While it may be misleading, what is most relevant is Hannover will be raking in the money. We should thank Dean @ EFGU for the free PR.
I never though learning could be so fun. Nice post...
Thanks for bringing that up, it seems to have fallen off the radar. This will add to the bottom line business this year and increase the profit that company is ALREADY making. These kinds of quiet releases are like the front foot assessments you pay for 30 years when you buy a house to have the water/sewer hooked up when the house was still built. Hannover is the "builder" that keeps collecting that front foot assessment quietly on all these low profile films that are being released under the radar. I like it.
3.2 million profit for just the prospect of ONE film, and that's not even counting VOD or DVD or BluRay of same. Add in Made in the USA which will add a ton of profit to Hannover's bottom line, and add in Racing Dreams DVD sales, and I easily see us hitting .50 this year provided we see the revenue in the form of filed financials. There's still a "rabbit in the hat" waiting to be pulled out, so we may still have the best yet to come.
It really seems to good to be true that we can be invested in a company at cellar prices. These are things dreams are made of in the investing world.
So everyone can make their own price targets but .50-$1.00 per share seems very realistic this year. JMHO!
Thanks for sharing your background in your reply. I misread your intentions in your original post. Not knowing your past, it seemed as though you were bashing. Post such as your original one are commonplace on iHub boards unfortunately. But now that you've made your point clear, I understand your frustration. Thanks to Rain, many new folks - myself included - are excited about the awakening of the company and are really looking forward to seeing what they will roll out soon. But I'd bet that we're not going to .01, because if we are I plan to buy more than I really should. This company has a lot of promise at this point in its history. Best of luck to you.
Nice post. Well thought out, informative, full of solid reasons. Thanks for taking the time to post here.
"Famed director Stephen Spielberg liked the movie so much, he bought the rights to the story."
Wow, tell me this doesn't reinforce the fact that we're sitting on a gold mine here. Our CEO has bought the distribution rights to a movie that Stephen Spielberg "liked so much he bought the rights to the story."
Amazing, simply getting better all the time.
That was my first thought too. Now Stephen Spielberg would be big. I mean really big for Hannover.
Except for the Judas who's among us. He has less shares today. He'll be looking like a fool with his pants on the ground soon enough.
Only 7 more posts for you today.
Self fulfilling prophesy... hint hint
Me too. I've added a little more to my stash this morning too. These opportunities don't often present themselves.
Sweet, you're already in the money. I know those are in tight hands...
What you may not know is there a few, not necessarily on iHub, who are known to do this. They get impatient and do this very thing. They always have and always will as long as they can. That said, this is just a blip on the radar and is like an annoying fly buzzing around your head. Man how I long for the days when we're no longer on pink sheets...
Watch for it, we'll be over .05 in no time. ETMM only on ask now, everyone else above .05. A fool and his money is parting as we speak.
Good riddance to the likes of "him" This stock will weed out fools like this. It comes with the territory. It is after all the pink sheets where fools like this run rampant.
Seriously doubt it, not with this many shares. If that's the case, then the person doing this shouldn't have invested in TDGI and I'm glad to see them go. I think someone is tanking it on purpose to drive the price down to lock profits and load up more on the cheap. Either that or there's another super duper wild and wonderful iHub pick that's going to the moon that they want to get in. We will recover here. I might add it's a great buying opportunity today.
Move along, nothing to see here. Nothing has changed. Someone -- and you know who you are -- running through ETMM is tanking us today for their own reasons. We will recover and close over .05 EOD.
And let's not forget that Eric himself owns 90 million common shares of the company. I'd bet this company and those shares are his plan for retirement and/or nest egg. Failure is not an option for him. When you have a situation like this, it's never smart to bet against the house. The house holds the potential winning cards. As much as he's transparently conveyed that he wants to build value into the business organically and fundamentally, he's also a human being with the biggest financial interest in this company than most of us here combined. That alone tells me he will work hard and deliver results not only for shareholders' sake, but for his own good as well. This new foray into a publicly traded company will financially change his life if he executes. If it doesn't, well, I'm sure he's not doing poor financially. But think about if he can get the share price and business valued over $1.00 per share. He owns 90 million shares. That should give you some encouragement right there.
