I agree, what a corner we're about to turn! They say they will be selling machines this week, and we know what it takes for them to be able to do that in any capacity.
And if you were right companies like these would have been in trouble already:
http://www.budind.com/
http://www.budplant.com/
Here is a clue.
The name is Budweiser not Bud.
The brewers last agreed on a global settlement in 1939 in a pact that gave Anheuser-Busch sole rights to the name Budweiser in all American territories north of Panama. But the peace did not last long as the two companies expanded exports to new markets.
When the companies do not have exclusive rights to the Budweiser brand in a country, they resort to using slightly altered names. AB Inbev sells its Budweiser as Bud in many European countries. Budvar sells its lager as Czechvar in the U.S.

So, what does everyone think about the claim that, regardless of the structure of the company (merger or licensing), the MJ vending machines will be seen next week and sales of those machines will begin? I think its pretty groovy...
"With the initiation of sales of the Company's cannabis dispensing product, we felt it imperative to find a name that marketed the Company's concept while providing an avenue for future brand recognition, The launch of the Bud Bank website and initiation of sales is a monumental day for the Company and shareholders."
The Company's two websites will be live the week of August 11, 2014. Sales of the Company's new cannabis dispensing product will be initiated upon launch of its website.
Awesome response. I think you are spot on with all of your L2 observations as well as I have been watching closely. You summed up the point that we are at now with great foresight into next week. I guess time will tell now, but again thanks for the great clarification...
Great insight but I've been assuming (probably incorrectly) that they had at least gotten close to converting everything by now. I mean, do they have to finish converting everything for the "shell" to be "cleaned up" and then for the merger to go through? Could they have made the same assumption, in that they thought they would be done converting by now but the lack of overall volume and confidence in the mj sector is slowing progress? Lastly, in light of any of this, could more volume be the key to getting the merger finished?
Thanks
An ihubber vs. UNGS:
Is this a joke?
My gut agrees. Although my chart broke today.
Or is what sgnifi does just not technically any of our business until they've merged with UNGS? So, UNGS would be out of line to tell us any of that sort of development?
Ok, so why would the other two companies be kept in the dark though? That's what I keep wondering. What's the benefit to any of the involved parties or shareholders by making the merger seem simpler or smaller? I think the deal makes sense for all 3 and UNGS, are you thinking that there is a private merger between aureco, intos, and signifi with signifi maintaining controlling interest and then merging with UNGS (being acquired but gaining control)?
If you don't mind me asking: Why have I heard some respectable folks say, regarding other mergers, that the pps is negligible before a merger in general is finalized? How does that make sense?
United Nations Goes Short?
Same here, no more drinking n posting. My math was so off in last post. Dollar volume not 65% of mkt cap, but you get my point, more buying...
I totally agree with you. What do you think of the fact that the dollar volume in one day today was 65% of the company's entire market cap? That volume has not been abnormal lately but the Mkt cap is under 800k now and was only 1-1.5 mil with built in expectations. There is a very substantial lack of buying for the level of attractiveness that this stock has when compared to other otc stocks and specifically mj plays. Seems like all of the buying or even trading in general for this stock could easily be attributed to only this message board. My expectations too high?
To say this pps drop was due to the merger not being finalized by midnight 7/31, is to assume that a lot of people or a lot of money didn't already know that it wasn't on schedule. That does not seem very likely to me and the only real dumping was right after the open this morning. Yes, seems orchestrated so I picked up more 0015's. I know this isn't totally logical, but to just correlate coinciding events, it seems like the r/s over at BAY* scared folks over here too, or fear aside, affected our stock in some negative way. I thought the quick implementation of the r/s over there was another positive step towards our goal here at UNGS, but chronologically the two events really were just about simultaneous. Any thoughts on this anyone? Could any of the confidential terms of the asset sell off have procured this drop in pps? Final company dump off before merger? All opinions appreciated...
They can only borrow that which was bought with margin money, AFAIK....cash is king.
I hope folks are just getting powder dry because I have a hard time believing that there are that many scared people. Where is the gamblers volume at least?
Wakin' up to a big bowl of Silly O's!!!
Same here. I wasn't as concerned about the credibility of the other guys as much as some others but there can always be hang ups. Thanks for sharing all that DD.
U Now Get Silver
I hear u. I can dig it. Did you notice the 2nd logo change on their otc profile page? No more "wifi" signal in the logo.
I hate to bring up the elephant in the room but the lack of confidence seems to not just come from waiting on a pr but more so from skepticism towards BAYP or that leg of the deal in general. Any thoughts anyone?
Flex, IMO, the daily trend lines are holding just fine. Also, IMO, the daily chart has a big wedge ending 8/14. My otc markets page wont load for some reason today but aren't their filings due by the 14th or 15th?
Do folks here know that a bill making low THC/high CBD-hemp oil federally legal is being voted on this coming Monday and is expected to pass with flying colors? Hemp oil is looking uniquely good right now...
There is a different Logo for Sylios on OTC markets now...
page will barely load for me though...

Gap left over on daily chart from 2/4-2/5. .0149-.160...filling?
60 min-Accumulation/Distribution is down from 90 mil to 80 mil in just the last candle...
Right, but it will have to have been above a penny for at least 30 days before qb. So not too far...

ERBB On like Donkey Kong!
Totally agree, I'm responsible for 30% of the total volume today. Folks must have wet powder? The more bored I get, the more I keep dismantling my other stocks for this...crazy. U N G S...
You can see the reference to a time of public filing in bold...
Agreement with Sylios Corp for the purchase of certain oil and gas properties located in Wayne County, West Virginia. Included within the assets being purchased are 125 oil and gas wells, testing facilities and a 22 mile gathering system within 12,000 acres. The terms of the Agreement are being treated confidential. The transaction is scheduled to close on or before July 30, 2014. The filings will become public soon after the close date.

And in case you haven't seen this device yet, you will probably be interested. I posted it a while back, it was also crowdfunded on indiegogo.

Nm, if you've already seen this...
Glad you dig the links planetary...there are thousands of papers on cannabinoids. Here are a couple more interesting ones...One shows that every hair on our bodies both stores and emits cannabinoids. Our hair counts as part of the endocannabinoid system which makes sense if you think of drug testing.
The 2nd and possibly cooler paper shows that sunlight directly stimulates the EC system but no one is sure how yet. But it is very interesting in that it directly addresses links between cannabinoids and circadian rhythm.

A machine with endless golf balls. Or, some might not like this, but, because the machines are refrigerated, flowers at funeral parlors could be huge...
That was no offense meant to any Canucks from my earlier post, just venting about HC, I've been biting my tongue for almost 8 months...
The tracking of usage statistics makes some products kinda creepy to vend. But an automated email asking you if you have the runs could be consoling...
Only in Vegas for now...but there, they probably already have a vending machine with girls in it...
You could probably double up with yours though, and put one next to the condom machine that sells Viagra...and wallets.
Walgreens could sure use a shopping wall to keep all the little beliebers out there from getting their sizzurp.
And as far as I can tell, this company has the only machine designs that I could even picture in a hospital setting.
