HEC weekly chart.......
Alvim Alpha per Luiz Alvim and Hard Easy per easymedicine. Weekly charts are often slow movers relative to others.
All the kings horses and all the kings men......... Poor Humpty. Why does the stock gravitate to .015 lately? Do the math. AJW and La Jolla are eating your lunch, kiddies. Even Barron is trying to pump it. Enjoy. Out of here with a 250% gain. Might do it again later.
I have included HEC in an ira on the basis of a weekly chart technical event. I'll post a chart later. The daily chart continues printing single negative divergences - amex shennanigans or HEC buying back? Time will tell.
Yep. Owning SFNN is rather comical. You guys better get to exaggerating the facts greater than you have if you expect this thing to keep on going.
Unlike most people here, I trade to make money. Vehicles to do that do not include stocks. A day order on a 3LB was executed as a placement below market activity in an account reserved exclusively for stock trading. In other words, I got screwed by my broker. But seeing I cannot change that fact, the 3LB was realized and luck has come to SFNN, pump it baby!!!!! The ride won't last long with La Jolla and AJW sucking it dry. Get to work, boy!
SFNN TO DA MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with you..... .02 to .024 is being realistic, if not kind. Report and quick math put a .015 reality check on value. Dilution did a number on it..... will continue doing so.
Nope. I have a purchase @ .007 through a limit left open and originating a few days before the execution. I didn't know I owned SFNN until last night....... been playing golf and doin' the ERM07 mostly. Life is good!
If stating the facts is bashing. Yep. I'm a basher.
Now..... you pumping lap dog types get this thing rolling upward before they begin dumping new shares again. I need some new socks. (BG)
My bad..... An erroneous cut and paste joined two posts together. AAC, to my knowledge, is not in activity indicative of buybacks and reverse splits - HEC is. This stock, AAC, however, is experiencing the positive technical scenario I spoke of. My apologies.
(LOL) Obviously, English is not your first language. Where is someone being called a name. Read it slowly. You can do it.
Did you buy the 3LB in SFNN??????? That's how you win with this crap company stock. long .007 (wink) Watch the man behind the curtain. He ain't done screwin' you yet.
at the edge - cpr
You should be a comedian instead of a songwriter..... yer pretty funny.
not the doctor - alanis morrisette
I have been accumulating in my ira and averaged at .204. Funny. This thing has a bad reputation....... Analysts even avoid it (mostly). Historically, these splits and buybacks usually mean good coming long term...... although the result might allow for shenannigans in volume down the road. Technically, like I said, AAC is entering geography it has seen only experienced once before. It otta appreciate nicely from .20.
glty
Find the posts yourself if you can where I've called names. I'm quite sure you won't. They don't exist. You have made the claim. Now prove it.
The facts are I have been very accurate with this scam outfit. The price has depreciated since my initial claims. You and your buddies, on the other hand, outnumber my posts exponentially and tout this crap company 24/7. Your fear and ignorance of the facts are laughable. Perhaps it is intentional in planned deceit and if so, make you a criminal.
Are you so blind to reality that you want people to suffer financially as you have with SFNN or does your intent purposely try to deceive the unknowing into the scam stock? Either way, you should be ashamed.
(giggle) Cutting and pasting your own posts now, huh? Can't you formulate opinion day to day?
Let's say X has an authorized share lot of 100 shares worth $1 a share and of that lot 50 shares are outstanding. X does a deal borrowing $20 paying in convertible debt. The payment is in stock, warrants, etc. Now the outstanding count increases to 70 shares and 30 shares are left. X has to make monthly payments to the financier and does it with more shares. After a while, the authorized shares are gone. The only thing X can do is increase the authorized count and further dilute shareholer equity or reverse split and begin giving away the newly found shares even further diluting shareholders stake. Throw in some warrants and contract language insuring put options for lengthy durations and X is screwed as are the shareholders. Consider Shearson having two such deals going on...... And shares being given away are done so in discount to market prices.
These financiers can short the stock then turn around and sell it, or vice versa...... holding down share prices for years.
Behind it all, you need question the motives of the deal in the first place. Shearson borrowed a few million dollars for the share price destruction you see going on. They knew this would happen yet did it anyway. Are a few million dollars in loan the sign of a healthy or well managed company? Are other loan vehicles more practical? Is the silence coming from Shearson comforting? Is this a time to post a public financial report late? Do you approve of the company and transfer agent hiding public information? The ceo is said to be talking to shareholders by phone and email. C'mon! ceo's don't do stuff like that. Something is seriously amiss with Shearson.
