A copy and pasted word doc doesn't cut it. Try a screenshot
Guess we need to avoid neelo's frontloaded stocks..
Let's see the screenshot of your account...
Well with that logic you just posted why even bother being here or concerned with fccn at all. You can flips stocks without posting? The most successful traders are the ones who say nothing.
The mods have a tough enough job you shouldn't insult them.
Well pietro it looks like another fun day on fccn. Maybe defire will come back and pump aero running out of customers again
Really can you prove that they have sold anything? If so I'd love to know. Please just don't re-state the filings.
Seriously folks 6 mil traded is like 1% of the float. There is no real sell off. Flippers getting worried
They until 6pm EST to get it out
I'd like to thank all the FCCN mods for trying to keep this board together.. Thank you for you volunteering efforts!!
No offense taken. It is a real company and I think it has great potential. I hope I'm right with the 8-k if not my wife will hate me. GLTU
Yup BHUB didn't pass the initial screen with me. FCCN hasn't been perfect I willingly admit that but the company has done what it said it would do.
Yes it was. When I couldn't buy those ergonomic mouses and saw they had nice pictures it was time to move on... I can go to an aero dealer 15 minutes from my house.
I have no idea on the angels and I hope the 8-k clears up alot of questions raised.
Biodiesel is an interesting product. Combined with the right technologies it can be very profitable. I'd be happy teaming up aero's cummins diesel kit with this.
One thing to compare and contrast FCCN and BHUB. Did BHUB have anything other than a fancy website(For their merger canidate). You can go to AERO's website and buy products and find a local dealer. I don't BHUB's allowed that to happen.
The patent they have is fine. They are also keeping the product up to date with refinements.
Thanks there is nothing like sitting in a blind in a torrential down pour blowing a goose call and have your hunting partner say "Stop that you are scaring the geese away" I should've stayed home and watch the stock tracker...hmmm maybe not
MiniMe just posted it but thank you
Yes whether it is pre or after market. No idea which one.
I actually thought the market was closed so I went goose hunting
Are you going to be posting "we are trending green" with statements like... "AERO will run out of customers in short order". I really try to refrain from stuff like that. Making predictions like that is not good IMO
Are you saying that AERO will sell mufflers to everyone to everyone in the country?
AERO has a good diesel market niche. Their kits show that
http://www.aeroexhaust.com/diesel_exhaust_kit.html
My understanding is that this new product line was well recieved.
They also do a 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked
You should check out the Lifetime AERO warranty
Aero Performance Exhaust Lifetime Warranty
Aero Performance Exhaust warrants that all Aero Performance Exhaust Mufflers are free from defects. The mufflers are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, must be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the muffler, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original muffler must also be returned and exchanged for a new muffler of the same part number.
No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability, sound, or usability), applies to the mufflers, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the muffler, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
We have seen it and thank you for posting it. I'm pretty sure it's in the i-box
I saw tenneco posted but that's a $4.4 billion global manufacturing company based in Lake Forest, Illinois with some 19,000 employees worldwide. Plus it has some very large product lines can't really do a comparasion to aero with that
I don't think there is a public aftermarket muffler company. I could be wrong.
That's what makes me rather suspicious. You have to sign an NDA with most private placements
Hot that post seems a little fishy to me. I wouldn't be posting to a messageboard being an insider to a merger...
Well I think alot of questions will be answered tomorrow nice post 4kids
Hey Todd I'll be looking forward to get the questions answered tomorrow won't you?
Alot of us here aren't traders or flippers. Some of us will hold a portion of this stock very long term. Everybody has their strategy. If you are new this game do a lot of watching and research before you hop in. GLTU
Agreed. On your number I still think a little bit higher
Joshl if you are expecting a 100 mil company you are sadly mistaken. 100 mil company would've gone the IPO route. AERO is a small company. I'm sure you are taking business classes right now in college. Some of us have been working for 20+ years and know a thing or two about start up companies. You information is correct but there alot of successful companies that have revenues in the 5-20 mil range
That's always been the part for me. Long term potential. I think AERO will be able to grow through acquistion and market share. They have a good product. You don't see folks bad mouthing their products even when comparing them to Flowmaster for example. My guess is that they acquire more manufacturing facilities and/or expand the product line to beyond mufflers. It's easier to sell diversified products with name recogition.
I think you are a little high. My guess has been 10-20 range. Anymore and AERO would not have delayed the closing in june
100 Mil revs? Did Mr. MTG return from exile?
We've known this for a long time. AERO got a very nice deal with this.
