if it wasn't for the "manipulation" then this would be flat or worse, MM's keep the market alive
It's not their fault there is no buying pressure
you mean with my hand meter? Not today, but my opinion alongside most all bus makers in the electrical manufacturing world is silver has a higher atom count:
Conductivity is related to the size of an atom - the bigger the atomic radius, the easier it is to pick electrons off the edge of the atom.
Silver has a larger atomic radius (160 pm) than gold (135 pm), easy
Lots of info out there, I hope Briscoe PR's something about silver soon too
Get that ORE Briscoe, enough of the pictures and neat little maps!
Thank you for the link tho duelittle2-GLTU
Thanks, Silver is one of the steady metals through-out time, I hope (Briscoe) is truly hammering the silver out on paper if it exists as company says
very little gold goes into those RCA plug-in-plays, technology has been around for a while now that can take a atom of gold and smear it across an entire football field at a thickness of .000001% of a hair... and that technology contains silver plated contacts.
Back to LBSR tho, does anybody even have an idea of what the CEO is doing? When is the next PR out? Or any REAL hint of what it should it contain?
reliable means alot, i agree- but in manufacturing feasibility always wins the vote
ok, but you mentioned "technology" which turns direction into "usefulness" and silver has that hands-down in the industries, gold is "pretty" tho
exerpt from your own provided link:
more or less, there is no urgency in the AZ. claims as there is a miner on every corner, and urgency is not paid well in AZ.
The undue haste you mention is stemming from the turn the gold market is about to make, either upwards like it is (unrealistic/unlikely) or downwards, gold is no longer being treated and a commodity and had morphed into a weird trading currency- a platform of which it cannot sustain, no volatility, it is steady up, then steady down...
uhhh no, gold will never have the conductive property's of silver, but hopefully something (lbsr) will advance soon
actually silver has more demand than gold as far as technology/industry's, I recently purchased a large piece of equipment/gear and had them fabricate a copper busing with silver plating on it, (instead of a tin plated aluminum busing system) for conductive purposes, Very expensive difference, Does LBSR have any real Silver holes? Silver is a safer hedge than gold imo
All those things you mention weigh in, but also
gold prices over last 15-20 years have been driven by development of new instruments that make it easier to trade & speculate for the purchasing powers of Asia, Latin America, etc., but our inflated non-backed printing press is a facade bookstore waiting to self-ignite like you said so.....
When the dollar breaks is Gold still worth $1,300/oz.? Or was it just trying to "keep up"? Current gold value is only truly "matched to price" if the Fed. Reserves are matched appropriately & we all know how that's working out
Gold has over last 40 years had many faces ranging from:
1980 Gold Price $579/oz.
Compared to
2000 Gold Price $272/oz.
Gold trends on a 10-15 year roller coaster, and guess what side of the timeframe we are on now?
how many Target Tonnes is Briscoe talking about here? Has that info even been released or hinted at?
Same mineral/game- different name
copper.. zinc.. silver... gold.. all siblings same house
my father was mining for gold at $35/oz (in Oregon of all places) The gold stocks are one thing, but the gold business is another
Do you know how many stakes are in the ground with people pointing their finger at them (the stakes)? It is sickening, millions
LBSR has pointed at the ground like Babe Ruth and now they need to deliver or get on with the final scene
lol, yes it is.. to bad it isn't contagious, LBSR could use some
Then if that was the case, (and a big "if") Pebble seats would be sold out by now, whats the holdup? Oh the silly feasibility study, can you call them and tell them to get over it, they'll make money...
well NAK pays LBSR some money to reserve some seats at the pebble table, oh and a PR. Insignificant compared to the activity hoped for in the future of LBSR, but I agree two totally different company's with different minds and intentions.
NAK is a squatter imo
"urgency" is always fueled by the share structure in any publicly traded company, ESPECIALLY one with "no revenues", (I agree with most that revenue has no impact on pps- yet)
Urgency is important to the commons (thats you btw) because financing/funding & unimaginable/amazing things can happen with structures over time... so "urgency" is absolutely a big concern... as a common
this isn't about economics's, it's about greed
it's always economically feasible to mine gold (when proven), but how much PROFIT can be extracted.. THAT is what the problem is, time is on everybody's side but the common shareholders IMO
a big gold market correction is coming our way
good read, but did you miss this part?:
what? A U.S. corporation is going to sell uranium to China? Doubt it, China and Australia are holding hands in the Urainium market.. China has big Gold players that I was "hoping" Briscoe was going there to do business with... maybe he meant San Fran
I actually deal with copper in Arizona- "The Copper State" weekly, no sense of urgency in AZ., plenty abound.. this is pebble play only imo
Uranium? LOL the US government pays CASH for pits with anything substantial in them, I have seen farmer Joe actually make millions from his cows dying..
It is going to have to be a new player, cause NAK can play this game forever, all they have to do is outlast Briscoe... no other big pockets out there? Where's china?
I think you missed my point? The trick is to own something inside of that bubble... some last a few weeks, some last a few years... we'll see
I understand SS, but here's the problem- In the current scenario of "waiting", no company is in a hurry to incure the equally currently inflated Heavy mining costs (equipment/labor) on new mines with the anticipation Gold prices will still be @market (where it is today) down the road when the gold is actually extracted from the earth..
On the day gold is finally extracted, the costs to produce that gold won't be in a favorable timeline of overhead costs vs. gold prices.. the Gold market will have to correct itself before any new "real" mines are undertaken, Gold Price has match O/H costs..
Silence is only good when a confirmed rumor can be proven fact...
Not trying to convince anyone, I'm just typing outloud. This is a great play, but even on "great plays" reality checks come hard sometimes,
oh and it not a theory, its an observation
.10 warrants mean nothing to me, that warrant range is out there on thousands of penny plays, standard issue pay-it-forward problem.
Private Placement? Great! Glad someone got good position, nothing special
Rising gold costs? A bubble LBSR can only hope to be inside of before it pops, EVERYTHING is a bubble, better hurry Briscoe
forgive me for not having info on hand moondoggy, but where is it outlined drilling by 2011 and by whom, not trying to be sassy- but really can't remember exact details
and each of the 3 latest major rallys was smaller than the last.. not good- a dying star if no news soon
this is not a market that "waits" especially in the stinkylands
it spikes then drifts dowwwnnnnnn- 4 times in row, can't sustain and the lack of investor confidence is going to pull heavy gravity soon
positioning only exists if its all majority longs gobbling up... you dont see the channel drifting ever slowly to the edge?

remember to just flip this gem
sounds good, but what can simplify the source of the churning down trend pressure? The Flippers? Sentiment? Or just MM's splitting hairs over this?!?
