123, again another excellent point.
Perry Mason is my choice. Like that dish Della Street. Although Matlock would not be bad.
Hey, maybe we can start out own show Redoocs. Uncle Kenny and crew. He'll show ya what to do.
Staggered run results due and once they are out...… the mythical IND gets a possible submission to the F D A.
If submitted the myth part is DOA.
Microencapsulation is for real people. It works.
Nice moniker moon shot in a box... too funny, but so true. Imagine if they got Alex Trebek on their IND study. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
Let's get the IND submitted and approved first.
Redoocs I think many here have learned a valuable lesson no matter which way this goes. YES, management is a crucial part of any company. What they do DOES matter.
Like NH said during the last CC, Elite is nowhere close to full capacity.
They would have to probably go into a third shift to crank production up to the limit.
Nice to know they have quite a ways to go to reach the limit.
Lohr did not do the study under FDA, no way.
What Lohr did was important though. It attracted the attention of others AND got Lohr's juices going. Was it "rough testing"? YES~!
Was it conclusive? NO, BUT it did open the envelope to where we are NOW~!
What I find interesting is the factoid that if this was DEAD MEAT why do some persist in hanging around to watch DEAD MEAT swing from the hook?
It tells me this is not DEAD MEAT. Microencapsulation is (like Frankenstein) ALIVE~! and well. It works despite the static nonsense that says it does not.
Better think about covering soon? Maybe... ? Getting nervous?
Maybe Kenny was smiling about something other than himself? Could it be? I dunno, and neither does anyone else. Stay tuned...… This is beginning to get interesting. Next up the staggered run. If it passes the mustard then the IND submission will come forth in my opinion. Time to separate fact from fiction and see if this will save lives which is more important than money we can make if it PMCB goes up or goes down and drops dead.
Saving people and giving them a better quality of life in their last days is much more important then ANYTHING you or I can post.
livendi, I do my DD and I see certain aspects of this technology that some said was antiquated. It is not.
Like gorilla glass developed by Corning in the early 60s, microencapsulation may be utilized in specific ways to optimize it as a delivery. Gorilla glass is now used in wide screen TVs and in cell phones.
Was it antiquated? Nope, ahead of it's time perhaps, antiquated NOT~!
Same may be true of CiaB and other microencapsulation technologies.
yes livendi. Suggestion, do some DD in microencapsulation. Laron syndrome.
The potential for PMCB is here with regard to cancer.
Time to get the IND submission in, and if approved, see if it works in human subjects with no other option where everything else has failed.
Time to possibly save some lives.
And if it does no better than E I Lily did, then at least we have the answer definitively.
Live and Die, I have next to nothing to lose so am still here until that $0.04 wall is smashed down.
Those playing this stock hoping to short it all the way down to nothing, good luck. And good luck to those who hope to see that IND filing, which now includes me.
Good luck.
Microencapsulation (antiquated or potential never fully realized?) is a new avenue for chemotherapy as well as for other
treatments. There are those who dispute this, but they are seriously underestimating the potential here.
Other companies besides PMCB are using microencapsulation with success.
It may be a new frontier for pro drug chemo. (Microencapsulated Sertoli Cells) currently in human proof-of-concept clinical study in patients with Laron syndrome. Bottom line folks. It works~!
Good luck everyone.
It's showtime Kenny. Let's get this thing submitted already.
Next up is the staggered run. If they get excellent results I say the IND submission is a go. No excuses if all goes well.
Hidalgo
I see some similarities on the technology side with ALTuCell. Other than that though the difference is a stark contrast from a management stand point. Joe Moscato is building a company with shareholder value.
May grab more at some point.
It's Hammer time BABY~!
So E I Lily's chemo was not that effective, eh? Was this a pathway drug?
If so, what went wrong?
Sometimes technically advanced means limited in scope, limited in use.
Cancer isn't stupid. It finds a way around things. It adapts. PMCB still has a GREAT chance. After reading about microencapsulation advances, no wonder the MDs still see a path forward with CiaB.
Jim Allison proved one thing with his Nobel winning discovery, that all of the King's horses and all of the King's men big egos and all, who think they know how mechanisms work, don't know Jack~!
Sometimes simpler is much better. Both from a technical standpoint and a cost stand point.
Redoocs a must read post to you specifically on the promising one you followed me to.
Folks, PMCB is going to get beat to the punch with the diabetes and microencapsulation. Company being bought out has had extensive studies done at Lake Forest University using the company's microencapsulation technology and pancreatic islet cells. Planted subcutaneously in the abdomen this process can CURE Type 1 diabetes. they are planning on submitting for trials to the FDA very soon. PMCB had the right idea but will again be behind the eight ball thanks to incompetent management.
Still hope for inoperable pancreatic cancer though. Microencapsulation is proven to work. Bear is way off base and is myopic in his/her thinking.
Redoocs and all, listened to the conference call and am really impressed.
Pretty excited actually.
As for NGIO, I missed the share giveaway in Frbruary, but shareholders of GNBT will still get a shareholder rights offering of NGIO at a discounted price which is awesome.
As for the Type 1 diabetes, Generex Biotechnology Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 51% in ALTuCELL, Inc. and their Cellular Therapy Product Altsulin® with Patented …
Redoocs if you listen to the Generex CC ALTuCell technology sounds much like the other company only they are using pancreatic ilet cells. Lake Forest University has done extensive work (5 years) with ALTuCell's microencapsulation (sound familiar?) only GNBT is much further along then the other.
So much going on with Generex. Glad I got in. Not much but I am in. Money made is money made. I feel really good about this investment.
Just picked up 100 more today. That makes 600 total.
Hopeful they all get doubled.
GLTY
The flip guys won't be back for a while. Some just read about the first production run result.
I have no idea of what will happen livendi, except that anything above the $0.04 level could be an opportune time to opt out for now.
If a qualified individual came along that had a background and track record to boot I would change Kenny out like yesterdays skid marked underwear in a New York heartbeat. Guy is a dope when it comes to the science aspect. The CC proved that everything must be scripted for him. Good he cancelled out on giving a talk in that diabetes forum. He absolutely sucks it.
About the CFO
restock, they may have to have several replicate tests, not just the initial and a staggered. Have to find out what the FDA wants. Only way is to ask for guidance.
If they get approval of an IND submission there is always someone to step up to the plate.
Always.
There will be plenty of time should something like that happen.
Been there done that.
One can ALWAYS jump back into bed Live And Die. I want to see the headboard banging against the wall with the bed jumpin all around before I jump back in. In other words I want to see some action. No pillow talk (BORING). I want to see those sheets moving around with grunts and groans, whispers and moans, and all that lovey dove sweet talk in between.
Ohhhhh yeah...…. that's what I'm talkin about. Staggered run results and at least a talk with the FDA for IND submission to get further guidance on if they have enough or is there more they need to do.
