Note the last sentence in the paragraph above...... This fact alone points toward a powerful government contradiction someone on their side of the issue needs to explain in the appeals court...... Sticking to a few clear contradictions in the government position should prove fruitful...... Just the fact the hearing has been lifted from its "tabled status" after more than ten years is also critically important to the overall picture..... Why would our government wish to be seen in front of the entire world as an absolute authority denying its citizens the right to question its laws?...... and humiliate, and undermine the integrity of its own top-notch scientists?..... In light of a prospect for monumental faulty thinking..... I doubt any politician on any side wants to see a blind authoritarian government stance at this time..... as we engage our electoral process for all to see..... think about it...... rather..... it appears to be a great opportunity to demonstrate the power of our American democracy.....

I will say my piece, and no more.

For the last 51/2 yrs., I have single handedly cared for mom with alzheimers. Her father, decorated army off., burried honors arlington. Her mother personal friends eleanor roosevelt, buried arlington. Her brother, army off. DIA pentagon, buried arlington. Her husband, ret. naval off., WWII. pearl harbor. Because her assets exceed 60K, military benefits do hardly more than pay Rx.
They say, put her in a home @ 6K/mo., til her assets are below 60K, and we will help. Can't even get a nurse to come to house to take blood. There is more, but if I go into it, I will explode.

Or should I ?