Good luck
rocket man - elton john
A month or two ago I compared volume study elevations and estimated between 315,000,000 and 340,000,000 shares are/were outstanding. Volume has decreased since then. So, if the man behind the curtain is still there he is dumping at a slower rate.
As you have already noted retail buying could/can be accomplished on the bid. This must be a necessity to disguise their actions. When the transfer agent and company are tight on giving public information out on share counts there has to be shennanigans going on. Throw in a late report and a peppering of S's, 8's, etc and the bedroom is the preferred place of business for this company.
don't need no doctor - john scofield
Seeing you are invested in SFNN, you probably can't afford giving a quarter away. It's the thought that counts. You are such a nice boy.
bolero #5 C flat - j brickman
Shearson is struggling with what is in their lap now. Taking on more convertible debt will insure a reverse split coming if it is not coming already. AJW and La Jolla are eating your lunch as it is. Imagine what they'd be doing if they tapped the juggler vein with a 4 inch drain.
Acquisitions are usually good for real companies. Shearson is junk. Look at the share price and company response.
better by you - spooky tooth
Don't have a yacht. When I bought that lot just across the street from the ocean I thought I'd never afford to build my house. Well, good fortune has allowed my dream to come true. My house is built now and paid for - couttesy of DNAP/DNAG. Maybe if I do the opposite of you I can get me a yacht. Reckon?
Thanks for the idea. But I've had boats before and they tend to require a lot of attention that I'm too lazy to give. A big, rich trader type like you should know that. Maybe not.
See what I mean? You asked the question. I answered. Then you give your unbiased response. The love here is simply tremendous. Who could leave the warmth extended to me here....... a perfect stranger at that. It's amazing. I'm getting flushed just thinking about it.
Hey, buddy! How long do you think before SFNN strikes .007? Ya wanna start a pool? Maybe the winner can get a lunch or dinner somewhere or something. I'm game. That AJW and La Jolla know how to throw a party, huh?
girl's got rhythm - acdc
First, my actual trades have been made public, realtime. One trade has been profitable. A second trade was null.
Second, you guys have made me so welcomed here I will stay and enjoy the fine company. Nothing like discussing the facts of a crap stock with those you love, right?
Third, for the umpteenth time, I trade futures indices contracts for a living. Cheap stocks provide entertainment and challenge - a hobby.
How 'bout that SFNN flirtin' with .008, huh? Is that comedy or what!!!!!! Straight lines, I'm tellin' ya. Straight lines. I was told I was wrong for those too......... Three for three now....... pretty good odds, ya think?
I am a seeker of truth and a distributor thereof. More importantly...... why are you here? This crap company share price keeps going down and all you can do is tout it to the heavens.
It seems you have a reputation of accusing people to being liars when evidence fails your claim...... etc. (chuckle) A growing reputation at that.
Nice price action on SFNN today, huh? Must be more of that accumulation you boys keep talkin' 'bout.
IF...... I was selling widgets hour after hour, day after day, and you began selling them too in the same manner, would they be accumulated.......... say like SFNN has? You know, if they were sold to the public, they were being accumulated, right? Now.... carefuly disect volume study formula calculations and determine if that argument holds up. Thank me later.
thank you - alanis morisette
What makes you think I'm interested in much of anything Shearson can offer? After a while and being duped by something, one tends to investigate....... That's how I discovered the dilution when everyone was professing no such thing was occuring. Hecky. I obviously know more about their debt than you or anyone else here or you guys would not be saying what you do. It's comical. I do know the last two reports were made on the 22nd of the month and they are late relative to history. Delegate or not, historic expectations exist. It is common knowledge. A real company would have explained the delay well before it occured. Shearson lacks in many catagories....... including investor relations and honesty.
Again, your assumptions are incorrect.
Now mb is answering emails. (LMAO) First he was answering telephones and talking to penny stock investors....... now replying to emails....... A jack of all trades. He needs a raise! Very funny. Do you think your ceo should be performing such nonsense? (wink)
A few posters claimed to have made purchases at the bid. Try that. A couple posters have stated the same as you..... the ask is being ducked, yet the general spread continues to fall. Go figure. Yep. I'd try buying on the bid if you really wanted a position.
Someone called a few weeks ago and the os increased to either 306,000,000 or 316,000,000 (can't remember). The post is here unless it has been deleted.
Don't forget monthly options and payable interest. (LOL) It could be 340,000,000 os by now.
I wonder why they haven't reported by now.
Remember: Straight lines are warnings - very important eom
EDIT/In reply to #7818: You are mistaken. I am only addressing posts and insults made to me. Your kind thoughts are appreciated, however, even if mistaken (or whatever).
How 'bout that accumulation going on in SFNN these guys have been talkin' about? Killer stuff, huh?
