I mentioned a week ago that the share trading in this stock looked as if the float available was 5 million or so. Now I just saw a number "Free trading float 3.9 million shares".
Experts...what do you think? I would think that this stock could double in a day with any new visibility.
When is an 8% dividend not 8% to investors?
When the company has income tax free status going forward.
It's more like a 11% effective dividend.
And I'm heading to Stockholm on Nov 16
Look to the guy that said this stock is "grossly undervalued"
two months ago. Lee and his management team may have purchased additional shares.
If Lee and the top two execs have 24 million shares and JF has 17.5%
what does that leave? The stock trades like there are about 5 million shares outstanding. 5500 other shareholders out there but what are they holding?
1.43-1.30 now in backfill mode.... upward and onward
She acting just fine in here...... now it's harvest time
Was not referring to shorts but a group
Attempting a takeover of SIAF. Do they have a poison lpill
What is in place to keep raiders away from SIAF? Once they zero out their debt(cut debt by 50% in the last 12 months) GULP... a bigger fish swims away with SIAF in its belly. SIAF is a cash cow that can be had cheap today.
Ocean fish supplies dwindling
The US imports 85% every year
SIAF is in the right place at the right time.
Aquaculture story up next on CNBC
Siaf trades like a stock with a 5 million share float. Anyone with a current outstanding float figure?
This stock is still hidden from the street and when it becomes visible look for 3 million share trading sessions. Everyone will look to add this to their portfolio before harvest season ends. There are few stocks at the moment that will return multiples of initial investment over the next 36 months.
Shorting the Chinese appetite? And a dividend?

Top 50 Most Undervalued Companies for 2010 (part 5)
By Zack Buckley and Glen Bradford
We believe that if you are planning on buying stocks by shooting fish in a barrel, the best barrel is U.S.-listed Chinese small-caps. Go get you're gun. It's been hunting season for more than a year. You really can't miss.
Sino Agro Foods (SIAF.PK): "Chinese agriculture is another thing I think is going to boom because it's such a wreck," said Jim Rogers. I agree with Jim wholeheartedly, and Sino Agro Foods is one of the companies taking advantage of the boom in agriculture in China. Based on its 2010 guidance, the company is trading at a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 4, which gives the company a very attractive valuation if it's able to meet its guidance.
THESTREET.com said in Feb that SIAF was one of the 50 most undervalued stocks for 2010. AND SO DID LEE.
I see three spin-offs $$$$ in the future right here. When the investment community finally puts
a price tag on the value then we roll.
Just looking for the "NITE" trading platform.
Found it thanks
How do we see NITE trades?
Lee has been saying this for some time hence government subsidies and tax breaks ...all good for us.
Anyone out there in value mode able to
Compute the current value of the subs and spin off
Price and how the Siaf shareholders will be compensated.
lee mentioned spinning the Malaysian fishery off by year-end
8 months ago.
Only 20,000 shares short last month...
Not a factor here. No short squeeze .
This stock will blow through $2 once it shows up on the
Mainstream radar for the dividend alone.

Can you feel me?
Why would anyone sell after SIAF posted a 150% 2nd quarter gain over the 2009 2nd quarter of $5 million. When the street finally picks this one up on the radar watch out. We could see a 5 million share trade day and a climb to $3 directly.
Great quarter we are buying on dips now and waiting for the next dividend hopefully .02. SIAF is..... TheStreet.com's "one of the fifty most undervalued stocks for 2010" Book value $1.51

Thurs. the 12th of Aug for earnings
Why put a dividend in front of an audit? Confidence.
The dividend alone is something to bank on. This company will soar over the next 3 years and the CEO just put his money where his mouth is with the dividend. TheStreet.com's "one of 50 most undervalued stocks for 2010" and that was at $1.30 per share.
And the CEO states that the stock price is way under-
priced.
And TheStreet.com says SIAF is one of the 50 most undervalued stocks for 2010
No,
Today I purchased again but if you were watching the ticker
my limit order purchases looked like I was selling shares. (buying at the bid price not the ask) So my 5000 share transaction looked like a sell block. Anyway who cares 36 months from now.
