It's been such a great day, today I spoke to my mate back in Oz, pissed as usual, as he is & I ribbed him about his handicap of 14 as you do, whilst I haven't had a game since Nov 22 (to be exact) and we spoke for about an hour talking Crap all in all its been great day

One thing you have to remember is we can't help the way we were born (to a certain point that is) some of us are a little bit luckier than others! But that's ok as well I can live with that. lol

I agree with all you said, only thing although I have residency I am a foreigner to this great place. I've been here for 4 years and I love the culture and the few places that I have visited, including Barcelona I have enjoyed immensely. As for the Siestas, I just can't do them as if I do when I wake up I'm a cranky old bear, so I just continue on. :)

I'm doing fine mate, just practising my newly learnt skills. If anyone complains it was Sideshows' fault :)

During the Fiestas they call it the jaleo, but we do have a local group that do performances where they combine dressage and different tricks etc and it is amazing to watch! You're right they are beautiful and I watched a performance last year in total awe of their control and their temperament.

Yes they are, & when they parade you can go up to them and they really have some sort of charm about them. well gotta go as it's Rosa's weekend off and she's complaining about me being on the computer yet again geez :)

Fun yeah, but I don't get too close they scare me. A few people do get injured every year as the objective is to touch the horses heart for good luck as they're standing on their hind legs. Normally two horses at a time and you can get involved in a crowd squeeze, I think that particular stallions name is Cascadia!!