Head peanut.......
This sad argument has been gone through before. Your inability to read or comprehend English is laughable.
You and your pump buddies told me new shares were not being sold. I said there was. You and your pump buddies called me a liar and more. I proved you wrong.
A subsequent post told of stopping out for a profit. Are you too biased or lazy to post those?
As a technical trader, it is my job to always search for reason to reverse opinion. Sound familiar? That's how you make money..... Not with the subjective, blind nonsense you spew and seemingly practice.
Etc. Etc.
I truly apolgize for challenging you to something beyond your scope and morality. These characteristics will be considered in future correspondence.
Your pal......
More selective reading from the peanut gallery. Is that the best you can do? Sad.
Anyone into Alvim geometry?????? Applied to DRCVX (Gabelli Comstock Value Fund - Class A)?????? Appreciative of genuine, honest opinion. tia
No one said Shearson is dumping shares. You misrepresent the truth yet again. Shearson sold you down the river so La Jolla and AJW can short, convert, and warrant your equity position into oblivion. Does it feel good? It must. Why else would you discount the truth unless you are one of them, right?
Actually, I have been dead-on accurate from day one. Please prove different. The man behind the curtain has your number and is showing everyone. (G)
In the meantime, enjoy the pipes La Jolla and AJW are shoving down your throat, Mister Know-It-All. (LMAO)
good times bad times - led zeplin
I remember a 3 Stooges episode where Curly exclaims, "I can't see! I can't see!" After Moe asks him what is wrong with a rare show of concern Curly replies, "My eyes are closed".
Are you blind or do you just have your eyes closed?
It would be great to see you correct for once.
Nyuk. Nyuk. Nyuk.
tori - john mayer
Your selective reading and misrepresentation of the facts is on the rise. At least one thing of yours is rising.
Saving the board is not a concern. People who knowingly pump this crap company will receive judgement in due time. Until then, watching them being advocates of demise will be entertaining. Seeing the lap dogs dance a new tune in reason every other day once the last argument fails is very comical. Keep up the good work. Nothing is like a chuckle, and many are afforded here.
They of little faith and understanding in the powers that be. I hope the civil ones survive.
btw...... I visited your fair city a short while back and found everything extraordinaire. Loud, ecstatic applause to you and yours for a wonderful visit. We should meet next time out your way.
Gee cottonmather...... The naysayers were wrong again in response to the anchor/link post. (giggle) And another straight line is forming. It likely means more depreciation in the SFNN share price is coming. Thanks for the continued accurate analysis of this crap stock and company. (burp)
hard to thrill - eric clapton
Pretty good, Team. These guys on the pipe flip it both ways. It may be too complex for some to understand. Finance ain't their bag.
into the mystic - van morrison
(giggle) The only fact I see is you posting here touting the stock for four plus months and all it has done is retract in price. That's a fact, Jack,
going to mexico - steve miller
Not an education - a fact. A subsequent post told of being out SFNN for a profit. That is what traders do...... trade and make money...... not fall for bs from your likes. That accumulation you boys keep talking about is killing this stock. (VBG)
HINT: reload in mid-air
SFNN will extend to you an education. Pay attention. Enjoy. You've earned it.
can't make you love me - bonnie raitt
(LOL) Your selective reading is comical. So is your ability to absorb truth. Good luck.
good???, with all the dilution?...LJ
Do you think the dilution will go away? Just because it may have stopped, does not mean it will not begin again at the monthly obligation. And those millions of shares will ALWAYS remain present no matter what happens.
Whether you know the FACTS or not. Whether you want an EDUCATION or not....... They are coming. Enjoy.
btw...... Golf and knee are coming along. (g)
Whatever deal it is the tentacles will last a very long time.
Have you wondered why Shearson had to borrow a mere "pittance" to begin with???????? This otta be funny.
Your thinking to date continues proving to be very poor. .04 would look incredibly good about now. (LOL) .028 would be nice. (chuckle) The FACT is you have been wrong all along and will probably be wrong from now on. Don't fret. Consistancy is the key to anything. The poorhouse is not a direction most would care go, however. (wink) Those facts are facts....... 10-4.
You wrote it - not me.

Team.......
These guys around here don't have a clue. An education is coming.
Be nimble. Be quick. I wish you the best.
Dispute numbers, dates, etc. You cannot. They are facts...... Just as you are a SFNN bagholder....... another fact.
I'm guessing you believe AJW and La Jolla aren't real. You are funnier than iwantmoney. Try reading the reports submitted by Shearson to the sec sometime...... but don't jump off of a bridge or building afterward. If they survive their deals you may get half of your money back in four to six years.