Nope, signed out on the bid and is parked at .0001.
People will be pulling profits out of Dendreon (DNDN) and dumping them into POZN tomorrow. DNDN has been very good to me...
I can top silly old Magic Eight Ball. Check this out... read the first message in the thread, then read a few follow up replies. Magic has nothing on a modified wish machine! This wish machine doesn't just give answers, it apparently changes lives...

Laugh out loud funny...
Nobody's getting anything on the bid today. No one's selling.
March 26, 2010: 569K shares traded in the .0416 to .0436 range. It's happened before. We've only had 2 days since the reverse merger of less than 1 million shares traded.
I don't think it was a stop loss, I think it was MM selling it to themselves to create fear. Didn't work.
Was watching level 2, and none of the MMs signed in as they do right before the open. They put through 40,000 shares at .041 to make the chart look bad, create panic and make it seem as though something isn't right here. Not going to work. Systematically NITE showed up and now the bid is stacked at .05. We're good to go. Think of it like this, they cast their line into the water hoping to get the fish to bite. But we as investors have seen many lines with bait cast into our waters and are not so quick to nibble anymore. They've hoped to get us to bite, and now it's a waiting game as usual. Eventually the fisherman will reel his line in and give up...
And what I think is icing on the cake is all the DVD and BluRay sales that will come after. And what's great is we no longer have to "wait" for a movie to come out on DVD like we used to. Now as soon as it's out of the theaters, most times it's available on demand or on DVD. That said, we'll be recognizing some significant DVD sales for Racing Dreams in 2010.
Also, something to ponder way down the road. Look at their forecast of base business this year, FY 2010. With the significant releases they're putting out this year, and knowing that many of these will do more of their business in the DVD market, imagine what base business will look like next year. And to further the cycle, if you like what Eric has brought to the table this year, no reason to think he won't deliver even more revenue next year compounding the base business year over year. That's the perspective that makes me not cash out. We're all able to get in on the ground floor of a giant in the making. Time is our friend on this one here for sure!
Going back to the filings, as of December 30, 1999, TDGI (then Ecklan Corporation) had 11,615,200 issued and outstanding giving it a market cap then of 127 million.
What's funny, I noticed in some of the old filings before Eric and co. took over TDGI was interested in delivering HD channels. Apparently they had a proprietary method of distributing HD content to providers, or so they said. Looks like that didn't work out for them too well.
I think you're right. Over the past month where VNDM has been hitting this stock hard, there have been a few days here and there that VNDM didn't show up on the ask at all. I'd have to research, but I bet you're correct in that they were low volume, low buying days. That said, that makes me appreciate the manner in which they're selling. They're not reckless. If they had been aggressive today, like BMAS was back in either December or January, we could have closed closer to .04 if not lower since there was little interest today. However, you just never know when they're done. A nice volume day without VNDM on the ask will easily clear the .06 resistance.
I use the moto droid, and its as good as a computer. Its almost MAGIC as Rain might appreciate.
LOL... I read that string of messages, and that IS funny. Still lurking waiting for the pump to start again to exit my position.
I know, he's killing us. What's interesting to note is that post never made it on to the Hannover page, was just on his private page. Wonder if that means we'll have to wait longer to find out? Would have thought he would have posted that on the Hannover page instead. May be very telling...
Not measly at all. It all adds up. Just continue to read the DD and be patient. The hardest part of this investment is going to see it trading a much higher levels and having the ability to continue to let the story unfold here. Most here, including myself, will be rethinking our position when we reach the .50 level. But to each his or her own.
Welcome! To answer your question, we know that at least 50% of the float is locked up with connections to this board. We have no idea how many others hold and how much. My sense is that the float is essentially locked down except for those flipping it and the shares VNDM keeps selling. That's why it holds up so well. Many of us, myself included, will not be selling until the business plan for 2010 plays out and we see where that takes us.
Enjoy what will be one of your least stressful investments in a pink sheet company.
.05 is the pivot point. If you can't get a bid/ask from your brokerage, go to Google and type in OTC:TDGI, you'll see the bid/ask there. If you're thinking of adding and it's for the long term, put your order in at .05. When you think about it, what difference will it make in 2 or 3 months, right?
