Which brings us right back to the question of why hasn't JNJ bought out or settled with DECN. I know the thought is total heresy to the discussion on this thread, but I believe the obvious reason is because JNJ believes they are going to win this case, and despite how they are characterized here, JNJ is the hardly the fool when it comes to patent litigation. I believe an entirely false picture of court proceedings has been painted by pro-DECN partisans.
You're right: Share price will have its short term ups and downs.
I'll reload on the pullback after the 10k is released.
last week it said .41. People losing confidence? It's not exactly going up and up and up. Let's see what it says after a disappointing 10k comes out.
JNJ (with whom DECN is in a lawsuit) hit an all-time high today of 109.56. It now has a market cap of over 302 billion dollars.
Has the "Korean manufacturer" ever been identified. If not, why not?
I don't play the pennies like I used to, otcbargains, but I like to dabble now and again. I bought this one almost strictly on your estimable word. In at .008. This will not be a long-term hold one way or the other.
Thanks Dutch.
Someone just dumped a boatload of RJDG at .008, and now I'm a holder of an otcbargains' pick for the first time in years. I had forgotten about this thread until I received an email alert. Hello my friend otcbargains.
I heard there is a contract pending with Arby's. Don't laugh. There are more than 3400 Arby's throughout the USA. This could be HUGE!
And greed is critical to being duped by shills.
You can't cheat an honest man.
Sequiter - A couple of minor pre-trial rulings went in favor of DECN. BFD. The trial hasn't even begun yet.
The court of public opinion says $0.21, and that's after intense shilling here and on Y*h**.
What court wins? The trial hasn't even begun yet.
Yes, I bought a little at lower prices. I'm not above playing a fake company for profit, but load up? No way. I wouldn't risk too much on a company that I believe is only based on hype.
Yes, just like we found out last week, and just like we found out in February, and just like we found in November, erc, etc, etc, all the way back to 2011.
All the prospects for decn are dependent on the trial against jnj, and it has just been ruled that the trial will now proceed. What could possibly happen to catapult the stock this week? If--as has been rumoured--decn is going to file a counter-suit against jnj, that's a bfd. Anyone can file a suit against anyone anytime. It would be worth decn's while because the excitement of it all will help the shills dump more stock to the unsuspecting.
How do you know that he strips have greater accuracy than one touch. One touch is the standard bearer that genstrips are compared to. Please point to the study that proves this or please stop saying it.
What you characterize as a "panic move" was a standard legal procedure.
It has also endured predictions of $8.00 by the end of 2013. The skeptics have so far been far more accurate than the enthusiasts.
Level 2 is capable of changing in an instant and actually tells you nothing. It's helpful when you're trying to buy or sell, but it's of absolutely no assistance in detecting accumulation or long-term trends.
What people (even I) write on bulletin boards is not reliable information.
Where did you hear this?
Oh? You don't consider .16-.17 cheap? Fully valued are we?
Would have been a steal.
They're also finding it hard to get more than .15-16 a share
Alydyr -- How many shares do you estimate are outstanding now? TIA
News is only news for so long. It was news last week, it's pr this week. It will be old news next week. Or maybe it's old news now.
And by the way, the dismissal of the significance of dilution is a bad foreboding. When you're talking about a pink sheet that is secretive about outstanding shares, it should be of GREAT concern, Mr. Viking.
Your estimate of DECN's future nay be accurate, but it might not be. When dealing with pink sheets, one should never gamble more than he can afford to lose. Good luck bababooyah.
That's not news; that's what's called a press release.
Hot Stocked, who provides the only objective coverage of DECN among all the financial media outlets, reiterated their warnings. If nothing else, this should be room for thought;
HOT STOCKED THOUGHTS ON DECN
If we only knew the conditions, that would tell us something.
Good luck to everyone these coming weeks.
Hey, where DID I go?
Like Leirum, I have other matters to attend to, but I bought a handful of DECN stock at .125 (to go with my "dividend" shares) when the news broke, figuring it was going to be good for a flip. I was really just looking for a double or so, and now I'm beginning to regret not selling in the .20s, although we'll find out this week if the great surge following the court ruling has already petered out or not.
Thanks for quoting the hot-stocked article. They posted a follow-up article since the ruling and I believe it too is worth quoting. They stated:
JNJ is shaking in their boots.
Are you one of those disgruntled former employees we often hear about?
He didn't even make the top ten list of ceo's named Meaney.
Keeps - Do we have a date when we can expect a ruling on the case that DECN so clearly won? The company's fortune will most certainly turn for the better on that date. Do any of the people who were so aware of all the legalities of the case know when we can expect a verdict?
Technical indicatotrs not looking too good:
Technical opinion on DECN
Good thing DECN won so resoundingly in court last week or we'd probably be at a nickel.
And one never knows when a pink sheet with a shady history is the protagonist.
I wouldn't worry--the possibility for huge gains will soon be shared by the company's spokesmen.
DECN closed today, December 10, 2015, at .109, and that's an absolute, undeniable fact.
More than a million shares were sold today. The free hand of the market?
