recipient displayed at the top or my screen, the reply I post is directed to the last poster who replied to the same post, or some other poster who responded to that same post.. I just posted a message on PCFG board. The reply was intended to go to "FoxwoodFan". His name was displayed at the top of my screen when I wrote the post. When I submitted the post, it went to "maverick" instead. This is not the first occurance of this kind. I have been experiencing this problem for several weeks. (it seems to have started when the 5.0 OS update was installed on the iPhone) I thought you should be aware of this glitch. I am not experiencing this issue on my PC, or on my iPad ( which still has not been upgraded to 5.0.) Thanks for your help and attention to my issue. "M_T_Pockets"
Adapt and overcome!
It seems these guys have the philosophy of fixing the problems they encounter, and then, maybe they talk about it.
Less talk, more action! I like this.
It may leave us scratching our "investor" heads at times, but in the end it is the results that matter.
I'm psyched!
Fox, you almost always are the voice of common sense in times like this. I am one of many who appreciate your outlook.
Sure there are lots of possibilities for the future outcome of this stock and company. They fall on both sides of the equation. But these possible outcomes have ALWAYS EXISTED from the first day anyone of you invested your money. That is the way stocks in this category are by definition.
Now, just like any other day, is a time for share holders to make a decision. Bail or stay. Speculation seems to be almost all negative. That type of thinking and posting leads to self fulfilling prophecy. Like yelling FIRE! In a crowded theatre. There may be no fire, but the ensuing hysteria will result in injury nevertheless.
I encourage everyone to not become overly influenced by posters opinions. (and really, no matter what anyone has to post as far as calculations, numbers, or quotations, there is a fair amount of speculation in what is said.)
Base your decisions on your own research or calculations. And, keep in mind the reasons you purchased this stock in the first place.
Your decision process will be simpler, and the consequences of your actions will be yours alone. Trust your own judgement.
I still believe in the fundamentals of this company. For now, I'm willing to hold my position, and wait for additional information, or circumstances to change.
That is my humble opinion, and my positive outlook on the future of PCFG.
Good Luck to you all!
Hi Mick. You are absolutely correct about Trump here in Nevada. He is viewed as an interloper, and more of a real estate investor than a serious casino owner.
Nevada gaming commission has been trying to keep the casino ownership as legitimate as possible since the old 'mob control' days.
Trump is viewed as a "carnival showman" by much of the entities here in Nevada. Plus his "bankruptcy" in the early days of his Atlantic City ventures is viewed as a red flag by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
It will be a cold day at the equator before "The Donald" gets a gaming license for anything in Nevada.
However, the legislation introduced by Harry Reid earlier this year for legalization of "on line" gaming would allow Trump to get in on the action.
Just my observations and opinion as a "local" Nevadan.
Good to see you on the board. Thanks for contributing to the discussion.
Good Luck to you in your investing future.
You really need to read some of the information that has been posted.
Where have you been?
Do you understand what a "cease and desist" order is?
Please DD, it will serve you very well in your investing attempts.
Good Luck.
Yup, AK is usually the last one up, but it looks like I'm the insomniac tonight.
It's past my bed time, so I have to at least TRY to get some rest.
Wake me if that zero AK was asking for drops. (I just may hear it fall in my sleep!)
I'll catch you when the sun is up here.
I'm ignoring the posts and enjoying the "empty air". It is a lot more refreshing than the "doom and gloom" I suppose the predictions contain.
It must be full moon time again.
The expected reports and filings will be arriving soon. Till then, I have a lot of Christmas Shopping to do.
A couple more million shares of CGFIA is on my list.
By next Christmas those shares will be a couple hundred thousand bucks!
Good luck to all!
Osirus09, Thanks for the update! I'll get your new totals in the book.
I hope your spidey senses are working 100% correct. (Mine have been a little off lately, but sometimes I just get "lucky"!)
Good luck to you and all the CGFIA investors as we look forward to a great future!
And that's just Silverwing. Add in the other mines and that .02 starts to multiply pretty quickly. The assay results will be the match that lights this rocket.
Not a share dropping, 567, just my last 2 brain cells bumping into each other as they wake up.
Maybe the conversions have stopped?
I think you are not reading the right things. Dig a little deeper, IF you really want to find valid information.
Your question > Whatever happened to the 2011 production?< Is so easily answered, it shows you need to do a bit more then scan a few lines of an article or two.
The information is easily found. Try looking at the latest quarterly report for a start. Then do some digging on the DRMS website. The sticky posts on this board can keep you busy for a while too, if you are really interested in research.
Good luck!
2ndELDESTone, I concur with your praise of Fox & Airdale.
It seems a common characteristic on many boards that the closer a company gets to becoming a productive, profitable enterprise, the more attracted the unrealistic posters become to that board. It seems like there may be a "contrary gene" common in their DNA!
"Pay no mind to that man behind the curtain!" They are entitled to their opinion, no matter how wrong it may seem.
We, who have followed the PCFG board for any length of time, know who the logical and helpful posters are.
The ignore button was put on the page for it's convenient use when things get too far away from reality.
Good Luck & Best Wishes to all!
