It's "The Flagship"
Enough already...……
SequestOx meeting results in just 49 hours.
Several months will be too late, 3 or 4 months and up to 6 months or more. No need to be sorry. You made my point.
Thanks~!
Sorry Doc, but that isn't how it works.
First there are several companies that ARE approved but have voluntarily discontinued.
And with or without SequestOx, although SequestOx will get through, of that I have no doubt.
Isradipine is a wild card at this point. A very intriguing wild card. Possibly a very lucrative wild card.
Did not include Isradipine or SequestOx in my VERY conservative estimates.
All of my estimates were based on a PE ratio of 20. All of my estimates were also based on as extremely conservative impact on each drug market.
Norco coming. Norco and Percocet will garner Elite how much in revenues?
How much of a total in the US market? Even using 2% market penetration for each with a decrease in Percocet revenues US wide to $450 million.
Elite/SunGen products for two of the ANDAs dive into huge markets. Elite/SunGen products use SunGen's PIP platform. I was extremely conservative in my estimated market penetration. EXTREMELY SO. And I still came away excited about these two ANDAs revenues.
My estimates for share price are EXTREMELY conservative. And all without
SequestOx or any ADF.
NH knows what he is doing. Did not put all of his eggs in one basket and has made the company diverse in products.
Very smart, and covers most any atypical event such as SequestOx.
NASDAQ, even when looking at the most recent ANDA submission for Codeine
Acetaminophen as being $45 million total in the US as I have stated earlier
cumulative revenues add up.
Worst case Elite grabs 1% of that market. But looking at the SunGen products has me a little excited because even a 3.5% market share of those two big ones will mean $1-$2 per share with Percocet and all other generics added in. All current ANDAs added will more than likely be about $4/share or more at only a 3% market share of each drug excluding methadone and codeine.
When Norco is approved my sense is that it will be coupled to Percocet.
When SunGen products begin to get approval the share price will begin to reflect the potential....
And I didn't even plug Isradipine into my estimate. If it joins the mix for PD, so much the better for the share price.
Employees dropping like flies.
Thanks YJ4LIFE. It is comical. Same thing was the M O on Yahoo back in the day.
I predict the sun will come up tomorrow. LOL~!
SequestOx FDA meeting PR tomorrow after Doogie Houser M D. on the retro channel.
when can we expect a SequestOx FDA meeting PR? October 10th? Cause it's Columbus Day. I get it. In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue and SequestOx PR will be released too.
How is that legal action against Elite coming?
Good post Ama…….
If you took notice, there was a PR inside of today's PR. And within that PR inside of the PR there is another PR. Kind of like peeling an onion.
It goes on for about 25 PRs until it finally stops. Incredible.
Thanks for pointing that out buddy.
Pfeiffer as it turns out was not well, which may explain his absence in matters concerning the FDA.
Actions speak louder than words with regard to the FDA. They talk a good game, so what could possibly be in the FDA's way?
Money which equals POWER and ability to control.....
36 hours until we flip to just another bloody Monday.... eh?
Thanks for the info.
Methadone is on its own launch. Percocet IMO is connected to Norco. When Norco gets approved I believe Elite will package the two drugs in a deal. Just waiting for Norco.
Elite has no doubt already met with Elite. More than likely another HURDLE
the FDA wants from Elite. To tell me the FDA has been sitting on this pilot study data this long with no response to Elite yet is pure fiction.
Elite no doubt needs money to continue SequestOx, (more than likely a new HAL study on this reformulation) and is waiting on more ANDA approvals the gather the necessary money.
Anything other than stalling this formulation from entering the market would be surprising to me.
Her/His concern is with the FDA seemingly not giving the smaller players (many mentioned in the article) approvals while providing big pharmaceuticals the first round of approvals. She/he felt this will no longer be the case as it will now be “all hands on deck” to combat opioid abuse.
I think SequestOx meeting could happen every single day now until the year 2019.
Will my mud stick? Maybe.....
Percocet and Norco when Norvo gets approval.
No premarket news on SequestOx.
This has been an amazing investment over the past 3 years and no one can dispute that.
Looking forward to dollarland within 14 months for even more gains.
Well now, N2K great due diligence. No wonder my contact was asked to move to Florida but decided to stay in New Jersey.
It all makes sense now. If the US market was so unimportant then why is it that Chinese companies are moving in, spending money to get a foot hold?
So Elite has a Chinese connection still. Not so sure HumanWell (PuraCap) is top dog anymore. Seems like Elite has a viable option in SunGen.
Thanks for sharing that N2K.
HUNAN JINGFENG PHARMA nice.
Epic PuraCap may soon be a memory IMO. They overplayed their hand and underestimated Nasrat Hakim. Just my opinion. Or maybe the SunGen partnership gives Elite more leverage to deal with HumanWell? Shrewd and well played.
(Paladin.... any of the twelve peers of Charlemagne's court, of whom the count palatine was the chief.
A knight renowned for heroism and chivalry.)
Norco
Approval late October at earliest.
Most likely sometime in November.
Can Elite survive another 26 months of this self-dealing CEO & incompetent CFO?
Norco should be the next on the list. Very soon.
My thoughts on Norco is that it will be packaged with Percocet for manufacture and/or distribution. Percocet is waiting for Norco to happen.
Moderate support now at $0.11 with underlying strong support at $0.10.
Something read...………. nothing gained.
So Friday MMs take the price down on very low volume. At this point nobody should buy Elite shares with a stop loss.
MMs will take those stop losses out like on Friday.
Light volume and yet some were willing to buy at market which drove the price up. Very good sign IMO.
Maybe another approval is in the wings.
That would be my guess.
No condolences needed Nam. My funeral parade is gonna be in dah Big Easy
chi-el. Marchin down dah street wiff dah happiest dirge you ever heard.
"Oh when Elite
Comes marchin in
Oh when Elite
Comes marchin in
i'm gonna play me that numba
When Elite comes marchin in
All together now Nammy~!
most loyal shareholders of Elite are reluctantly losing faith
Nothing definitive until results are released in 2019.
Since Elite already has this drug in their portfolio they just sit back and see what comes.
Many pharmas will wait on full blown results before deciding to venture into this two pharma pool. By then Teva and Elite will have the market.
Others will have to build their markets slowly.
Don't want to jump into this market until full blown results are released.
Risk of negative results could put a pharma into a financial bind. Materials cost money, to store them is to let raw material expire sooner.
To go through developing methods and running validation batches takes time money and resources.
Elite and Teva will be safe for a while even if results leak out. Others will not want to risk a rejection until official word is given.
Could it be Elite has an entirely different OxyContin formulation that may go beyond the scope of infringing on Purdue's patents?
I sell when NH sells. Dilly Dilly~!
new ADF absent naltrexone for a reason..
Purdue has locked themselves in...…. good for them.
Should something come that takes major market share from their formulation they will have to make money through Mundi Pharmaceuticals overseas.
Who knows, Purdue may go belly up due to law suit payouts soon. Several have already warned of this possibility.
Same thing happened to a former OTC stock called Monster Energy.
