Percocet is being abused despite the nasal burning. So is hydrocodone /Norco.
Now Elite does have an ADF version which was ready for BE testing, but the FDA said no need. It's an APAP which very much reduces abuse. Percocet is one of the APAPs involved in some of these law suits.
Is there something that has changed with that? Anyone?
If so this is great news for Elite.
How do you come up with a 3 way split? SunGen and Elite. They pay the marketing and sales on a percentage of the total, not a 3 way split.
Hope you realize that it is about a dollar a share with a PE of about 20.
Just a heads up jour.
Becoming a non factor.
Total systemic chemo gives you what you ain't got and it often kills before the cancer kills FACT. CiaB DOES have promise despite what Yogi says. Why?
Because the cancer chemo is very targeted at or near the tumor site.
Why would Von Hoff (a world renown pancreatic cancer doctor) even entertain
CiaB? He apparently DID speak with Lohr, and thus the reason for his interest in this procedure. Now Hidalgo, Von Hoff's boy takes over while Von Hoff explores other treatment options.
Chemo in and of itself is not the answer, nor is radiation (still an option). Cancer has a way of mutating around both, or surviving at undetectable levels. My mother's cancer was undetectable with current means of detection. Yet, even though Faslodex seemed to knock the crap out of her cancer it still survived at perhaps cellular levels. And after the TARGETED therapy failed to work due to the cancer adapting (or surviving), it became even more aggressive and took her. Faslodex no longer kept the cancer in check and was rendered useless.
Immune response therapy is THE BEST THERE WILL EVER BE folks. IT is still years away. Chemical pathway targeting is STILL chemo therapy in many respects. The pathways it impacts in the cancer may also impact the subject over time. Long term studies have not been done.
Right now I would give CiaB a shot. What have you got to lose? Absolutely nothing but your life that you would lose anyway.
Right now the total focus should be on inoperable pancreatic cancer. Not diabetes. They don't even have the money for pancreatic cancer and diabetes is in the picture? Thanks to the fact that this management "team" is taking down such high salaries this company is cash inept.
The move out to California also tipped me as to what this dude KW is.
Silver Springs MD is very high rent. Apparently not good enough, so off to Laguna Hills CA.
David Judd is NOT world renown, the company has no money, and diabetes pops into the debate? I think I'll have another pile driver.
This "Team" can't even deal with one project and they want to start on another and they think they have a solution for both yet cannot even get one project to IND submission? WTF? Do you longs see the irony here?
This thing really smells like a truck load of rotting fish.
PMCB's stock price stuck in a rut. Or to put it another way PMCB stock price is constipated. Could try a stock softener.... nahhhh. Why not try
a stock pile driver. Pile driver you ask? Yes, a pile driver.
This is how to move PMCB stock price UP. Take some Smirnoff 151 and mix it with your favorite prune juice before the market opens tomorrow morning.
Slam about 7 shots of that down about 5 minutes before the market opens.
Tune your computer screen to PMCB, then try to run to the head without banging into furniture, the walls, yourself...…..
After you've unloaded and are still fully lit, stumble back to your computer and chances are the stock will have gone up. Maybe..... at least you'll have a good morning buzz.
Help, Ive fallen and I can't get up~!
Please do bounce like a super ball and get PMCB through the $0.04 range so I can get OUT~!
You go Buzz Lightyear~! $1,000,000/share. $$$$$$$$CHA CHING$$$$~!
Get us there Uncle Kenny.
Big news on the way~! Somewhere in the world...….
Other companies as bear mentioned that are way ahead of the curve. Example diabetes Type 1
Jolly then asked about the Company's current projects in Arizona. Moscato shared that one of the most exciting developments of the Company's Arizona projects is their 51% acquisition of ALTuCELL, Inc., a company offering advanced microencapsulation technology and cell therapy systems that have been designed with the potential to cure Type I Diabetes. "We believe the technology is above and beyond what is available for microencapsulation technology," shared Moscato.
Hmmmmm microencapsulation technology? WT funk? but but but I thought.....
Kenny had best slum it for a while and let this cash starved company breath a little. The competition is blowing his doors off.
Nice. Thanks docj.
Right now I would be satisfied with $0.06-$0.07. Higher the better. But first that pesky $0.04 wall must be broken. Not going to be easy.
Well maybe they can tell Alex Trebeck how a chem pathway treatment will end his cancer. Now going for a second bout of chemo.
Pathway treatment still YEARS away, and not as close as you may think, or they may want you to think. But like with all ailments pharmaceutical companies only tell you what they want you to hear. Like with human papilloma virus and Merck's vaccine. But it is limited in the number of HPV
it can go up against.
How was your weekend? Good I hope. Back to work we all go. Busy busy....
$100 per share? Peanuts. EI Lily was able to broker their pancreatic drug into $10 billion and it wasn't even that great. I think about 8 months extended life for the patient.
With a VERY VERY conservative PE multiple of 20 I'd say at least $500 per share.
My measly positions will make me a millionaire many times over.
It's Hammer Time baby~!
Locked and Loaded
It's Hammer Time BABY~!
Redoocs if I hit the Mega or Powerball I would never buy this company per say, but it would be fun to fire Kenny and the immediate mismanagement.
Send them all packing. Have enough money to hire some real cGMP individuals , have the money for an IND submission, and seriously get this thing going.
Get guidance from the FDA as to how. what, and where is needed. No gussing games. Let the FDA tell me and others exactly what they want. And many times this is subject to change with the FDA. Have the principals more involved, Lohr and Hildago. Would not need a salary because I am the new biotech Elon Musk wanna be. LOL
Don't know if I would make people rich, but we would finally find out whether this CiaB for inoperable pancreatic is a go or a no. Jury is out on that in my opinion. Time we found out.
Yeah, I could hit the mega or powerball. Could happen any day now.
Hold on to that hope.
Okay I'll bite
That must be it....
Dr John Dangerfield, was hoping it was Rodney. Awww shucks~!
thenewmixer, totally agree with you.
And then during the CC KW has the audacity to admit they cannot get funding
with no real explanation (his and other's money they are pulling down), then tells shareholders if they have any suggestions they should call in and give them? SERIOUSLY?!
As Redoocs posted what was it last year? About a little over $1 million in salary and compensation? Total garbage.
Cannot make this stuff up...… and for that reason I am done as an investor in this "game". Once I am out I will not touch this stock with a 20 foot pole. The company will have to show me that they have made certain milestones before I will invest any of my HARD EARNED cash in it's stock.
Otsy, hopefully they make more strides in the body's immune system to recognize and take care of that tumor. This type of therapy is in it's infancy and still they do not fully understand our immune system to where it can best be ramped up to recognize and be the best cancer killer.
It's coming though. I feel sure that as bear pointed to targeted pathways
the immune response can also be used in conjunction to really wack cancer tumors large and small.
CiaB chemo may still be useful. I guess one cannot argue with Von Hoff or Hidalgo. KW needs to prioritize. Money (greed) or a real option for inoperable pancreatic cancer.
Redoocs, after reading the Jim Allison piece about why he got the Nobel I began to understand that simply solving cancer through chemical means will not be the cure all even if the chemo is less systemic and more targeted.
Actually targeted pathways at the cancer may not be any better long term.
They all give you what you ain't got whether traditional chemo or targeted pathway type. Side effects are there regardless.
Best way to deal with all cancers is use of our immune system to defeat
the masking/cloaking abilities of cancers to hide from our own body's defenses. Now that there is a better understanding of how our body's immune system communicates with itself researchers can concentrate on how to trigger our immune system to attack a cancer target.
Much harder for cancers to adapt if what they use to hide/cloak is taken away from them or rendered useless.
Next decade or less will be interesting with regard to immune defense against many cancer types.
Dr. Paterson also understood that our own body's immune response is actually the best defense. No chemo, radiation, or other to damage us.
Our body deals with the cancer as it comes.
Yes sir. Seems to be Uncle Kenny's MO. Kenny didn't count on one thing though. Intelligent long time shareholders.
Tic Toc till up listing. It's HAMMER TIME baby~!
As bear has brought to light things are happening fast in the world of fighting cancer. Pancreatic is one of the top cancers, and that is why there is such focus on it.
Yes, PMCB may be "behind", but their treatment may still be of use. Now if only the clown pulling all the money down were not there perhaps funding and a seriousness by those giving funding would have been available.
KW is using us and the MDs to enrich himself. Money made.
